thesicilian:yeah it’s not a viable business venture. It will eventually be privatized. Some rich entity would just buy it and turn it to a private entity. I suspect it would be a religious or spiritual organization |
Rahkman:Alaye, Chief Rahkman Eku ojo meta. Hehe this people believe we cannot have objective opinions that are against what they perceive to be Yoruba and that you must be omo Igbo lol |
Tunde835:fara buruku bale alaye omo oduduwa lawa ooooo |
thesicilian:i think first of all Nigeria is not ready infrastructurally as a whole to be trying to create tourist spots. Only people who come to the country are people who MUST come due to work etc but it’s not a leisure destination. There is so much poverty and begging in the sorrounding environs to put tourists off. As such it was always destined to be a place for local champions and yet just down the road , walking distance is federal palace hotel acting as stiff competition. The country is not just ripe for such a project. It is still a 3rd world country. And so because of all these no foreign investors are interested and in a bid to recoup their losses they have resorted to giving area boys control of all the apartments in the towers to rent out at short stays and so those ones get all these men looking for nacking venues and so at night you will see the men and their oloshos. All over the beachfront at night all kinds of drugs and alcohol are consumed and they litter the place. It’s a sad story. I believe the only solution for the place is for a Christian bigwig like oyedepo to buy it and turn the place to like the promised land lol |

If you go to the place you can start to see all the infrastructure decay and not only that but the whole place is littered with trash on the floor and if you go to the beachfront it’s full of all kinds of drug paraphernalia , you will see blue tablets in the shape of skulls and weed and extasy pills all over the beachfront and consumed bottles of alcohol. Coming out of the two towers you will see all manners of scantily clad ashewos. Seems the world class city has regressed to a hedonistic den of debauchery with all kinds of drug addled and alcohol laced sex parties in the midst of trash filled streets and infrastructural decay Nlfpmod These are my personal observations. I go there all the time |
spinna:you are spot on. |
AngelicBeing:lmao in a world class facility bro . These guys have turned the Lebanese guys business into nonsense. Doing their own little extortion racket in a supposedly world class facility. That’s naija for you bro. They have degraded that eko Atlantic City to a place of trash. Ashewo coming in and out of the facility, the whole beach front is full of drug paraphernalia and there is trash all over the floor. The place is dead before it has even started. Lol |
So I went to eko Atlantic City yesterday. This is being touted as a world class facility owned by the Lebanese family the Chagourys but as usual anything Nigerians are involved in always turns to jungle aggressive nonsense. People lie to themselves and say the government is the problem with Nigeria but truthfully Nigerias problems is it’s citizens not the government. The citizens are crass and overly aggressive and have no common sense So here is my encounter. I go to the two towers where the restaurants are. Opposite the towers is a small power generating facility but the gate is always open and it has parking facilities and in fact an ignorant person can mistake the place as the parking facility for the restaurant. Which is where the first world attitude will help clear up the mistake. If you make that mistake in a civilized country of parking in the wrong place they will come up to you and politely tell you that this is not a public parking space and would direct you to the right space to park but noooo not these jungle minded inbreds So after parking the car I kinda knew this may be a wrong parking spot so I didn’t walk far. Just a little walk to make an inquiry and then I looked back and saw this aboki closing the gate trying to make sure I can’t come back to get my car. I said what are you doing ? Ok let me get my car , this belligerent and loquacious guy was just full of anger, obviously there are many underlying issues if you look at him closely maybe the brain is not functioning optimally due to bad diet etc but his reaction to a slight mistake had me ask him why he is acting as if I killed someone ? I mean the reaction was just too exaggerated for the minor issue at hand. So he kidnapped my car and wouldn’t let me in to collect the car Then a more reasonable looking guy came out of the facility . I breath a sigh of relief that someone who appears normal who I can speak to is here. He explained to me that next time I should not park there but that I have to pay them money before they can release my car. This guy is trying to extort me in a world class facility. You see how employing Nigerians can degrade your business to jungle level ? Trying to extort me in a world class facility ? I said I don’t have any money with me. He walked away and said that in that case my car is seized and will not be returned to me. He went back in the building Then a third guy came from another part of the building and asked what was happening. He called the guy who was trying to extort me to come back out, when he called his name it was Ananyo or Anayo. Igbo man. Anyway this third guy identified himself as engineer bayo and told the aboki and Anayo to open the gate and let me come in to retrieve my car. That’s how after almost 1 hour of kidnapping my car I was able to retrieve it And so in a world class facility we see what Nigerians can reduce your business into, we experience aggression, irrational behavior, exaggerated response to trivial issues, loquaciousness, pugnacious behavior and finally BRIBERY AND EXTORTION. which brings me back to the saying THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM, NIGERIANS ARE OUR PROBLEM Nlfpmod |
planetx:lol oh that’s definitely not me Chief. God is my witness hehe. |
