well i am use to it, i normally hold it while working. it takes 10hr of transcription to drop from 100% - 15% on 3G. battery capacity is 7000mah. Npower gave it to me 2year ago when I joined the program.

Nice suggestion. No, I could differentiate the voices. There was nothing confusing about the call. Not at all. I just don't understand where the second inverted speaker came from. I didn't even touch that part while rediting. No need for call clarification. It does not help. They are "always right". Remember, there is competion now.

The workstation on my tablet is just too saturated with unwanted information e.g the release call buttons e.t.c would have been better if it were to be a drop down menu. plus removal of speaker labeling guild, I'm just managing eno just dey friendly at all.

request for a rating clarification if you are sure. it might be a system error. and I think you made the mistake due to similar voice of the rep and customer. I wish QA will give us the opportunity to preview our work on the final transcript page before submission, This will go a long way in reducing inverted speaker flag.

it prevents your call from expiring due to inactivity. it is normally there for those that transcribe long calls, let's say 8 hours and above so that they can catch their breath in between the job.

I have released a call after 3 hours before. same thing if you go to Slack you will see people complaining of releasing calls after 6 hours of transcribing due to audio error. if you feel you can't continue like that or you can make out the difference then continue.

I only know of govern... vac...... reward. please release the call if you're not sure of who is speaking. your rating is at stake.

I will advise you to release the call in order to prevent inverted speaker flag. I always try to work on only calls where there is a clear difference between the voice of the rep and customer. you should apply same policy since you are new to the job.

that feature will not prevent your call from expiring. what challenges are you facing.

To be clear, the functionality you're describing is something we've had suggested to us. and I believe it's in development. We're very focused on building the best product in the space, but we still have to prioritise new features. To reiterate, you're looking for the ability to highlight multiple accounts and see the top metrics for all highlighted accounts. Is that right?

Last week was the dryest so far, yet the leaderboard has got folks with 500 and 600 minutes. I think these numbers would have been possible upper week but last week? I don't think so unless they all have work that have not been rated for more than three weeks.

I think management is trying to make transcribers believe that the dearth of calls is because of the poor transcripts so that those that work on the few ones that are available can't be picky and will want to do a quality job and I think that the strategy is effective.

Was anyone here able to bag up to 200 minutes? This is a poll. For research purposes. I did 68 minutes, my lowest in months

the chances of bagging an FC...UK call just increased by 300% including Ct group call that normally use foreign language anyhow. throughout the week I do exhaust all my release token, getting a good call is not easy. and all of a sudden I cannot see my dear Pen Fuster calls on the queue.

The account i created for my sister 4days ago, even after passing the test same day. She wanted to log in and she was told to take the test again and was assigned Clip3. I reloaded the page more than 20 times and the clip refuse to shake, i decided to take the test and i passed.

Qa have updated their website you can no longer choose the test you want, it is now auto assign. meaning you must transcribe the particular test they give you.
