Working in Yoruba company is the worst thing that can happen to you. They will frustrate you till you resign. In a Yoruba company, everybody is not equal, they will make sure Yoruba heads every department qualified or not. Then they only promote their people, pay them every single benefits merited and unmerited and keep other tribes the position they employed them. no promotion, no salary increase. I resigned from a Company because Yoruba took mgt of the firm from Kenyans and decided to sack 95% of Igbos just because of hatred from the head of operations. I was part of the remaining 5% and they gave us hell. The finance head will tell me to my face that he hates Igbos with passion and that if had the opportunity he will wipe out the tribe from the face of the earth.
They sack the Igbos without paying them benefits and ask them to engage a lawyer if they feel aggrieved that's how bad it is.
If a Yoruba person commits a sack offence, they iether hide the info or they will treat it with soft glove as if nothing happened and the person walks free even without a query.
Woe betide you if Igbo person defaults, you are gone, without investigation nor panel to defend yourself, that is if you're not arrested and locked up depending on the offence.
This is evil. God's watching all of you tribalists.

That's why I laugh when a Nigerian writes about racism.

Even tho op's story is largely bullshit, what disgusts me about this despicable flatin0s is the fact that they do exactly what they blame others for but are fast to take up the victim card, any Yoruba employing an Igbo is simply stupid, as far as the 60s Ahmadu Bello said this thing about the clannish, dubious and vindictive nature of igbos and spitting on the faces of those who help them, their unruly, savage behavior which they stupidly call republicanism made them a people where everyone what's to lead but no one wants to follow which is why they find it difficult to get along with their bosses and authority, they always think they can cheat the system cus they feel they're smarter than others but when they get caught they start begging, ask yourselves why in Indonesia, ghana, south Africa and other nations always have some bad expirence with igbos, business wise they're simply crooks and cheats who inflate prices or sell fake or substandard products, check computer village, ladipo or and known Igbo market, plus you'd hardly see a second generation Igbo business, .... I manage my family's estate in lagos and I can't count the number of times I've had to settle issues with these people in court....they pay rent very late, but are always renovating and they are always looking for a legal loophole to expliot, they're bad neighbors always picking fights with those around them and very confrontational...... summary is that I've stopped renting to this bastards, as per employment and opportunities i don't exploy them but I keep a few of them as non executive board members, honestly I find it easier working with yorubas especially Yoruba women. To avoid stress in life just avoid this Igbo people like a plague.
Same way, igbos should avoid your tribe like a plaque too. Igbos are successful people. Let's see who's gonna loose out.

I dont think you know how these things work. Referendum is the end result of an agitation for independence. I dont know of any current agitation by Ijaws to have a separate country. The only independence agitation I know of in the SE/SS area is that of Biafra. If IPOB's agitation works out, the referendum will about Biafra. Those who vote by a majority to leave Nigeria, will become Biafrans. Those who vote against, refuse to vote or refuse that referendum will not hold in their area, will continue as Nigerians.

But an Ijaw man cannot seek a seperate country on the sweat, suffering and agitation of IPOB or others. If Ijaws want their own country, they should start their own agitation for their own referendum
There's nothing like Niger Delta. It does not exist. If you want it, start to agitate for it now.

I was expecting this type of thoughtless comments from you people and I wasn't disappointed.

If I may ask, which people are more of betrayals and back stabbers ?
Is it Yoruba leaders who resisted the arrest of Sunday Igboho by the FG or the Igbo leaders who aided the proscription of Ibop as terrorist group, who brought operation pytton dance to to Igbo land, and order the military operation in Kanu's village that would have led to the death of Nnamdi Kanu had he not been helped to escape ?
Now the same kanu is in exile.

Yes yoruba are betrayals according to your epistle, what would call your own people who invited the military for an air raid against their own people in Orlu?
Saints abi ?

Oh I forget, what is going on in Orlu now was caused by Yoruba leaders and back stabbers?

Let me tell u this, you people are doing more harm to your race in this country than the people you see as your enemies.

You're filled with hate and disdain for other tribes, while you want to be loved at same time. Do you think that is possible?

You stereotyped other tribes with so many irritating negativities and derogating names, but when one looks deep inside enough, it's your tribe that fits in into those shoes more.

Normally I don't respond to these type of comments, but I think it's becoming one out of many.

