All those people shouting march to "DSTV office to vandalise property", I hope you know your neighbours, distant cousins or even friend's friends work there. DSTV has provided jobs and to be honest they didn't force people to subscribe, the Nigerian market is pretty large and I feel everyone will get a fair playground at the end of the day.
If you don't like DSTV you can get PLAY, MyTV, Startimes and even TSTV or even sef stream content from online platforms. My people no be beans to buy football content rights, and with the mad rates these TSTV aburos are promising one should doubt how long they'll keep their promise or stay in business.

In my opinion I feel TSTV people are playing victim and after all the hype and PR can't come out to say they won't launch.

Depends on if their structure separates PR from Marketing. If PR is under the Marketing team, then likely what they will want from you is a communication plan encompassing social media, print media, broadcast media and BTL/creative engagement ideas. You will likely have very little/no budget available, so your ideas have to be strong enough either to fly without much money or to convince management to back you with a bigger budget.
If PR is separate from Marketing, then aside from the above, they will also want your plan to include things like print and broadcast media interviews, and then you will likely oversee any external PR agency they hire to do any PR work that cannot be done in-house. You will be held responsible for all work, not the agency, so keep that in mind.

What else...OK you will also have to create a content plan, which is separate to your communication plan. Your content plan will set out in some detail what you intend to plug in to which platform to engage your audiences optimally.

First things you will do after getting: Familiarise yourself with your brand's voice/tone, so you can assume the brand personality when you start interacting with its audience; Introduce yourself to all external stakeholders that will help your job, such as journalists, bloggers, social media bigshots, etc; Get a briefing from the board or Head of Marketing regarding what they want to achieve with their PR engagement over the next 3 months, 6 months and 1 year; In line with the result of the briefing, create a comprehensive communication plan and content plan; Find out what your brand can offer to journalists, stakeholders, SM heavy hitters or even general audiences to make your engagement easier (be smart when asking this question so it doesn't look like you want to ask for money to bribe people for coverage - that makes you look incompetent.

Ps, I used to work in Nigeria's biggest PR agency and I have also been a PR manager on client side, so take the advice about not blatantly asking for an honorarium budget serious. Nobody wants to spend serious money on PR so if they're bringing you in, they're expecting you to have really strong ideas. If you don't have ideas, go to Quora or Reddit and steal some. Everybody does it.

There's a certain bounce when she walks, we know because she put up a video on Instagram. For shoes she had on a pair of red bottoms, all we can is #callyourtailor that is if you haven't.

3. Daolondon's (@daolondon) ankara crop and pants made our list. The sleeveless turtleneck crop top was made with a touch of leather and yes the model did justice to the outfit.

OP before I got married I realized that finances could cause major issues in my marriage so on New Years day I sat him down and we discussed our contributions to the family. If he doesn't want you to know what he has no problem just say you think you both need to work towards different projects, let it be either 50-50 or 60-40 shikena from salaries or businesses. Buying things for him is by choice I buy clothes, perfumes etc when I feel like for his birthdays or just as a surprise it is not his right. Your savings should be set aside because it is not his money but should be for more important things, if there's a constraint you can help out he can have his own too because it would benefit your family in the long run. I came out clean with my hubby telling him that I would be keeping my money but would not hesitate to help out because I'm supposed to have his back.

Lastly please try to know him more, this air of mystery will not help the union...all the best

@BellaElla I've been thinking about stretch marks myself, scaring myself that my body will not be as fresh as it used to be but I have realized a truth that over 90% of mothers will have stretchies, add weight etc. It depends on how you choose to see it. A lady in my office gave birth 5 months ago and she was massive, she already had a massive bum so we were all expecting she would be shapeless. When she resumed I had to pick my jaw off the floor she looked amazing. She hit the gym 6 weeks after delivery and didn't stop and she ended up becoming slimmer than she was before pregnancy. So snap out of it baby it will all pass soon.

Hey beautiful mamas, dunno if this might look like a rant but I need advice.
So I have this job I want to leave after maternity, I told my husband and he says its ok but feels I should get another first before I leave as a baby is coming and we need every cent. So I started applying for jobs last week hoping I could get some interviews during mat leave.

I'm crazy about marketing but I hardly get call backs because I studied Microbiology and no one wants to take me seriously.
