Dont be in a hurry to reply for argument sake. I made a simple statement of fact. Which of those ports you mentioned can berth a full sized ship?
First it was no seaport now it’s full size ship?

Okay, Onne does have the capacity if there’s need for expansion from high utilization in shre the NPA will do the needful. It alone generated 240bn in 2022 with over 20% increase in its usage. Onne currently has 12 berths and it’s being expanded to 19 in the future. Do you need more facts on others that I have listed huh

They know that seaport in Anambra will bring down Lagos economy
Stop this fallacy!!! You either don’t know enough about your region or just mere ignorance. You have seaports already, wake up!!! Use them so you can bring down Lagos economy. Smh, Shebi Lagos is collecting the port levies right ? You people will not have sense.

The Calabar Port Complex in Cross River State. The Delta Ports in Warri, Delta State and the Rivers Port Complex and Onne Port Complex both in Rivers State are all functional and underutilized.

Lagos gets a good chunk of the revenue and the port attracts most of the businesses you see in Lagos today.

Lagos population will reduce if a port or established in the south east or south South
Stop this fallacy, there are functional and currently underutilized ports in that region as at today. The Calabar Port Complex in Cross River State. The Delta Ports in Warri, Delta State and the Rivers Port Complex and Onne Port Complex both in Rivers State.

Anambra is land locked, why do you need a seaport for a landlocked state when there are functional and underutilized port in the region.

Your signature said no body holy pass meaning you are prone to errors. I boldly wrote I stand to be corrected in my post. You ignored the educative part and just lash out to actually type rubbish. Get out!
Lol, it is the educative part that you’re still defending that’s the problem. You’re still defending nonsense. You’re being corrected now like you asked but you can’t seem to handle it. Okay sir 😊

Lastly, nobody holy pass you into eyes and tell me say you pass 😁
Celebrities › Re: Ludacris Asks Patoranking Which Jollof Is Best Of Nigeria,Ghana Or Senegal? by sunboy(m): 7:07am On Mar 26, 2023
Dindondin:
Who made jollof rice popular?
Nigeria.
Who first made it, we don't know. But historically, Nigerian culture is older than that of Ghana and Senegal so it's possible Nigeria made it first. Though I stand to be corrected.
Later, I m seeing it here that Wollof tribe of Senegal started Jollof rice with palm oil n condiments. You should know how horrible jollof with palm oil will taste. So the trophy of who made it better and popular belongs to Nigeria.
Foods like eba, pounded yam & fufu were popular world wide cos if Nigerian influence in selling them in overseas.
Amala on its own is peculiar with Yorubas. Meaning Nigerians are the first to eat Amala cos it's origin is from Yorubaland. Amala is of two types, brown amala and white amala.
Brown from grinded yam peels and white from grinded cassava
You ridiculously typed nonsense with confidence lol
First, there’s no such thing as “Nigeria” until the white man named it.

2nd, you still calling it jollof rice means the name doesn’t even belong to us but to the Wolof people .. that’s why it’s called their rice “Wolof rice” got corrupted into jollof rice lol

And lastly, yes we popularized it and we made a best twist of it. But every part of Africa has some kind of rice in tomato sauce like that. Somalis have theirs, Seirra leonians have theirs.. still fighting for what’s not necessary my gee.

Telling me to shut up. You’re blind enough to see on the same court document you guys are circulating.

Cry till forever, Tinubu is your president for the next 4 years starting May 29. If you’re not happy, take you case to the court like you said.

Oga better don't compare USA with Naija. A drug dealer will never rule Nigeria. You want world leaders to allow a drug dealer to be in world summit abi? Dey play.
He’s not under trial, it was a closed case.
Gullible man 😃, what will the US testify about ? About a finalized judgment? You folks play too much lol

Nothing was released to him, don’t mind these people. In the US, all court cases are public records. He just went to the county’s court website to print.

Wild goose chase. Not only hard copy, hope you also have soft copy? Deluded Obidenses! Legally bestowed mandate cannot be stollen through propaganda. We, the silent majority will defend Asiwajus mandate.
First it’s even a publicly available information. Majority of them don’t know anybody could go online and find those records cos they are public and PRINT IT… I’m surprised how this even made the news 😂

Even if it is true that was over 20yrs ago besides the Case has been closed with a letter from The US gov to show for it. Also remember he was not convicted or found guilty in any court in the US.Constitutionally the case will be thrown out as dead on arrival. The constitution gives a specific period of 10yrs before an election and not indefinite.
You nailed it! He wasn’t convicted nor found guilty for committing the crime otherwise he would have gone to prison. And yes it’s been over 20yrs.

The earlier they all realIze that this is just a wild chase the better.

