Other means are Ovulation prediction kits(opks)
Symptoms charting (cervical mucus, cervix position etc)
Basal body temperature charting( you get a thermal shift after ovulation) please Google the methods for more details.

No Ma'am u can't use thru out ur cycle even when not ttc. U hv to stop using just b4 ovulation and also b4 af shows

I think the instructions are to use throughout the cycle (then stop before af) for women who do not plan to conceive.
For women who plan to conceive, stop before O and don't continue cos it would harm the little bean.

If you are not planning to conceive, then you can use throughout the cycle. 1 every 3 days.

I think the prices vary per country. All together i think when i inquired about israel they said 2500$ for proceedure and drugs. Consultation free and tests also free.

Let me also add that women with fibroids should NOT take clomid. Fibroids feed on estrogen so taking clomid would just increase the fibroids

Mommas complaining about ewcm, ewcm is just one of the indicators of ovulation and not all women get all the indicators. As long as you have confirmed ovulation by other means, you should use preseed to supplement ewcm
