ElSudani: Every single Nigerian is bounded by law, no one including the president is above the law. Nigerians also have rights, until we start to exercise these rights like El Rufai is doing then Nigeria is not going anywhere. Buhari is not a Supreme leader, he doesn't have unlimited powers, he is not a king , and he is certainly bounded by the rulings of the Supreme Court. Please educate these kids. Also the state have the power to maintain law and order in their states if the federal is irresponsible. If continuous spending of the old notes will bring sanity to the populace and a Supreme Court extended it, who then is the president that’s being insensitive. President trying to get some politicians but in reality, these people have access to the banks and get as much money as they want, the poor masses are suffering from this disastrous policy, period. |

If Obi had been Atiku vice this year, Then they would have been writing their speech right now.
APC Loyal Supporters should be praying 3 Prayers
1. Make Obi no drop out to Endorse Atiku
2. Make Obi continue to be popular in his base, even if he can have 90% of each South East States
3. Make APC northern governors continue to be loyal to the Party. I agree! I’ve said this before, “if” Obi had merged with PDP…. Wining APC will be a land slide. |

SmartPolician: That's the point. It's better to entrust power to someone you have seen perform before than giving power to a man who is unpredictable, especially when the institutions are weak.
Nigerian politicians are evil, but even among them there are better ones....unless you want to pretend and turn a blind eye to that fact. These are the same people that are quick to wonder why your don’t have the likes of younger folks in other countries but forgetting that non of them ever tasted power. Most of the best performing presidents around the world are first timers. |
Politics › Re: Why Sowore Of AAC Is Non-creative, Unserious, Lazy Presidential Candidate by sunboy(m): 3:33pm On Feb 16, 2023 |
SmartPolician: Sowore should return to his home state and start out as governor. Nigerian institutions are weak. Nobody can entrust you with Presidential powers when we don't know what you can do with guber authority. That's too much risk. This is part of the problem. Those that have been governors what have they contributed to the progress of your country. |
Politics › Re: Why Sowore Of AAC Is Non-creative, Unserious, Lazy Presidential Candidate by sunboy(m): 3:29pm On Feb 16, 2023 |
You are part of Nigerias problem. 1. Sowore is not from a rich family 2. Sowore was just a journalist who lived a comfortable life with his family in New York. 3. Sowore have never stole nor have friends who have stolen to bankroll his presidency. 4. Obi and others can afford to pay for mobilization fees for people who come to their campaign even though you’re let to believe that some don’t pay shi shi… Sowore cannot afford that.
Since you folks are not ready for a common man to lead your country, then you are not ready for a real change. Until a teacher can become a president we are not ready as a nation. We are busy paying attention to the 3 known contributors to the Nigerian problem.
Good luck voting Obi Atiku and Tinubu. |

Hendrixky: Not surprised..the most tribalistic people despite the fact that it us so glaring and obvious that is not supposed to rule us
Vote wisely...this election revealed alot about the yorubas that they are tribalistic. They have been exposed.
Because as at the time Buhari was sick and travelling for medical attention we all was clamouring for him to hand over to a healthy and vibrant Osinbajo. We regretted our action of being stupid to elect a sick old man
But now we have a vibrant and healthy Peter obi contesting but the yorubas because of tribalism wants us to install tinubu again knowing fully well that the world will mock us. The world knows that Buhari is even more healthier than him
The worse part of it is that the pain and memory of the incessant travel for medical check up by Buhari is still very fresh in our mind.not like it happened 20 years ago. It just happened yesterday.. Na wa for yoruba people. They have been exposed completely Now we are tribalistic cos of politics hmmm but yet 25% vote is anticipated for Obi in South West even though some folks here said not even 100k is certain for Tinubu in entire SE… yet we are tribalist. We are the most accommodating tribe in this country, here you are calling us tribalist. An Ibo man was in Lagos state house of rep under APC but no other tribe in Nigeria can dare try to campaign for such in your region… yet you call us tribalist. It is all good, election will come and go! Whoever wins wins, but I hope you’d take all these back after the election if you candidates wins or losses. Ire o! |

