During the first week of this month we had fun, and she took postinor 2 immediately,, at 3 days interval, we had another fun, so as to be safe I told her to take another dosage of postinor 2 again.

I understand that the drug should be taken once a month, but there is no other choice in this case.

she had her period last on the 2nd of this month. Then she called me on the 16th that she saw her period again which last for 2-3 days.

Please is this a sign of pregnancy or the effect of the drug. Cos I only heard that the drug only prolong menstruation.

She did test today, it's negative,, but I felt it's too early to carry out the test, that is why i can't ascertain if it's accurate or not.

Please who have had similar experience before, I need you to clarify me.

Point of correction, Postinor is not meant to replace contraceptives like condom, and family planning. It is an emergency contraceptive, only to be used when the normal contraceptives fail in action or in a case of rape or sexual assault.

Taking it continuously comes with heavy side effects that could be irreversible. Pls do stick to condoms as they are safer and less dangerous to the woman.

Also continuous use can weaken the effect of the drug when needed.

A woman can still take Postinor dosages and still end up pregnant as it's efficiency is about 80 to 90% and well below condom use in prevention of pregnancy. This is why doctors don't recommend it as a contraceptive.

But you and I know that security people at those places you mentioned also leave their duty post but are not noticeable because they are more than one on duty at all time. For medical scientists, a recognised professional fellowship is generally accepted as a criteria for professorship. He has a fellowship certificate already but to meet up requirements of being a VC he now needs a PhD in academics study as he wants to be head of an institutions.

Generally you must not have a PhD to be a Prof, people like Chinua Achebe, whole soyinka and even Yemi Osibanjo are professors without Phd. All that counts is your contribution to education, and also how favoured you are.

If you have masters already and fortunate to join a newly accredited university and you have taught for good years you can be promoted to fill the position if vacant. The only issue is you can't be the VC according to NUC. @DodadaKoKigbe

Some do it to avoid spammers, but majority of cases here on Nairaland have been shown to be used by scammers. During the early days of Nairaland everyone used there phone numbers here without fear of spammers, but as time went on scammers started flooding the forum. A mod created a thread and all scam reports were entered with their phone numbers and bank details that were used for the scam. Since most scammers have used their personal lines for scam before they started entering spacing in the numbers to spoof the search engine and avoid detection.

This is not true for the whole state, maybe for some communities. We have so many boreholes in my community and vast majority of my local govt. The main means of water supply is water Tankers

The issue affecting most communities is Enugu is not something to laugh about. Several attempts have been made in lots of communities to dig boreholes but they return dark water and water filled with minerals like coal, ore and gas in large volumes.
Enugu is also sitting on a hill and most parts are several meters above water level, this makes it hard to drill water to reach the water table.

Attempts are currently being made to introduce irrigation system from places with abundant water to places with none. This issue shall pass too.
