hmm maybe there is some mixup with the monikers?
This is the profile in question.

I remember seeing someone posting details for an agent which you deleted.

If you could please verify one more time, that'd be awesome.
Thank you smiley

justwise:

Its clear that you knew nothing about this issue because she was clearly advertising an agent even went ahead to give details of the deal

She wasn’t advertising an agent.
She put our monikers together as a joke to form Steadunmarblaze = Stencil (Ste), Adunee (Adun), LadyMarshall (Mar) and Yemblaze (Blaze)

justwise:

You can't be in this thread and at the same time advertising an agent even when its against the rule here.

Proof of payment? That is something you submit along with your application.

What if ADR comes for proof of payment and all that?

You can claim points for work experience if
It was in NOC A, B, 0
You were paid for the job
The job was part time/full time
Check if this is a registered business too.

Check to see if NOC 6211 suits what you did.

doctorfunmi:
Good day Senior, I have been following this thread for a while and I need your input on work experience. I worked in a family friend's retail store while still looking for job for few years. The store had sales boys and all that I do was to manage everything about the store including finances. I was not given any employment letter whatsoever, they just assisted me just to have something going on for me while I search for job.
I was being given 25k monthly, which I take once I have paid all the sales boys.

Please, my question is can I claim work experience for this?

Log out, clear your cache. Try another browser.
Then try submitting again.

nolacozy:
Please I how long does it take for updates in the express entry profile to be transmitted.
I made an update like four days ago but it’s showing “update not submitted”
What could be the issue??
Because of that I’m on 472 but I didn’t get an ITA

I'm surprised you're this comfortable taking such a 50-50 risk. Your peace of mind is literally one step away (do as Ednut1 says).
The VOs are looking for reasons to reject an application. Even people who got a proper gift deed have come under suspicion.
But oh well.. to each his own. *shrugs*

Good luck!

ednut1:
i don talk my own. A company cannot give someone gift deed. It is a loan in the eyes of the VO

You hit the nail on the head. This is a pretty common occurrence unfortunately.
People buy phones (most times with a payment plan) in the US and send it to Nigeria to sell as they don't operate on the same frequency.
Unfortunately for the OP, Canada and the US do. So an iPhone blacklisted in the US wouldn't/shouldn't work in Canada.

@Juicebox enter your IMEI number on Swappa or IMEIpro to see if it is indeed blacklisted.
If it is, you could just sell it to someone in Nigeria, then use the money to get another in Canada.
How to find your IMEI. Or just type *#06# on your keypad, it should show up.

@bLackGold3, nagging them on social media might not be the best idea. They won't budge. The iPhone is blacklisted probably because of non-payment. OP could try though.

bLacKGoLd3:
What should you do? Call Apple and find out what carrier your device is locked to and harass the life of that network carrier on social media (I recommend Twitter for this exercise) till they let you go. I advised social media because, if you stick to just phone calls, they will keep tossing you around.

Just transcript. No certificate. Most people use Hellofax.

You sent your transcript and certificate to Wes. Please which courier service will you advice someone use for this

I thought we are meant to send the photocopies of our certificates alongside the transcripts. Or do you mean you sent just your notification/statement of results alongside your transcripts without certificates to WES?

With 481, no need to cross your fingers.
Go and buy Suya with a chilled beverage of your choice
Login to Netflix and find "King of Boys" (haven't seen it but there seems to be a lot of buzz around it)
Open your windows for fresh air
Enjoy yourself and wait for ITA

PS: Congratulations on your score!

Ivypeter:

Now my CRS score is 481 and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the next draw.

In regards to your previous firm. You could just tell them to address the letter with "To Whom it may concern". That way they don't know what you need it for. If that is what you are concerned about.

To your second question. No it won't. You find and apply for whatever job you think you qualify for.
If you claimed points for being a doctor on your EE profile, then get to Canada and realize that being a professional Nanny is your calling... Go for it.

Itzpearlz:

Thanks so much.
Oh dear, I don't want to have to collect reference letter again from my previous firm. sad
One more question please (thanks for indulging), would job placements upon arrival at Canada be based on the uploaded NOCs on my EE profile?

Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Stencil: 9:31pm On Oct 29, 2019
The question you should ask is, why wouldn't you be able to combine NOCs.
If you discovered Kubeir's page then you should be certain that this is a non issue.
Combining NOCs has been done from the beginning of time.

Here is a video to further solidify this claim.

slushy:
Hello. Please do you know if there has been anyone that successfully combined 2 NOCS to claim points and got the PR. I’m not asking for myself but for some persons that have been debating this issue. Our interpretation of the CIC website and also the “Ask Kubair” page on Facebook says otherwise.

Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Stencil: 6:45pm On Oct 29, 2019
Get a reference letter from your current employer (2 years)
Get another reference letter(s) to cover an additional year (1 year)

You only get maximum points for 3 years. Move the remaining work experience to personal history (after you get ITA).

Itzpearlz:

Please would one need reference letters from the firms (including previous employers) for all jobs submitted in the application?

For instance I have spent 2 years with my current employer and have 3 years experience from 3 previous employers. I intend to add those other years to complete the 3years+ experience on the CRS tool.
Would I need to meet my previous employers to give me reference letters in addition to the reference letter from my current employer?
