Chizeal don't be too hard on yourself. Just keep hoping on God to see you through. You can also try and get some old baby stuff from family or friends to help ease the burden.

Sometimes when I remember that I haven't bought a pin for my baby yet I start to panic....coupled with the fact that im still waiting on my April salary in June. But God would see us through.

No, I had the same issue and even renewed my visa before paying the bill. I realized I had an unpaid bill when a friend brought mails from the US.
Although I was able to pay the hospital directly not debt collectors.
Also no questions asked at POE.

GTB is too useless they will assure and disappoint, stanbic is still the surest, if you use fidelity too you can try them but my contact there said it's 2k they they giving out now, other banks in the last quarter applied the 197 - $1 rate that is the rate at which I got in march

I don't have fidelity account o, even the Stanbic and standard Chartered na PTA runs make me open the accounts. Id just keep my fingers crossed to see who calls me first for collection.

Stanbic, standard chat and Gtbank claims they would give me PTA but closer to my travel date next month but only Stanbic has been clear on the rates they offer.

Hi dear, I had to read your previous posts to understand what you are going through and why 5mg of letrozole did not work for you.

Sorry about the miscarriages and still birth. God would replenish all you have lost.


The causes of miscarriages are different...
Infection
Poor/low sperm count
Low progesterone
E.t.c

You would need to completely treat the recurring infections... Both you and your DH have to take the drugs religiously. You can search for my posts to see the antibiotics regimen I once posted.

What is your Dh's SFA? Infection also affects the man's SFA.

Progesterone we can treat after we confirm ovulation.

Now you say you are not ovulating, its possible your prolactin went high after the miscarriages. Have you done a hormonal assay recently? You might want to do vit b6 and ewedu therapy just to keep your prolactin levels in check.

So if I were you, id do;
-Fertility detox
-Antibiotics treatment for you and your dh
-vit b6 and ewedu
-just track/monitor your cycle and see if there's a difference


-Then do ovulation induction your next cycle (that is if you do not get your bfp before then). Letrozole 5mg CD2-6 or 3-7, do scans to track the follicle growth, do a trigger shot when the follicles are above 18mm, BD every other day from the end of your period, increase vit b6 to 50/100mg after confirmation of ovulation.
-If you do get a bfp, up the vit b6 to a higher dose or switch to cyclogest (if you are bouyant enough)

Adorablewifey concerning the vit b6... if you can find a 10mg vit b6 to take for before ovulation, id suggest you use that instead...then increase to 50 and higher afterwards.
High dose of vit b6 before O can delay O. If you can't get 10mg, you can buy pregnacare conception as it contains 10mg of vitb6.

Reminds me of when my momma had our last born, the love child that over threw me as last born after 7years of lastborn yanga, He had very full hair that my mom weaves all back and I used to dress him up with my old dresses. When I carry him out people would stop us and ask ' I thought your mother had a boy?, and I would have to lift up his dress to show them his peepee when I tell them he was really a boy.

Back to your matter, a lot of mamas here have been in the same predicament (blessing) and they survived fine. My bestie had her twins 1year and 2months after her 1st...so she had 3kids under the age of 2 by her second year wedding anniversary and she survived fine.
