All these September mamas complaining of not feeling kicks....its normal cos we don't even know what the kick feels like for FTM. Im sure the bubbles and swinging you feel is baby's movement. How do I know? When I went for scan on thursday I saw Ayomide try to punch the scan stuff and I felt it ....since then I now know and feel the kicks and punches.

Iomoge2 all these your talk of snail don make the thing hungry me . I can't remember where iv seen that cinnamon sticks oh but I used the already blended all spice one.

Mowojuoluwa please call your doctor to complain. It might be nothing. I had same issue last week when I ate Chinese.. Mine even came with serious stomach pains and the frequent stooling gave me hemorrhoids. The pain was just indigestion and my doc recommended antacid and lots of water.
So take lots of water to help with the stooling.

Paracetamol. Cut off sugar about a week before your AF.

Iomoge2 the normal cinnamon would do. But if you can, try and get the cinnamon sticks from the market and grind yourself.

B4 i got Preggy i was fine babe no PIMPLES at all...... but now my face is a war zone 4 pimples n it even gets worst whenever i try to apply makeup. plz has ds happen to anyone n how did u deal wif it coz its giving me plenty spots dt i dnt knw if i will be able to get rid of them after pregg.

This is largely as a result of hormone increase.

I know someone that had same issues but after she gave birth her skin went back to about 80% of how it used to be.
You can manage your skin by doing the following:
1. Wash your face as frequently with water and a mild soap.
2.Scrub your face twice a week using a homemade scrub. Mix honey, sugar and a squeeze of lemon.
3. Apply a mask once every week.
Cinnamon and Honey Mask
While honey maybe sounds as if it should be avoided due to its stickiness, actually, it has natural antibiotic properties that can kill germs that may cause acne. Cinnamon is a natural anti-microbial to help stop bacteria in its tracks. When combined, these two powerhouses can help combat and treat acne effectively and easily.

How to make and apply it: Rinse your face and pat the skin dry. Mix two tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon until completely blended. Then you can either apply the mask to your entire face or spot treat. Leave on for ten to fifteen minutes then rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry.

4.Get a good moisturizing lotion.

He knows what he wants to see you in, so let him dress you up. If he is on Instagram, some boutiques have IG handles he can subscribe to. When he sees something he likes he can buy them for you OR he can take you shopping and pick out what he likes on you.
But on your part, you have to be willing to wear whatever he likes...

My colleague whose wife got pregnant on their wedding night said I wasn't ready to be pregnant yet, if I was ready id have sex 3times daily....I know he had good intentions so I always used to laugh it off. I did not have sex 3times a day before I became pregnant, God did it.

My DH's aunty that I called to say hello chastised me for 'doing sisi and not wanting to give them a lil dh'. I sternly but politely told her that it was God that gives children and when He was ready he would bless us. This was just some weeks after my myomectomy and I was still in pains. I promised myself I wasn't going to call her again and I told my dh what she said and went ahead to relay the msg she wanted me to give dh..a cousin of his just gave birth to twins.

My 'big bros' suggested I give my dh our local food so he would have strength to impregnate me. I gave him same reply, it is God that gives children and He would bless us at His right time.

When you decide to have your kids with little spacing you would hear, na wa! Na every year she dey born. She nor dey tire? She no know family planning?

When my older sister was pregnant with her 4th child she used to tell me that im the one meant to be carrying her LO as she was too old for it (she wanted another girl 7years after she had her last child, she was 41) and she wishes she could transfer the pregnancy to me . When the baby was 4months old (turned out to be a boy btw ), she was bathing him while I watched and she said 'baby, aunty is supposed to be your mother' and he turned, looked at me and smiled. That's when I knew I was definitely going to be a mother.....this was almost 1year ago.
Unfortunately, since I got pregnant the boy has been running away from me


There is always a tendency to feel sad when we hear people that got married after us are dropping babies like its hot..and we feel God doesnt love us or isnt answering our prayers. Initially I was doing that too, but I tried to replace that envy with the thoughts that God would do it for me at the RIGHT time. And at the end of the day, it would be a case of mother alive, baby alive and daddy with plenty money for naming ceremony jollof rice

Good morning all abeg i want to know if anyone has this experience, after using serrapeptase for like a week i started having swollen legs and had to stop using it anyone with this experience and should i continue?

Sorry dear I never used serrapeptase. Maybe mamas that used it would share their experience with you.

Took one at 22 weeks, switched hospitals and had the other at 28 weeks...

it should be 4 weeks interval, I think...

Like jadelle posted, its meant to be 5 shots of TT injections in a woman's child bearing age. But because the 3rd-5th shots are supposed to be given after delivery most people dont get them and would have to start all over when they get pregnant again.

Thats what I was taught in my ANC class

Sorry about the malaria dear. My doctor started me on an antimalaria course (daraprim once a week for 4weeks).
I think most people would probably start shopping when they know the sex of their baby...... At least that's what I am waiting for.

I had to fill one for my mum recently and I initially used my email from my last application but it was showing my details as well.
So I created another appointment login details using a different email address. So if its just the boy that needs the interview schedule you would have to use a different email address

There is a savealife hospital, off Stadium road in Port-harcourt and frankly my close friend and her dh (he has azoospermia) is currently undergoing treatment there. She recommended the place to me. I dont know if it's the same one advertising here.

I went to the clinic when they were still at their old location around GRA (im not very familiar with PH) but I believe its same.
