newacca: @superior1,
did you applied from Nigeria? could you please guide me through?
Like I said earlier, your best bet is contacting the International Admission of the school for admission process because that again might differ. Mine was a Masters degree with a scholarship. This is what i did
1. Went online and research schools that fits in with my target (Took me 4 weeks doing this every day)
2.I wrote those schools (on the admission procedure, my eligibility and possible funding options) and i evaluated the response i got
3. Packaged my admission material in line with the school's procedure
4. Prayed to Lord Jesus about it
5. They sent me mails for some clarification, which i did, I later got an admission letter and applied for visa (You can read my visa application story on this thread).
If you are applying for the Economics course, get to the school website and read through thoroughly (kosi any fast track), if you still have any doubt, mail them. Wish you all the best.

newacca: grin Yet u address me as "SIR" lol. Thanx so much for d info. It is mandatory to pay the fee before visa is issued or when one gets to Italy?
Each school has got her rules. They may ask you for a deposit and they may not. I will suggest you write the International Admission Office of the school. They are always willing to respond to enquiries of such.

ernestleon: Pls sir do me a favour by not calling me sir.Anyway fees are are paid on instalments, practically 3 and technically you are not paying anything because it will be refunded to you if you have a low annual income. The fees are 1,800 euro and you will have to pay the first installment then subsequently if your annual income is considered low,the money will be returned -14euro tax while the other two installments wont be paid
LOl grin grin grin(Pls sir do me a favour by not calling me sir) Ernest is earnest. Aren't you forgetting as an international student he will likely pay more than this?

PoliticsRe: Awo-ojukwu Enugu Conversation by superior1: 6:46pm On Jan 03, 2013
Eziachi: Whoever is our leader should be non of your concern and like I said, we knew our leaders. Any group that doesn't know their leaders are like a tree without roots.
As for me, you knew nothing about me to make such authoritative statement about my productive life. I am a member of all my age groups, Town Unions, pay my annual town levies, attend all development effort meetings that needed attending.
You knew nothing about Igboland, if you do you must have known that there are organs like MASSOB that came into existence before it. While the tactics and method may varies, the goals are all the same.
Then you guys should stop wondering what lies in the heart of Afenifere. Protecting our interest comes first and we play the game only to achieve that, we do not have any permanent enemy and if anybody's actions betrays his offer of friendship, we simply take him out of the equation. We are a people that can easily be taken for a fool, sugbon ohun ti agba fi ju omode lo, abe ewe lowa (the secret of superiority of an elder to a child is always hidden). I wish the Igbo Nation godspeed, they should start making more friends (even if it is to achieve their objective)and they need not pointing fingers to Omo'Odua, we bring no woe to any man.We will not be responsible for the success or failure of Biafra as long as our interest is not tampered with and we have no ore scenario.
PoliticsRe: Awo-ojukwu Enugu Conversation by superior1: 5:53pm On Jan 03, 2013
Eziachi: The answer is "yes" Biafran people are committed to full independent of Biafra as a nation,if you doubt it, then conduct a referendum. I don't know what you meant by leaders. If you meant Igbo born political office holders of Nigeria, then think again. They are not our leaders. They are investors and shareholders in corporation called Nigeria. They must protect their vested interest and daily dividend, especially in glare of the public.
The first time you will see our leaders, you will have no doubt.
Eziachi, can you explain the underline better, so who are the Igbo Leaders, MASSOB or people like you who have spent their productive life in Obodo Oyinbo?

PoliticsRe: Awo-ojukwu Enugu Conversation by superior1:
Eziachi: You may beg to differ, but The comments from your brothers/sisters on this thread and others in regards to Biafra or East agenda doesn't support your stance on an imaginary enemy, unfortunately.
Your brothers/sisters have heaped blames and insults on them, it is in their honor to defend themselves. The truth is that we have got absolutely nothing to lose if/when a Biafra republic is instituted but like i said earlier, while we have to protect our interest, we dont determine the future of Biafra, your leaders does and they are not committed to that vision as it is currently. I mean, if there is bloodless way to go about it, a good portion of Westerns want a Yoruba State, what do you think informs the call for regional integration which we currently champion?

