Thank you sugar.
Varicocele is ruled out.
Has he done hormonal profile to see if it's a hormonal issue?
Has the doctor tried treating him with clomid?

ma, how bad is varicocele grade 1 with a normal sperm count and good parameters

If the sperm parameters are good, (above 15Million count and above 50% motility and morphology) then there's no problem.
Dymo11 recently had a bfp with varicocele, you can chat him up to find out if it's a similar grade.

Hello fruitful mamas, is it possible to have implantation bleeding and still on go to have a period?
@ sugar
Did you do a PT that tested positive? If no, then it wasnt implantation bleeding but abnormal uterine bleeding that should be investigated.

Hi mums hope our LOs are doing great, I am a first time mom, pls what good baby product can I use for my baby I have been using cussons for about a week n it is darkening my baby what can I use to return her to her colour n maintain her colour, also the oil dries out her hair n thins it out wat can I use. Tnx
Start with not oiling her hair everyday. In my personal experience, my baby got dark in the 2 months her Grandma was bathing her and pouring oil on the fontanelle that was dripping down her face. Caused her rashes too. All I did was stop the oil when I took over and her color returned.
If you can afford it, Aveeno and Sebamed are very hypoallergenic good products that wouldn't irritate your babies skin.

Also, the 'hair thinning' might be cradle cap. That needs to be treated. Is her scalp dry and scally?

He's been placed on different supplements for improvement. So currently that's the one he is on. We have a gynea. Since no improvement I have to also try on my own side too.please we need help
If he's been treating the oligospermia for 7yrs and there isn't improvement, please consider other options.
..Seeing a urologist to rule out varicocele..
..IUI with donor sperm (less expensive)
..IVF with ICSI

Well, sort of.

I've used greyhound twice. First time was uneventful from Orlando to Atlanta Night bus so I slept all the way.
Second time the bus smelled of piss (from the toilet) and it wasn't pleasant at all.

My sugar mummies. I greet you all. I was just going through some post so I believe I will get help here. I was certified healthy last year though I still use some treatment. Hubby's results is a concern.. motility 10%. Morphology 10%. The volume was 1.5million. he's been on cellgivity, today he's bought live pure cleanser supplement. I want to get couples tea for him. I got for myself Evergreen formula for women. I have this dark discharge before the real period. I've treated candidiasis recently. Tomorrow I'm going for Flagyl, bco and Gent. I.v. please my sisters it's been 7 stressful yrs.please don't mind my grammar. I need help
Is your hubby's SFA recent and has he done another one either before or after this in the last 7yrs of your TTC?

If you've been certified ok why are you still loading yourself with medication and not tackling the main problem of sperm parameters?

1.5Million and 10% morphology and motility cannot get you pregnant. He needs to see a specialist preferably a urologist to find out the cause of the oligospermia.
It could be a lifestyle issue, hormonal or some other factor.
Cellgivity and the rest isn't what he needs pls.

Doctors in the house , i beg you in the name of the God .Help interpret this result for me and hubby. Thank you
Not a doctor

The males sperm parameters are fair.
Count 21 Million, morphology 65% but motility is low at 40% it needs boosting.

Females hormonal profile:
Follicle stimulating hormone and progesterone are out of range. She's not ovulating.

You both need to work with a good doctor to help you get pregnant.

Hello everyone, FTM hope I am welcome. Please I need your help, my babies are 8days today currently in NICU. Was told to be expressing breastmilk 2hourly. But my problem here is that I'm not lactation well, I barely manage to pump 20-40mls. Is there anything I could take to help out...... Please
Congratulations mama.

Plenty rest (I know!.... it doesn't make sense when you have to pump every 2 hours), plenty water, hot pap and pump pump pump.
20-40mls on day 8 isn't too bad...the supply will increase as you keep pumping.

If you have those battery operated pumps that you can carry around, you can just strap it on with pumping bra and pump all day round.
Else, have someone be washing and sterilising the pump in between pumps while you rest.
And eat well too, that also helps.

That was how my daughter crawl when she was little, from tummy to backward. Lol. I just let her be then. If I position her well, she goes back to tummy or moving backwards. And the next thing is to see her trying to stand, then walk.
Lol. It just doesn't look nice at all grin I pray she moves on to walking instead, I don't need the extra mop

Good evening

Good to be back here again
Is it normal for one breast to produce very little milk compared to the second?
I didn’t use a breast pump with my first child so I couldn’t have noticed if this was the case then

Although my breast milk supply is quite low with this baby, but after managing to pump like 90ml from the left breast, my right breast barely produced milk enough to fill a bottle water cover. It’s ridiculously low compared to the left. Is that normal

Well, I don't know if normal is the right word but yes I had same experience. My right boob always produced more milk when I express but for some unexplained reason my dd was rejecting the right boob at the same.
You can simultaneously breastfeed off one boob and express the other..the sucking helps increase the flow on the expressed side.

Mortality there is the percentage of dead sperm in motility parameter. Actively motile is 69 percent (which is good).

From the analysis, the result is okay
Then where is the value for morphology?

Good Afternoon Bro. He repeated the test her is the result below.
As you can see there's a marked difference between both results.
But even this result is still somehow.
What do they mean by mortality of 16%? Or what's the word before the 16%?
Sperm parameters are volume, viscosity, (liquefaction rate), color, count, motility and morphology

@ladysarah your first paragraph is correct...
@formidablefunmi we aren't healthcare professionals so that question ideally should be directed to the doctor especially if they are still in the hospital

@ladysarah it's not unusual for a baby to be discharged without bcg. We were discharged without bcg cos the hospital had a certain day for immunisation so we returned to get it.
People should not be touching newborn babies anyways but extra care was advised in our case and even naming ceremony was postponed until she received bcg.
Also, a healthy baby doesn't need routine drugs. Only breastmilk is advised during the first 6 months of life. Medicine no be food.

If he abstained from sex and masturbation for 4 days before the SFA then he should see a urologist.

sister,it was on the second day of my period, is any drug I can take to boost my we egg quality.it seem as if the doctor is concentrating on IVF cos it is IVF center
The result shows there's an issue with the ovaries/ovarian reserve.
I suggest you seek second opinion from another gynea preferably in a teaching hospital.

COQ10 is touted to help with ovarian reserve.
Fertilaid ovaboost helps with egg quality

Same thing happened to my sister's baby that year, but she was told is cos she do lay down to breastfeed him (They both lay on bed, while she sleeps and baby continue sucking as well) and she does that too frequent. But I don't know how true it is o, if it actually cause the yellow discharge.
Lying down to feed baby doesn't cause ear infection. It's a myth according to pediatricians.

Expectantmom:

Please what days are the fertile days?
Fertile window starts 5 days before you ovulate and ends 12-24hrs after ovulation.
The sperm can live in a healthy uterus for up to 5days before dying and the egg only stays for up to 12-24 hours after being released. So if you wait for ovulation to occur before having sex there's a high probability one will mis-time it (except in cases where TVS/folliculometry is done to know when ovulation occurs).

I asked when during your cycle you have sex..as in what cycle days? Cos some people, in a bid to time ovulation, end up missing the fertile window