We'll see about that.

Biden still has not congratulated the election thief, last time I checked.

The whole world about to hear gory details of the drugged career of the urine leaker.

Let's see the international government that will deal with a drug lord wearing the Nigerian flag for camouflage

If abuja is merely the 37th let the supreme Court clearly say so

If upload affects the entire process , then so be it. Annulment is one of Obi's alternative prayers.
Lol the US Govt has… Biden is not bigger than his government.

Also, why are you waiting for another country’s president to approve your president elect? No be inferior complex dey worry you so?

eyinjuege:
Lagos has always had a plan under ACN ab-initio.
This power project has been going on long before SanwoOlu became governor.
It was from the blueprint that Asiwaju pioneered as governor. Same idea Obasanjo as president threw in the bin because it was from Tinubu his perceived enemy is the same plan Bubu has quickly signed in place before he leaves office
That's the power of continuity , and of course a visionary leader.
Fashola after Tinubu followed the plan and so have subsequent governors.
Everything about Lagos is intentional.
Of course things are not perfect, but it is better than most states.
Lagos makes other states look clueless ( not talking of money now, but ideas and projects)
We all should press the necks of the various governors. I know they will say they don't have the same money Lagos has, but Lagos was never this vibrant till a good leader took over.
During Tinubu's time as governor, Obasanjo didn't release any Federal allocation to Lagos due to their beef. It was the possible Sapa that made their leaders start thinking outside the box and generating money themselves.
I know there is a lot of mistrust about Tinubu, but he is a good administrator with good ideas.
I truly believe in him, and I hope he doesn't disappoint Nigeria
You nailed it!

I understand your point. But;

Wind energy is not friendly to animals. Animals could be dieing..

It’s not also not reliable. You know wind blows at various speeds, it’s hard to predict the amount of energy it can collect at any given time..

So, even if we using wing energy, we’ll still need another form of generating electricity..
Solid points, but Lagos don’t have the “luxury” of land for solar farm to produce 1GW… Natural gas might come to the rescue then.

For a coastal city like Lagos, harnessing wind energy from the Atlantic Ocean would have been better and more cost effective.
Exactly what I thought. Why solar farm when Lagos doesn’t have the luxury of land. A wind farm on the Atlantic would be so perfect.
Politics › Re: Mary Beth To Buhari: Remove Fuel Subsidy Before You Go by sunboy(m): 1:52pm On Mar 22, 2023
I thought some people were still waiting for the US go congratulate Tinubu as president elect, lol.

Anyways, we don’t need another countries ambassador to tell our country how to run it. Buhari removing subsidies before office when it’s only about 68 days, will wreck havoc on the new government especially knowing that our government are very reactionary when making provisions for palliatives.

If Buhari have enough measures in place to support the poor during the new phase Great, which I doubt … cos he’s been sitting there for 8years and suddenly needed to be reminded now.

I’d rather let the new government do the job, prepare for measures as they deem fit so they don’t blame the past government’s poor preparations.

Bottom line, a countries ambassador don’t go around telling the government how to run their country. Other countries ambassadors don’t tell Biden how to run his country.

Mr man, there is nothing you can say to defend this. Nigeria was a rich country until recently when our leaders drove us to penury. Did you see the recipients of those generosity as homeless or victims of a natural disaster? See able bodied men struggling to receive food from the Lebanese philanthropists who know Nigerians are currently very hungry. This sort of good gesture would never have happened in the 70s and 80s when we were rich. Just admit it that things have deteriorated recently. Very soon, Ghanaians and Kenyans would also come to the aid of poor Nigerians
Defend poverty? hell NO! Just telling you to quit the emotion. Those Lebanese are Nigeria residents who make a living here. FYI, they didn't just fly from their country to Nigeria to help, cos Lebanon is a far poorer country than Nigeria.

Nigeria is a rich country and will always be one, being rich doesn't mean you will be able to provide for EVERY CITIZEN and there will always be POOR people in EVERY ECONOMY.

Your last statement is outright misplaced here but kudos to you for that joke.

I also never said things arent bad especially for the poor.

How did the giants of Africa fall to this level? Lebanese sharing food to hungry Nigerians? Where is our pride? How are the mighty fallen. Tell this not to the black race
I’m a Nigerian, considered an immigrant in America. So if I go to Skid row in LA or Roosevelt row in Phoenix and go distribute food to the homeless… would you say America the mighty has fallen? That a Nigerian immigrant distributing food on the street on LA??

If you like make you be giant of the world, there will always be poor people in every nation-state, wake up! Everybody cannot be rich!!!

Biggest economies have worse homeless issues than a smaller country like Nigeria.
