How long did this transformation take? She's still wearing the same leggings.
Anyways, her future is now looking brighter (or is it her looking brighter than her futurehuh)

Insidous:
How do you identify a 12 year old looking like a 20 year old in a club? Why should the clubs be criminally liable for letting a 12 year old with an ID of a 20 year old in?

I don't know but you seem to think you are quoting a lay man. I know why we have laws, I understand the importance of enforcing them and I am well aware that behind every law that the government passes to enforce a conduct is usually based on policy reasons.

You threw out a question and you failed to answer your question. However I am going to help you. The only reason I can see why clubs rather than the children are made criminally culpable is to prevent abuse of the system. Unfortunately I am the type that takes responsibility very seriously. If a 12 year old decides to falsify her ID and unknowingly to the bouncer could only see a 20 year old and as a result let's her in, why then should it be culpable for an honest mistake? A 12 year old child can distinguish a grave danger from a minor one hence I believe it is not that young to understand what it stands to lose for sneaking out to falsify her age to enter a club. The only way a club been determine that is through an ID and if that is falsify, how else would they know they the person they're admitting is a minor?

PS: I knew what I looked like when I was 12
These days the bouncers run a check on the ID card with a cop patrol vehicle usually parked nearby.

There is no American state that is even half of Nigeria, be it landmark and population wise Nigeria is approximately 180 million people the biggest state in Amnerica is California with a population 38million ppl followed by Texas 26million Florida and New York 19each 4 states from 12 to 10million all the rest are 9milion down....................... Wikipedia... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_and_territories_by_population
The comparison is land mass not population. Even the link you quoted clearly states that. Texas (just over 600,000km sq) is just a bit smaller than the whole of Nigeria(just over 900,000km sq) and alaska(1.7M km sq) is twice the size of Nigeria.
Authoritatively giving out wrong info and some ignorant people are liking the comment.

Richy4 im guessing you meant to quote the original poster?

Btw, im in an inter-tribal marriage as well. Mine is wonderful tho, my dh and second family are lovely people.
TravelRe: 10 Things I Learnt While Travelling Across America by sugah:
OP rasicm isnt exaggerated. Go to the southern states and you would see.
Each state is autonomous... Every state has its rules, tax percentages etc.

They check IDs cos underaged people are not allowed in the clubs...thats the law. Even if you go to buy alcohol or cigarettes at Walmart and co, you have to show your ID card to show you are not underaged.

Most hotels offer bread and breakfast. You cannot compare the cost of a room there with the same quality of room in Nigeria. With what you are charged in Nigeria they should even offer you lunch and dinner free.

Iv been around black americans and im sorry to say they don't help themselves. That black American mentality is giving them lots of problems. Why do Nigerians who emmigrate there do well?

People are saying we are enjoying in Nigeria because we live in a lawless country where they openly sell pirated movies on the street. That's why our artists would beg for money to treat ailments.
FamilyRe: Intertribal Marriage Woes! Please Help... by sugah: 7:32pm On Jul 12, 2015
Intertribal marriage can be challenging or not depending on who you are marrying.

In the SW, the bride's family is responsible for both traditional and church /mosque ceremonies. Which is something I like cos you are meant to come take a bride from her family, wed her in her fathers church.

In the SE, the woman's family takes care of the traditional marriage rites (well not really, it takes place in her house but most times the funds come from the man) while the man is in charge of the church wedding which is held at his own church and also usually held at a much later date .
If your family were based in Nigeria I would have said the right thing to do is for the husbands family to come to you. But carrying the whole husbands extended family to the UK? Is he financially capable to transport and accommodate them?

Update.. I started typing this a while ago and got carried away so I didn't see your subsequent posts.

Weddings in Nigeria is unfortunately about everyone else but the couple. I didn't get my dream wedding (small intimate wedding of 30-50 close family members) because both parents blatantly refused but I got my dream honeymoon and life after the wedding... So i have no regrets.
Both of you should reach a compromise with both family sides for the one day event and live the rest of your lives the way you want.

