Take the check to any bank you operate and they will guide you through how to go about it. Though They had to open a Dom account for me when I need to cash mine and that's what I have been using to cash my checks. So just go to your bank they will tell you how to go about it.
I would have preferred you go to GTB they do it faster and easier.

Hmm After reading some ppls comments I realize some are just better off programming instead of giving economic advice.
Well now to the topic, Banning of rice is wholly welcome and in fact its even coming late. We have vast arable fertile land that favours rice plantations and processing it to the highest quality is not an impossible task that we can't achieve.

We have various regions in the country that produce good healthy rice, Abakaliki, Ekpoma, Ofada, etc.

I only hope they will implement it to the letter cos its like GEJ is good with policies but implementation is his problem.
