I think they can stay up to 3 or 4months as long as it is still within the validity of the visa.
Only that those immigration officers in UK usually for first timers ask how long one is staying then they check with your application and some even go as far as asking for the flight ticket to check return date.
Maybe some other people here will clarify how to go about it. But a lot of people stay beyond what they wrote in their application and are fine.

I was also thinking about this but was just scared of their future application.

It's too much in my opinion. Stick to the one month and when 6 months is over, apply for 2 years and they can stay averagely for 3 months.

Depends... but why did you put one month. Sometimes we over fear and over think this thing. If they have grandchildren and retired then I would have put 2 to 3 months in the application that they are coming to bond with their loved ones

Since you put one month... I would say maybe 6 weeks or max 2 months if its first time then next time I cam do almost 6 months. ... I have no evidence to support what I am saying. It just how I would have approached it

I didnt even see your comment... but this does happen. I know someone personally whose mum stayed 6 months then , went to naija for a month came back to UK stayed 3 months went back and came a month later. They didnt allow her enter the third time .

I have gone through the evidence submitted by both parties and these are my observations.

1. The buyer is angry because the product does not serve her as expected

2. The seller could not force the driver to deliver the item since he's not the person that engaged in a business with him. However, he kept replying the buyers message and kept suggesting way out.

Overall, this is not a scam case. I think the buyer over acted by calling the seller a thief.

Nethertheless, I think the seller should not insist on apology before returning the TV or repair, sell and return the agreed amount.

It's natural for customer to get angry in this type of situation and I think you may act same if you are in her shoes. Remember customers are always right. As a seller, you should be patient even when your customer is angry. Who knows, both of you may engage in a bigger business in the future.
