Thanks... I had 1.7mil in one account ND 12k in The other account I use for my expenses...

Budget was 1000£...650=flight..(although I didn't book the flight).. 100= transport... 150= pocket money

My husband invited me ND is my sponsor, so there was no need for accommodation in my budget.

I am in the process of applying for 6 month uk visit visa and the application process seem too complicated unlike US visa which i did myself.

My questions:

1. is it possible for me to do UK visa application by myself without a visa agent?

2. I have completed the online form...stuck on payment. i have GTbank naira master card, can i pay with it and how much with their charges.

3. I have been on my cover letter for almost 2 weeks now, seems one needs a pro to handle it. pls i need a guru in the house that can help with this for a fee

Yes's, very very possible to apply without an agent.. I did mine myself. First timer ND I got it...Go through this thread from beginning ND it's get all d info you need.. Trust me..

As for the cover letter check from 400+ to 440 not sure though ND you will see a format for cover letter. That's what I used for mine.

Got my passport 9days after biometrics...i did d application myself which saved me from 150k I was gonna pay an agent..lol.. thank God. .

1.,pls in the application,the part they ask for relatives i.e if I have other relatives,do I have to put my sister in law Nd father in law? Cause I don't even have their passport number or should I just put my mother in law which will cover for others cause they all live in same apartment.

2. For the letter i.e invitation Nd sponsorship letter signed by my husband..can it be scanned to me or it should be sent via DHL..I'm asking cause of the signature nd printing it out would make it look like photocopy Nd not original...

Pls it's my first application,I have no idea be I need an answer...Thanks

2. Reprint on coloured A4 paper.

2. My pictures were printed out in the normal picture paper i.e hard copy picture Nd not printed on A4...should I re-print it as coloured on A4 paper?...

1. For someone that was rejected visa as at 2008 buh has no copy of the rejection letter,what can the person do to get the copy of the rejection letter...

You need to add evidence of communication whether whatsapp, phone call log or facebook messenger whichever one you communicate through.

Submit the account he sends you money to even as it has little amount in it, it serves as a evidence of relationship.

1.my husband still stays with his parents who pays the rent,he just started paying the counsil bill tax last month...nd I intend staying in the family house fr the period I will be there...now,who is going to invite me,him or his parents..

2.i want to put in my application two weeks fr my stay, however I intend staying 3months...pls is this going to affect my next application i.e renewal...cause I think I may be refused if I put 3months,emabsaay may think I won't come back to naija..

3.how much should be in my account..I have 1.5mill as at when I want to apply...although my husband will be d sponsor,his salary account is ok.

4.my salary is 250k presently,it was raised from 100 to 250...during the period of the 6months ..pls if the change in my salary reflects on my payslip or statement,will d embassy suspecious?

5.i haven't done my change of name yet..still maiden name..

6.i have two siblings in the UK who are citizens,is it a must I state it in my application cause I don't want to..embassy may think I wont come back to Nigeria

7..pls if u can tell me documents to submit,from me Nd husband..so I know I have everything Nd don't make mistakes..
