Dexterax: Dude mehn. How can I lick a non-existent wound please?

If I never owned a hypothetical asset but you and your friends decide to bid up the price (with you buying high) and your friends dump the shiitbag on you, who'd really be wounded?

Smh.
dude- only those who feel guilty of my post will take it personal

the problem i have with most peeps in ds foum is that if they r not in a particular hot bus and others r, they must find a way to water it down. that is how it happened in FO and today they r licking their wounds for not boardind dat bus. that is how dey analyse heaven and earth on smn, then if them analyse finish d market go do him mind. then them go begin dey reanalyse again from under!
i want u to always rember that dis is NSE and that most of the times, d realities in d market becomes no respecter of our views here. so chilax!

@bnsitl pls 1.who are the registrars to abc transport and CILEASING?
2. PLS I pls i bought NPFMCRFBK shares with morgan capital secirities. but when i went to their registrars, City Securities Registrars Limited(CSL), they told me that they have not recieved my signature showing that i bought such shares and as such i am not eligible for dividend payment without their recieving it and that i should cantact my broker who is responsible for such( NB: i later sold only after dividend payment date). i later visited morgan capital securities and complained to them and they started telling me to fill a form and sign as well as provide passport all of which they will submit to CSL registrars, which i did and ever since then they've been delaying the process and frustrating me. pls fellow bnsitl, must i go tru all these any time i buy shares 4rm d secondry market just to get my dividend payment? Is morgan capital not supposed to send all my data in their custody to the registrars of the stock i bought? pls sombody should pls help me out of this. tnks.

Toluway: I want to posit that even a negative result will not necessarily drop the shares downward because the driver of Oando shares hitherto, has nothing to do with it's results but it's present profile, by reason of the gangantuan deal it just consumated, and the concomitant expansion of it's operational spheres . The profit will come later. The investors should realise this.
you dont need a seer to realise that what actualy matters in oando right now is the present positioning of the company putting it at par with companies like total with a share price of over 150. little wonder its seen as undervalued prresently and its only a matter of months to a few years it will adjust upwards to its true value. in months to come their revnue will soar drastically and of course we expect nothing short of their profits. so even if they release a negative pre aquisiton result, only trader/ panic sellers(short termers) will sell off while the cowboys stay put.
of course the opposite happens on the bourse these days e.g bad results - incresae in share price ( e.g flourmills); sealing of cop deal- no rally.
so what makes u so sure that when a negative result is released by oando, its share price will drop? dont be suprise u might see a rally( it has been consolidating @ 26 despite bears; traded volume is dropping gradually, traders are gradually disappearing, long termers have almost completely taken positions)

@ mercy,
oando is set to release a fantastic Q3 & FY result. so expect a rally from late september upwards

preacherz: By now Nano Silver must have been given to the 6 Ebola patients...........any news on their health statehuhanybodyhuh?
sometimes it pains me to know that our leaders as well as the average nigerians has refused to use their God given comon sense. its very simple. infect any 2 or more lab or domestic animal e.g sheep with d fluid from an ebola patient. administer nano silver or any potential cure we may have 2 some of d animals and dont administer 2 d others. then watch for any improvement in d animals. if the animals who have recieved the drug recover while those that dont recieve die, then the drug works. we can also monitor 4 side effects. and we r here making noise. it's very painful 4 ds country where mediocrity thrives.

myjoy08: Sir, identifying a winning stocks in the market is what is rest assured to boost one strategy. For your information, one of the winning stocks in this year is OANDO. I don't want to go into history or analysis of what ought not to be, i rather advice that people should focus on their winning mentality and stronghold.
guy, this stock matter nobi beans oh. the tin don tire me. i been no dey 4 ds bus oh. unlike my usual self, i follow people wen first hear d news na him i say make i just enter with 40% of my portfolio. if to say person no dey inside now na so the tin go dey fly like wintch. oluwe na omume now, ogbotoa. na so every body wen de smn go dey claim fake analysts. de talk nonsense. wen d chips are down dem go dey chop d shit wen dem don analyse and d stock go dey busy dey do wtin dey 4 im mind. wen d stock mis-behave, dem go find a different xplanation give am. the simple rule wen i don finally se 4 dis tin be say find strong stock wen dey liquid(liquidity depends on the amount u r buying), buy low. sell at a non greedy target.shikenah!

irrespective of any negative views about any particular hot stock, d markt hz a way of doing its own thing. tnk God personal sentiment do not necessarily count. d mkt's mind always reigns supreme.

bigass: can you pls come again
this happens when the sellers become impatient and loose their ground by double clicking their preffered price at the bid section which takes them to the sell order interface and then they make needed adjustment and execute their trades and vise versa
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by stokfrick: 12:36pm On Jul 23, 2014
bigass: Can someone explain this to me. Sometimes you look at the bid you see bids but no offer and if you check trades you see quantity of trades. How is it possible to trade when the offer is zero
this happens when the sellers become impatient and loss their ground and then double click their preffered price at the bid section which takes them to the sell order interface and then they make needed adjustment and execute their trades.
