Life is far more valuable than money and for you to tell someone who is emotional over the issue to calm down and be reasonable is most disappointing l must say.

If only we get emotional about what concerns us all and choose the right leaders, all these wont happen in the first place. We only get emotional about things , we dont profer solutions neither do we make impact in our own little corner. The country is badly governed, lets educate ourselves and put the right people in place. The same youths got emotional about endsars but will not get voters card and educate their neighbours that putting right people to lead us is as important as every other life decisions. Concerning the school, what that parent said isnt out of place. Its simple withdrawing kids from the school isnt the solution but using this as a medium to overhaul sencondary school education in Nigeria and i quite agree with that

Nonsense! If you don't have the means and wherewithal to pay and employ staff, then don't increase your overhead cost. Everyone is being hit hard by the economy but many companies plan accordingly so their employees don't have to suffer.

Yea...u are right, thatz why some companies downsize and the few left will have to fill in for a job of two or more persons. But in all, govt needs to do more to help biz grow, though some employers are naturally wicked, they will be making money and still refuse to pay on time

For me, anybody who would not like to pay back after a reasonable period should be charged as criminal. If he or she is genuine constrained should reach an agreement on how to offset d loan gradually. That's what regular banks do

The major problem with the loan apps is the short tenor (7 days) and high rate as much as 54%, quite unreasonable and wicked, thatz where regulators are supposed to come in, then if anyone default after this, stricter measures can be applied like auto debit

I was here on this platform in 2019 seeking for advice concerning Transportation business.

After the collapsed of the transportation business, I venture into money lending business.

I lend money to people with the hope to get a refund with interests.

Since 2019 I went into the business, I have lent money to over 20 people and only 5 have refund the money.

Those 5 people who refunded the money, it was a fight before the refund.

Before I lend money to people, I make them sign T & C documents.
Some signed the hard copy others signed the softcopy.

When it is time to pay off, they refuse to pay. I have called them severally. At a point I told them to pay only the capitals and forget about the interests.

At a point some will make statements like "Don't disturb me. Even Federal Government owes. It is debt not stealing".

I had made arrangement that this December I will arrest some of them.

But recently I read on this platform that the police has no right to arrest anyone over debt.

Please how can I get them refund my money without involving the police?

Involving police, you will both loose and police will only extort from both ends. Call the debtor to a meeting, make assessment of what he has and can sell to raise the money and see how u can find closure
