The proprietor made a PROMISE TO TRAIN A 1000 STAFF OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT FREE OF CHARGE ON SECURITY MANAGEMENT! In my opinion, dats quite rare this days? Or what do you think fellow nairalanders?
