jconsulting:and watch your Nigeria divide into pieces |
Emelcee:see what I got.. *Lets take another look at Yobe presidential election result* (bring out your calculator) 1. Total Number of Accredited votes: 601,059 Total Number of votes cast: 586,137 Total Number of valid votes: 559,365..(vote cast minus valid vote is equal to vote rejected) Votes rejected : 26,772....(because not all card will read some are rejected) 2. Accredited votes (601,059) minus vote cast (586,137) =14,922..(this ones have pvc but they didn't vote reasons best known by them) * This is my calculation* the results is.. Apc: 497,914 Pdp: 50,763 Other parties: 586 total: 549,263 see the erro... the people that voted from the result is less than the vote cast see it.. valid votes 559,365 - result 449,263 = shorting 10,102 votes... so 10,102 vote is missing its too much to be missing.. |
AroleOduduwa:see the Analysis so far .. *2019..* *EKITI* Apc: 219,231 Pdp:154,032 *OSUN* Apc: 347,634 Pdp: 337,377 *Abuja* Apc: 152,224 Pdp: 259,997 *Kwara* Apc: 308,984 Pdp:138,184 *Nasarawa* Apc:289,903 Pdp:283,847 Total Apc: 1,317,976 pdp: 1,173,437 *2015* *Ekiti* Apc:120,399 pdp: 176,467 *Osun* Apc: 383,603 pdp: 249,929 *Abuja* Apc: 146,399 pdp:157,195 *Kwara* Apc: 302,146 pdp:132,602.. Total Apc:1,189,317 pdp:743,538 as of 2015 with this states result Apc was ahead with 445,779 now in 2019 with the same 5 state Apc now lead with 144,539 445,779 - 144,539..so far has lost ...301,240 vote.. |

The suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria,
Walter Nkanu Onnoghen has elicited a lot of
reactions from Nigerians today with many
contesting that it was against the law and some
others saying otherwise.
PoliticsNGR has now gone into the law books to
examine what the constitution stipulates on the
Removal of the Chief Justice of Nigeria. Surprisingly,
the Law make no clear distinction between the
removal and Suspension of the CJN as both terms
have very different meanings.
We gathered that Section (292) of the Nigerian
constitution expantiates on the removal of certain
public officials including the CJN. However, there is
no distinction between a suspension and permanent
removal.
It States;
“A judicial officer shall not be removed from his
office or appointment before his age of retirement
except in the following circumstances;
(a) in the case of –
"Chief Justice of Nigeria, President of the Court of
Appeal, Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Chief
Judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital
Territory, Abuja, Grand Kadi of the Sharia Court of
Appeal of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and
President, Customary Court of Appeal of the Federal
Capital Territory, Abuja, by the President acting on
an address supported by two-thirds majority of the
Senate.”
(ii) Chief Judge of a State, Grand Kadi of a Sharia
Court of Appeal or President of a Customary Court
of Appeal of a State, by the Governor acting on an
address supported by two-thirds majority of the
House of Assembly of the State,
Praying that he be so removed for his inability to
discharge the functions of his office or appointment
(whether arising from infirmity of mind or of body)
or for misconduct or contravention of the Code of
Conduct;
(b) in any case, other than those to which paragraph
(a) of this subsection applies, by the President or,
as the case may be, the Governor acting on the
recommendation of the National Judicial Council
that the judicial officer be so removed for his
inability to discharge the functions of his office or
appointment (whether arising from infirmity of mind
or of body) or for misconduct or contravention of
the Code of Conduct."
Thus, a serving Chief Justice of Nigeria can only be
removed from office by the president after at least
two-thirds majority members of the Senate declare
support for the move, but in this case, it is a
suspension.

*50 million-litre daily fuel consumption, a fraud –Saraki* Published January 10, 2019 Senate President Bukola Saraki Sunday Aborisade, Abuja The President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, has alleged a massive fraud in the nation’s oil sector under the President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration. He alleged that the Federal Government’s claims of paying subsidy on the 50 million litre of fuel being consumed by Nigerians daily were a big fraud . Saraki, who is also the Director - General of the Peoples Democratic Party/ Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Organisation , stated this in an interview monitored on Channels Television on Wednesday. He said , “ One of the areas we labeled the Goodluck Jonathan government as a corrupt one is on the issue of fuel subsidy. The assumption then was that the Federal Government was paying subsidy on the 30 million litres of fuel being consumed daily by Nigerians . “ All statistics have shown , even now that it is not possible for Nigerians to consume that much daily . “ A government that is claiming to be fighting corruption is now telling us that we are consuming 50 million litres of fuel per day. It is not possible. “ The National Assembly has investigated the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation ’ s claims but our efforts have been frustrated because agencies of government under the current government have been emboldened to disregard the National Assembly . “ We have lost a lot of money because oil is our major source of revenue through the NNPC. If we are paying subsidy based on the 50 million litre consumption then it is a big fraud ! It is corruption . He also disagreed with claims that the 16 - year of the PDP caused the crisis currently being experienced in the country . “ The process leading to the 2019 general election is a big concern to us and I have said it several times; PDP is contesting against the APC and the security agencies , ” Saraki added. https://punchng.com/50-million-litre-daily-fuel-consumption-a-fraud-saraki/ |

In a country were by a company that employed 50,000 workers is accused of corruption for that reason the company is *shut down* (in an attempt fighting corruption) as the case remain pending in court what happens to such country. . 1. 50,000 workers are in trouble. 2. There might be more loss than the corruption it self 3. There is at list a point drop in the country's GDP 4. 50,000 people is added to the number of unemployed people.
