What you call a little misunderstanding may not be little to him, we all have different ways of perception. Just go to him in the night, demonstrate genuine repentance and try resolving the issue of discord. Note: Playing I dont also give a damn, is very very counter productive |

I will like to confirm this, a colleague told me there is a way doctors can determine the genotype of a child during early pregnancy stage. |
Sir, what are you talking about? I am very angry right now but that doctor should be fired and sent back to medical school. After taking a medical history, you do a complete examination and then lab investigations. It is obvious that the doctor did not even listen to the baby's chest before writing malaria drugs. All he/she needed was an ordinary stethoscope. How did the pediatrician diagnose the pneumonia? I am sure he did not have to do plenty lab investigations in the same hospital. By the way, how can you prescribe quinine for a child who has developed resistant malaria (according to that fake doctor) and then send the child home? What kind of nonsense is that? That doctor should be fired! Sometimes I wish I was a lawyer, all these rubbish many Nigerian doctors do will land their asses in jail and they will start sitting up. It is because of all these nonsense that I left the medical profession.
May heaven bless you Isale eko, I intentionally left out the name of the hospital because it is well respected and I pay quite a fortune getting treatment for my family there(which added to my annoyance) My wife told me ,the Pediatrician simply listened closely to the girls breathing with stethoscope and invited my wife to also do same which she did and later confirmed to me she also heard sounds different to her heart beat and breathing. The Pediatrician then explained to her (my wife) it is the sign of pneumonia before carrying out other test. To the Docs., I understand you guys are trying to defend your Professional Colleague but I think you should rather learn from this. Make sure you are sure and when you are not sure ask from those who should know better before jumping into conclusion. Most of you would not try the nonsense you call medical practice if your were working abroad, sebi na naija, anything goes, abi?. |
Young-man, you better go and face your studies |
Odunnu: Its a terrible situation we have in our hands in this countryThanks Sis. I was at the hospital later yesterday and almost wept seeing my daughter so weak but graciously responding to treatment. I wish for seconds I can take that quack to Aluu for serious punishment.I no blame Jonathan and his cohorts for travelling out each time they have sore throat. |
Perhaps one of the ills plaguing this country include her teaming numbers of quack doctors. I lost a pregnant relative just last year because the doctor misdiagnosize and administered wrong treatment to her. Last Friday my daughter started showing symptoms of malaria and we decided to take her to a popular specialist hospital located in Ikeja. The doctor on duty without thinking twice heard my wife's complain and gave our girl malaria treatment. On sunday, we noticed fatigue, lost of appetite, extremely high temperature, difficult breathing and running nose. Over sunday/monday night she couldn't sleep and kept vomiting all her mother was able to give her (including breast milk). Today (Monday), we took her to the same hospital and was attended to by the same doctor who recommended a dosage of quinine and paracetamol but has my wife was leaving the hospital, she felt led to speak with the pediatrician who was just strolling into the hospital to resume duties. She re-examined our 10month kid and concluded she is with pneumonia and the thing was in advance stage. The girl was immediately placed under admission for critical treatment. If not for God, that quack doctor would have given my family another story to tell. What is it about quack doctors in Nigeria (I have had friends report their adventure with many, one was even consulting textbook right in front of an acquitance ) is it that our medical schools are producing bad ones or medical students are no longer paying close attention to their lessons? |
IMO Jonathan raised the bar in the definition of stupidity, the transmission is senseless, shallow and of no relevance. The transmission had been recorded and edited (anyone who watched closely will noticed it wasn't a live transmission). Why wait till 7am before playing it after airing the National Anthem ![]() |
http://hitplayonline.files./2012/08/17-heart-of-the-city-ft-yetty-big-l-and-tipsy.mp3 A friend posted this song on fb claiming it featured 2 of the Aluu victims Lloyd (Aladin) & Ugonna (Tipsy). To say the least, I am heart broken. |
