FFK, you have a law degree from University of Cambridge, one of the top institutions in the world. I am not a lawyer, but without a law degree, a layman knows you need to back all your allegations with evidence. Atiku's case was dead on arrival because he made several claims that are unprovable. He claimed voters were bribed with Tradermoni, he claimed that INEC server had the real results, he further claimed that results were transmitted with card readers. No lawyer worth his law degree would mess himself up trying to prove such a case.

Why did our judiciary overturn elections in Ekiti, Osun and Edo States? One reason is that Tinubu hired forensic experts to do audits on fingerprints on ballots. When the courts were convinced that there was overvoting, the illegitimate votes were simply deducted and voila, ACN was declared the lawful winner. You don't appeal to the emotions of judges and fail to provide evidence and expect them to cave. Nigeria's laws don't work like that. FFK of all people should know that.

From the closing statement made by Levy SAN, counsel to Atiku you can clearly see that they have no general focus in this case. First they based their case on server, then switched to electoral malpractice, now he is saying Buhari didn't submit result certificate. This is one of the reasons they couldn't make a solid case in court, they were so divided that they didn't know which side to properly focus on and provide enough witnesses.

You should know that Supreme Court will not rule in favor of Atiku, even if all opinions are on his side. The Justices not only have to uphold law, they must uphold sacredness of a Sovereingty. The sovereingty of Nigeria in substance is zero, but it has a form, or an ideal which the Justices must respect at all cost. Ruling in favor of Atiku will risk sovereign power and we may never recover from the unintended outcomes that will follow.

Lazy youth, Cambridge already confirmed that Buhari's certificate is authentic. WAEC Deputy Registrar also came to the Court to say that Buhari's WAEC result is authentic. The only confirmation left is for you to use your brain. Buhari's WAEC result shows that he has F9 in Mathematics, that should have shown you that the result is authentic, nobody will forge result and give himself F9 in Mathematics which is a compulsory subject. Use your brain for something tangible not just Yahoo Yahoo.

which of the documents are you referring to because There were two conflicting documents which still does not resolve the issue, the two carried different names and different number of subjects sat for, the waec guy could not also confirm the authenticity because he was not the issuing authority

2.The certificates Buhari tendered to the PEPT were issued to him by the institutions that are constitutionally recognised to do so.
3. These certificates were not forged, faked, or tampered with. They were tendered as recieved.
