Nice one OP!

I did almost all OP stated for my dad...except the unclothe him part. You won't find me still sitting when my dad comes in.

I saw my mom do theses things, and I learnt subconsiously from her.

Another one is: I can not retire to bed for the night if my family isn't complete at home. Especially my dad. Unless I'v been told before hand they'll be sleeping out...I was raised to be the last to fasten all bolts on all doors as the Adanna of he house.

I'm sure I'll transfer all mom taught me to Nwokem...

Easy tips I must say. Thumps up at OP

AjaraEwuro:

Exactly bro, me and you cant be on the same level. Thank God your recognised that. Been round the globe much more than you have, I am very sure of that, so, your statement that I am jealous because someone posts pictures of his trip abroad is nothing but mucus. Been round the globe and maybe that's why I wonder why he is posting the pictures. Now, get a sand paper and wipe your butt hole.

Mr Aja, kindly take several seats sir! This isn't your thread. The OP has every right to do as he wishes on his own thread...

@ OP abeg, keep the pictures coming even though I do not understand a jack of some of those pics. Blame me and my geography teacher. LOL

Travel / Sunnshyn Needs First Hand Information On South Korea Please by sunnshyn(f): 4:07pm On Nov 12, 2013
Hello Nairalanders,

Trust you guys are keeping well.?

Pleases I would like to have first hand information about South Korea as I am considering visiting and maybe, just maybe pitching my tent there in the closest future.

I'd like to know:
1) Standard of Living: what its like to live in SK, rent, food etc as I have been told by my friends who relocated few months back that its ok. I trust Nairalanders and I'm sure I'll get better info here.

2) How easy is it to get jobs in SK on a Nigerian passport and on average how much do they pay? My friends say btw 1000-2500usd monthly. Abeg how true is this?

3) What are the citizens likes? Racist, kind? Etc..

4) I'm single and single...*coughs* will I find eligible single and single guys there? LOL...I'm serious o...

5) Please my people, your kind and prompt answers will be greatly appreciated.

God's blessings!

Business / Re: Woolsworth Set To Exit Nigeria. by sunnshyn(f): 4:03pm On Nov 08, 2013
meine: When will MTN, MULTICHOICE,STANBIC, ETC close shop and go home? The Nigerian business climate has been hostile before i was born so we don't need this story. There is something called "Adaptability to the local market" and that is what Woolworth has failed to do when they got here.

If Multichoice, Stanbic and MTN closes and goes home what happens to the numerous Nigerians being employed there? I'm sure you have at least one relative in one of these firms?

Let's reason and talk objectively abeg
Business / Re: Woolsworth Set To Exit Nigeria. by sunnshyn(f): 3:01pm On Nov 08, 2013
Truth be told...the Woolworths brand isn't meant for Blacks...their clothes are beyond bland I tell u...though of good quality...Nigerians in particular are HIGHLY fashionable people. We like bright coloured clothes that's trendy with modern and beautiful styles and cuts.

Evn in South Africa here, majority of people who shops at woolworths are whites and they buy on credit so also with the few blacks...The credit structured economy of South Africa favours most retailers, whereby the citizens buy these clothes and the funds deducted from their account each and every month...

When I heard Woolworths was in Nigeria, I went - huh? Who's gonna buy them bland looking clothes? Lol. I'm not surprised they are running away now. It is better for them really, 'cos I'm not sure they would be able to come down on their prices and most Nigerians wouldn't rather shop abroad than buy Woolworths brand.

Personally, I wouldn't want to be caught dead in some of Woolworths clothes and shoes.
Travel / Re: Confession Of A Nigerian Pilot -“White People Should Manage Airlines In Nigeria” by sunnshyn(f): 10:58am On Oct 12, 2013
Its really not surprising to me per se....Humans tends to what to cut corners sometimes...howver when it jeopardizes our lives, then its worrisome!

Very educative write up. Now, we know what our aviation problems are and can now systematically deal with it. The Minister who said accidents are inevitable and God's will should please rise up to her duties and stop blaming God for her problems. NCAA and other authorities should please DO THE RIGHT THING. They shouldn't forget that its not only ordinary Nigerians that fly, they too "the all powerful" and their families use these aircrafts or would use as the case may be...

Its also beautiful to see that pilots don't think or care too much for/about themselves, but for their passengers. Such a selfless career IMO.

Business / Re: Do It Yourself Importation Guide Free - Season 2 by sunnshyn(f): 5:00pm On Jul 22, 2013
I read this season and the previous season religiously,,

I have never been a business minded person i tell you, even though i talk like one..lol

Didnt quite grasp the whole ish concerning mini-importation so i had to contact Kentochdis to help me out. He really encouraged me which gave me courage.

Finally ordered for my first set of designer wristwatches *dancing etighi* lol...And also got discounts sef directly from the seller...lol but ofcourse i paid through Aliexpress.

Keeping my fingers crossed! contacted all the big boys i know around town so everyone's expecting my goods....i feel like an importer! hehehehe..

Thank you Kentochdis and y'all that have contributed to educating the novices like me about mini importation! Blessings!
Business / Re: Which Nigerian Bank Card Is One Supposed To Use For Payment On Aliexpress? by sunnshyn(f): 4:50pm On Jul 22, 2013
I saw this post and then contacted Kentochdis as the many grammar on the DIY mini importation was confusing...

Thank you so much man! I just placed my first orders of wristwatches on Aliexpress....Your encouragement really boosted my spirit. And yes! I paid with my debit VISA card and it went through...

I had to call my banking officer and asked why some people's debit cards were rejected and others accepted. She said she coudnt explain why, but it may be as a result of the account being a savings one.

Imagine how rude he sounds sef!

Yea. True, u don't need to justify how u spend ur money bro!

We also wouldn't need to justify how we spend our money if and when few years down d lane u fall ill and need money! Ask OJB...no one prays for such eventualities!

Common people! Theses celebrities needs to start taking responsibilities for their actions and don't bother ordinary Nigerians with their problems in the future. They make all these money, don't invest or save. Something happens to them later and we that bought their cds and helped them achieve fame still have to raise funds to keep them alive!!b Like seriously? I'm pissed!

hmmm...I read this post with great despair...

Back in the Nigerian days, it was almost an abomination for a married woman to be seen alone with a man who wasnt her husband not to talk of cheating...

Fast forward to this present day Nigeria, some women has suddenly sent all morals to the dogs, keeping male frnds and infact sleeping with them...what a shame!

What can i say OP? Be strong atleast for your daughter. Don't loose your sanity to such a woman, she isn't worth it at all...

Stay well, God's blessings rest on you today and always!
