Refusal to sign it is nothing but pure madness. In 2015, Buhari scored 1.9m votes from Kano state. Over 70% of these voters did not use PVC. All almajiris in Kano state were drafted to vote Buhari with incidence form. This is the main reason Buhari is not interested in the electoral amendment bill. He is relying on those almajiris again for 2019.

The 2019 General Election process was started with the current law. If you sign a new guidelines now, in case of dispute which of the law will you use as a guideline to judge? Candidates will just be referencing whichever that favours their case.
