Road construction seems the easiest way for governors to syphon public funds. industrialization would've help reduced youth unemployment. If this projects are awarded in a way that the majority of youths will be involved no problem. But for some governors that owns construction companies, self interest & ego is the driving force for most road projects.

Common malaria pastors and imams go travel overseas for treatment because them no wan die.