Alcatraz001: To God who made me, I am a yoruba man and I don’t have one single Muslim in my family. I can’t lie. What will I gain?
I don’t hate our Muslim brothers. I just fear that theu will join the north in Islamic terrorism. Yoruba Muslims never cautioned Prof. Ishaq Akintola when he harassed Christians in yorubaland for 8 years.
Some of my closest friends are Muslims but they know I fear them. A Muslim can switch and be a terrorist in a minute. So I have that consciousness embedded in my psyche.
On this issue, Peter Obi and igbos deserve the presidency on the basis of equity. In addition, he is the best of all the candidates.
Let’s be fair and eschew tribalism. You’ve shown that you’re of Ibo extraction thank you 😊 Now, stop tagging yourself Yoruba again. You don’t have to lie or push divisive narrative for you to sell your candidate. Muslim can easily switch to terrorist… you fear your friends ..lol the dumbest thing I’ve read today on nairaland. Ire o! |
Politics › Re: Christians ✝️ In Nigeria Should Wake Up. Do Not Vote For APC by sunboy(m): 3:05pm On Feb 13, 2023 |

On this issue, Christians should completely reject the Muslim/Muslim ticket because it’s dangerous for Christians on the basis of equity.
Nigeria needs peace and unity. There has to be a country for Tinubu to even want to rule it.
Please, we need Peter Obi at the helm. Again, I put it to you that you’re not Yoruba. Also, you’re calling peace and unity but pushing inter religious division You can sell your candidate without pushing divisive statements, if it were a country where things work, you should be seeing a secret police by now but hey you can say what you like on NL. Tinubu’s wife is a pastor, most of his kids are Christian’s including Seyi Tinubu. Smh Again, we Yorubas don’t care about Muslim Christian Wahala that you trying hard to push us into, we cannot fight our family. Moh247: Didn't you follow the story of the first balloon shot by f32 the trajectory and how far it had reached before getting shot First, there’s no such thing as f32. Second, how far it reached or how far they deliberately allowed it to reach? US, Canada and Mexico form the NORAD and all those airspace is under ONE command. FYI, there’s no way they didn’t spot it since it entered Canadian airspace. And there’s nothing it could see that Chinese satellite can’t already see.. so why shoot it down in a civilian populated area |

Thanksful: That is the only nonesense they say. You wonder what Fashola, Ambode, and those who ruled Lagos ever did?
Tinubu that did nothing suddenly corners everything. Grace wey the man carry loud They all contributed their quota to building Lagos. Nobody can ever lay claims that they built Lagos from scratch. Tinubu specifically said, he turned around the lekki Ajah corridor that used to be a landfill, he cleaned it up and now it attracts top notch investments in hospitality and real estate. Just like federal government made Ikoyi, Vi their headquarters then. And Jakande invested in Ikeja. Every past governors in Lagos all contributed to Lagos development. Lagos enjoyed a unique opportunity of continuity which many states in Nigeria lacks, and that single handedly help on building on what their predecessors has done or started. Again, NOBODY CAN LAY CLAIMS TO BUILDING LAGOS FROM SCRATCH and im sure Tinubu didn’t not say that specifically. You people just chose to hate him for whatever reason. I personally won’t vote for any of the top 3 candidates but doesn’t mean I’d hate him or underscore his achievements in Lagos. Especially when the opposition federal government didn’t pay him state allowance for years, he never owed any salary during and after. |

Joevics: Here's a breakdown of what both candidates did as governors of their respective states.
Please list out anything you feel was not mentioned.
1. Healthcare Peter Obi - Built heart surgery hospital in Onitsha - Built College of medicine - Built several healthcare centers - Upgraded and licensed all school of nursing
Bola Ahmed Tinubu - Didn't build a single hospital in 8 years - Upgraded hospitals
2. Education Peter Obi - Took Anambra from number 25 in Waec to number one. - Built and refurbished primary and secondary schools accross the state. - Donated over 30,000 computers, printers and generators to all schools in Anambra.
Tinubu - Upgraded and built modern schools.
3. Debt Nigeria is in massive debt, so we need a president that can manage these debts.
Peter Obi Didn't borrow one naira, paid Anambra state debts and saved over 75 billion naira.
Tinubu Left a debt of over 100 billion naira for Fashola, even after increasing taxes in the state.
Vote Wisely Tinubu’s achievement as a governor shouldn’t be a topic of comparison. I could have helped you with plenty points for your list but no need. You already made up your mind. Also, I don’t support any of the 3 candidates for presidency anyways… but it is very wrong to underscore Tinubu’s contribution to Lagos. Peace ✌🏾 |

@Op; the fans that are known to bully, abuse and call people names whenever you say anything otherwise about their candidate are the same people who’s candidate has defended their actions on a national tv by saying “they are behaving like that because they are angry” after that I just rest my case.
At the end of the day, whoever that has the majority vote and gets the 25% of 2/3rd of the federation wins.
Whatever we say here are just our opinions based on current occurrences, you can pass your message, sell your candidate without cursing bullying or calling people derogatory names. |