I hope you will understand my people wanting to protect their interest and playing the politics to that effect. I ask you, what of the Easterners?, can you say with all honesty that your people and leaders are committed to the Biafra agenda?, havent your people start playing and romancing the center now and only shout Biafra!!! when the going isnt so sweet?, why then do you keep seeing us in your shadows?.
PoliticsRe: Awo-ojukwu Enugu Conversation by superior1: 1:45pm On Jan 03, 2013
Eziachi: I think you guys should leave this for posterity now. Both men are death and the problem they faced has since mulitiplied today. What are we going to do about it? Biafrans still believe, separation is the answer, I don't know what the West exactly believes in. I can understand the stances of both men under the circumstances they found themselves. Awo was much older and experienced than Ikemba, who was under 30 at the time and you can tell from their both use of words. Emekas has been placed under what many won't face in their life time in a twinkle of an eye. Thousands of his people had been massacred including my dear uncle, his pregnant wife and two children. Emeka was under severe pressure from all sides to do the right thing, but its difficult to do the right thing with dead bodies of your kins all around you.

Awo has just been released from prison, his land is surrounded by people who will kill without any qualms, he has seen how Fajuyi was killed in their backyard and nothing happened. No matter how brave you are, no man want to die when it comes to it. He calculated that his people will be the first target if there is a war between the north and the south because of geographical location. Whether Ojukwu understood this genuine fear, I don't know.
But what bugged many of us was the ferocity of which the West pursued the war against the East when it started, even more than the enemies (north) themselves. It doesn't make any sense. But what happens now is what is more important. Why do the West hate the word Biafra more than the north in 2013?
I beg to differ, there is no region currently in Nigeria that pursue regional agenda and Sovereign National Conference like the West, we do not hate Biafra or her agenda (I think most westerners will even confess of being tired of the entity called Nigeria). The truth is that the East is not really sincere and committed to the Biafra Agenda perhaps due to their closeness to the center of power and romance with PDP. Like you infer, history has been made but why dont the East focus on their agenda and stop seeing West as an imaginary enemy who is responsible for all their problems?

Nay, his presidency is the sign of the end of Nigeria or better put, his administration is pushing Nigeria towards self-destruction.

joseph1832: What is the function or job of the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria? (CAN) Well certainly its not be a sycophant

Judging by the way Ayo Oritsejafor, who is currently the president of CAN is using the office, one would say its a complete aberration.

He wines and dines with the corrupt, plays lip service to them, encourage them in their evil ways, turns the other eye when the people he's suppose to be protecting their interest are being harassed, doesn't blink an eye lid when hash conditions are sanctioned on the Nigerian masses, attends top government functions, and has endorse a government known to be very corrupt! In short there's no PDP function you don't find the clergyman. I often wonder if he's become a card carrying member of that party.

Is this what a man of God, the President of CAN is suppose to be doing? I think its time CAN clean out their closet.
Then you should be offered his Job, right?, you are a FO.OOL

PoliticsRe: Don't Insult Jonathan On Facebook - N'Delta Group Appeals by superior1: 9:43pm On Dec 30, 2012
Sincere 9gerian: Yes, I got registered a few months ago but its very easy to decipher those who have been supporting this govt all the while and those who been in opposition camps all the while. Some even say it categorically that they didn't vote for the govt. Again I only got registered then but I was coming here as a guest though not as frequent as now. Immediately I got registered and saw the high degree of HATE, attacks and propaganda against the incumbent, I immediately volunteered to take on the propagandists and HATERS. These SORE LOSERS have been fighting the incumbent from all angles since after the election. How can we develop nationally if we continue in this partisan acrimony in and out of election. Just imagine, if immediately after the election in Lagos, the PDP went underground and starting fighting tooth and nail to make Lagos ungovernable. They stir up protests to oppose Lekki toll gates and LASU school fees increment, sponsor kidnapping of people here and there, bomb some parts of Lagos, etc Do you think with all those distraction that Lagos would still have achieved whatever it claims to have achieved or still rake in N30billion monthly?
The point I'v been making is that we should draw a line between elections and national development. After elections, all waring camps should unite for the purpose of national development. The level of HATE some persons display online gives them away as persons capable of vandalizing public infrastructure, including public power supply infrastructure. If they do or sponsor such things, are they promoting or hurting development?
Enu opuro kin seje, Lair mouth no dey bleed. May God direct your life in 2013 the same way Jonathan has been directing Nigeria in the last 2 years
