Politics / Re: The Odds Favors Tinubu To Win The 2023 Presidential Election by stev120(m): 5:34am On Jan 10, 2023
Over the years PDP continues to win Nassarawa and Plateau in presidential elections
14-2 = 12
Pdp have a great share in northeast that is Atiku's region Adamawa and Sokoto. The remaining 4 north east will be shared.

In Northwest, if you deny the presence of Kwankwanso then you're planing to rigg this election. Kwankwanso represents the Northerner that are tired of both PDP and APC. There is a sure bet that Kwankwaso will beat 40% of northwest and even wining Kano. PDP also have presence in north west with this, the north block vote is scattered.

In northcentral only Niger state, Kogi, Kwara and Kaduna are APC states the rest are always won by PDP during presidential elections. But this time we see strong LP presence in Abuja, Benue, parts of Nassarawa and might blow huge part of Taraba because Taraba has always voted in line with southeast and south south.

In Southwest, APC will do well but not as expected, if you think that Nigerians are not sentimental in regards to religion then you have not been following Nigeria politics. PDP have 2 states in Southwest, APC have 4. both PDP, APC and LP will share Southwest will APC might slightly take the bigger potion.

The only region promising block vote is South east and south south and LP have strong presence there. PDP might have some share though but very poor.

3 gaint parties have shared the north (APC, PDP NNPP) in north Central LP join them, in south west LP got better share and might do better than PDP.

After looking at this and the requirement of the winner which is 25% in 24 states I see APC and LP in the front. If religion plays LP might surprise other parties in Christian dominated northern areas like Bauchi, Kaduna parts of Adamawa big shock in Platuea.

I watched the townhall today, and I must say, it was a poor display of two men who are as alien to each other like North Korea is indifferent to Switzerland. The President and his vice are complete cross opposites of each other. And they made it blazingly clear that they are in disagreement over some hidden issue unbeknownst to the public.

This is my personal appraisal of their performance at the townhall

Politics / Re: We Will Never Get The Right Leaders If We Fail To Be Objective! by stev120(m): 9:26am On Jan 09, 2023
Even me, I'm disappointed in most persons. Sometimes, I'm curious to understand the LOGIC behind some persons choice of candidate.

Can they make sentimental; tribalistic choices in their personal business and dealings? If no why do it now.

I can imagine the world: Asia, Europe, America watching the decisions we make regarding governance. We have a big problem majority of the electorate are subjected to the existing structure. Like, how can candidates rely on governors to win election not the people. Imagine, in democracy that we define as government of the people is now government of structure by how many state your party govern. That means over the years INEC might have been subjected to these structures.

This problem is not only in Nigeria but also in other Africa countries. Look at Uganda last election, you will cry for Africa.

Now come back to Nigeria, look at Nigeria, intelligent people, professor who will teach objectivity, logic, thinking mind, they drop all sense when it concerns politics.

In America only two parties exist and if Republican fails they switch to Democrat if Democrat fails they switch back to Republican. Every party campaign via public testimony of their works not media lies.

The current France President started a new party and dusted all candidates and people saw the sense in him.

With all due respect, I don't know what your Pastors, Mallams, Imams, Babas, Emirs, Oba, Obi, Igwe, must have said to you. My bro, my sis, for 2 min. drop all those things they have said, now use your sense and moral compass, logic and mind to judge the better candidate so that our children will not curse us in the future.

God bless all of you

If you are still contemplating on who to vote, you're part of this country's problem. If you think that 2023 election is about tribe you are worst than a terrorist.

God gave you logic, scientific mind and moral compass mind to take decisions use it.

Look at your life maybe you scaled through, ok, look at the life of majority do we still have any hope after 8 yrs of 77 trn naira debt. We borrow to pay salary, we borrow not to invest but to build road and then sale oil to pay. "Haba! Suffer no dey taya us"

A governor that after governing he declared how much is in the state purse and called EFCC to come and audit, somebody said go verify, a bottle of water was not taken by him from the state purse.

Again, if you still have any doubt on this man please ask your self if you are a human.
Politics / Re: Peter Obi: Hold Me Responsible If I Don’t Change Nigeria by stev120(m): 5:14pm On Jan 07, 2023
Over the years, no president or presidential candidate have taken responsibility of their failures even though it is obvious they failed, what we hear is: "Hold PDP responsible, hold APC responsible, hold Jonathan responsible".
Common Nigerians we need responsible president, we deserve a President that won't blame anyone or maintain bad legacy.
Politics / Re: Turnout For PVC Collection Very Encouraging - INEC by stev120(m): 5:08pm On Jan 07, 2023
Why massive turnout?
Over the years Nigerians are given options to choose between bad and manageable-bad. But this time people have a cause to vote. To choose between competence and incompetence if you don't see it this way then you are part of the wicked structure.

Mr. Brymo you need to grow up. This is not civilization. If you don't want a particular tribe to be part of Nigeria government. Write to your house of Reps. Let them make a move for disintegration or declaring independence for the unwanted region. This is what a civilized person should think of.

I honestly feel for Obi seriously

The show of shame of his campaign and the bad name he gave Psquare the upcoming artists performing in an empty field in PH is so embarrassing

I honestly feel for him on a more serious note

I sincerely wish he will not giveup just like his boss Atiku in contesting again after the election

Joke apart, I honestly feel for him

Also, I feel more for the Candidate that makes his supporters look like fools. Bala blue! Vomiting undigested poison.. Blasting in tongue and the crowd cheers. Honestly, I feel for you too. Joke apart that's what your brain judged as the best.

Tinubu tried in Kano but let's don't exaggerate: some say 100 thousand others claim 3 million.

Maths don't ly,
Sani Abacha stadium in Kano has a sitting capacity of 16,000. Let's even multiply that number by four it's still less than 100,000. Let no one deceive you with rally crowds as they are less than 3% of the registered voters in the state.

OBJ said no body is a saint (including him).

I'm disappointed that this government have little to boast about. They could only point at corruption during OBJ time. Yes there was corruption in his time but did you know that it was still OBJ that established EFCC.

Even this government have no moral right to talk about corruptions in other government. For what we see now is grand corruption, day light rubbery. Billions if not trillions of naira are looted even more than the days of Jonathan.
Recently, a ministry said that the money looted in Nigeria for 7 years can go round Nigerians for 732,000 naira or more.

Although, I understand the tactics of this presidency. It is very difficult to defend this government. So they just look for other people mistakes as defense.

I also understand that this government did their best. But their best is not enough rather it shows us that they were only prepared to win election and not to govern.

But it pains me that we have a government that doesn't acknowledge their faults. It pains me more that we have electorates that are ready to vote in this kind of people.

For those that will reply me harshly, it's not a problem when you are done go and buy bread, fuel and rice at a cheaper price in Aso-rock. Maybe go get jobs there too or security as your salary for defending them.

The only structure I know is the ability of Governors and Senators to control INEC result within their state.
But with the current regulations I doubt if that will be possible this time.

In TRUE democracy the real structure is the citizens (electorates).