I saw this boy recently at the bridge just by the general hospital Ikeja. I was moved to give him some money while wondering why he hasn't gone to the general hospital for treatment. What's the ailment called and can it be treated in Nigeria?

Ideally you should have an international driver's license to drive in the US cos the nigerian one isn't recognized. Just hope you're not stopped for any reason cos you'll have a bit of explanation to do with your naija license. And you might even jeopardise the car owner cos you're probably not listed on the insurance. Just be careful.
The normal Nigerian driving licence is valid for 30 days after your entry. Iv used my naija licence in very many states.
Car TalkRe: Misuse Of Power By Some Vehicle Insurance Officers. by sugah: 8:02pm On Jul 06, 2015
No 1, that is the FRSC.
No 2, The driver was supposed to leave the way and not obstruct justice.

The problem is most Nigerian drivers do not know traffic rules.

@mamakendra tanx a lot for the info, that's why am so confused, I actually don't know my cycle length cos of d irregularities sad, I can go for mnths without a cycle, but am suspecting I ov very late, before the irregular periods, I was always on 30-32 days, but rite now, I can't tell.
When on clomid you are expected to ovulate 5-9 days after the last dose. So from CD12 is ok. Get preseed and bd every other day from CD7 so you don't miss out.

Ovumine50 is a brand of clomiphene citrate...... Its been known to treat male factor infertility as well.

Deyoola sperm count is 68million, mortility 80%, morphology 90%. Pretty darn good results. Im tempted to say don't bother treating the staph infection but I think you should. Your doctor should prescribe something to clear the infection.

Evacroft were you on cyclogest? If yes, stop it and af would return on its own.

Good evening mommas. Just something i thought to share. Apologies to the muslims and for the long post.

Scriptural confession for women believing God for the fruit of the womb

Heavenly father, I thank You because your word is settled in heaven, and Your faithfulness endures to all generations (Ps119:89). You have blessed me and commanded that I be fruitful and multiply (Gen.1:28). Your word assures me that You bless the fruit of my womb and that neither myself nor my husband shall be barren.(Deut.7:13-14). You have said Lord that all sickness will be taken away from me (Deut.7:15)
I thank you father God Almighty that I am a joyful mother of children (Ps113:9), that I am indeed a fruitful vine by the side of my husband’s house. I rejoice because my children will surround my table like olive plants (Ps128:3). Creator of heaven and Earth, I praise You because my body is fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps.139:14). You are not a man O God that You should lie, nor the son of man that You should repent. You have said it and You will do it, You have spoken and You will make it good. (Num23:19)
You have said Lord that whatever things I ask in prayer, believing I will receive (Matt 21:22). And like Hannah, Lord, I know I can declare that this child(ren) I prayed for and the Lord has granted me my petition which I asked of him (1 Sam1:27). I thank you Lord, because like Rachel I can say with joy that God has taken away my reproach (Gen30:23)
I know Lord that without faith it is impossible to please You (Heb 11:16). Even as sarah by faith received strength to conceive seed, I also receive the strength by faith, in Jesus name, and I judge You faithful who has promised (Heb 11:11)
Heavenly Father, even as Abraham did not waiver at Your promise through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith giving glory to You, being fully convinced that what You have promised You are also able to perform, so shall I not waiver Lord, and by Your grace it will be accounted to me for righteousness (Rom4:20-22)
I will not cast away my confidence, which has great reward and I will be patient Lord because Your word says that after I have done Your will, I will receive the promise. (Heb10:35-36)
I thank You for all the advances in medicine and science regarding infertility but I am not moved by my doctor’s negative because my faith is not in the wisdom of men but in the power of God(1cor2:5)
Thank you Lord that the weapons of my warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2Cor10:4). I come against satan, all his cohorts and all manners of oppressions in jesus name. I pull down all strongholds of the enemy in jesus name. I nullify all curses and convenants in Jesus name. I plead the blood of Jesus over my womb