And I want to say this that it's Ipod that will eventually destroy the Igbos .

Pls remove the log in your own eyes before you see the spec in the eyes of others.
You are a funny person. Your job is to understudy Igbo people, and probably listen to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Admittedly, those things are one of the reasons we want to pull out of Nigeria. Most of The leaders are Fulani slaves.

But Yoruba is not and can't be better than the Igbos. You have destroyed and killed our people, Yet we wax strong. On a good day, we will ask all of you to pay for the blood your fathers spilled during the Nigeria biafra war and currently warming up to spill again.

CrimeWe Use Human Parts Proceed To Drink Beer by survivor10(op): 10:04pm On Jan 05, 2021
I bought human head N20, 000 suspect

By Shina Abubakar Osogbo

A murder suspect, Tajudeen Monsuru, 30, involved in Iwo ritual killings has confessed that proceeds from sales of human parts are used to drink beer during his leisure hours.

Fielding questions from journalists while he was paraded along with other suspected criminals at the State Police Command Headquarters in Osogbo, Osun State on Tuesday, he said he has two persons, including his girlfriend, Alani Mutiyat.

He admitted to strangling his victims to death after gaining their trust.

“We strangle our victims to death after gaining their trust. Most times, we sleep together at night and deep into the night strangle them before daybreak and cut their body into pieces for sales.

After selling their parts to clerics who need it, I use the proceed to enjoy myself and drink beer sometimes. I had killed my girlfriend before and one other young man brought to my place by Akeem. I don’t feel anything while killing them,” he said.

Meanwhile one of his accomplice, Hamzat Akeem, 25, who confessed to luring his friend, Gafari, to Monsuru’s place, where he was strangled to death said he was given N5000 for the role, while Awayewasere Yusuf, 37, claimed he bought a human head for money-making at the rate of N20,000.

Also, Lukman Garuba, 31 said he bought human flesh from Monsuru for a money-making ritual at the cost of N2,000.

Earlier, the State Police Commissioner, Olawale Olokode disclosed that the command rescued seven persons kidnapped by unknown gunmen in two separate kidnapping operations in the state.

He disclosed that the two separate kidnapping operations took place on December 29 and 30, 2020.

According to him, in the December 30 incident, 12 passengers traveling to Offa, Kwara State en route Osun in a Volkswagen bus were kidnapped at Asi, along Oyan road in Odo-Otin Local Government Area of the state around 5 pm.

He said the kidnappers later released 6 victims while the remaining six were held captives while their families were contacted for ransom.

However, a combined team of Anti-kidnapping, Joints Task Force and other vigilante group combed the forest areas in the town forcing the kidnappers to release the six victims while two kidnap suspects, Idris Quadri, 25 and Okanlawon Quadri, 28 were arrested by the team on Friday, January 1, 2021.

Similarly, on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, a family of five traveling from Abuja to Lagos State were kidnapped by seven suspected herdsmen bearing AK47 rifles and cutlasses at Igbelajewa area of Ijebu-Jesa around 9:30 pm.

“Four of the victims were released to inform the family members of the incident, while a suspect was whisked away into the bush. The suspects later through a phone call demanded ransom but the intensive effort of the police and other vigilante group forced the kidnappers to release the victim, but there is no arrest yet.

“However, the combined effort of Anti-kidnapping units of the police, Joints Task Force and another vigilante group at forest areas in Oyan led to the arrest of two suspects while effort has been intensified to arrest other suspects”, said Olokode.

Somebody help me; Why is Dimkas coup not defined by Dimkas ethnicity? I mean it was stated clearly that the main reason that led Dimka to unleash that coup was to get rid of core northerners that upstaged Gowon, a fellow middle belter! This led to the killings of Murtala Mohammed and Ibrahim Taiwo, including the attempted elimination of officers that helped Murtalas ascedence to power, most of them northerners! Gowons name was so glaringly written all over the coup that the federal government sought for his repatriation to Nigeria for trial.

He will later be left in the UK to rot while Ojukwu whom he fought against during the war, was pardoned to come back to Nigeria! My questions are; who and who here even know Dimkas ethnic group? Why was the ethnic/regional/sectional motivations behind Dimkas military interjection always downplayed by the media, the government and even the military while Nzeogwus military uprising is conveniently used as an excuse to propel an unending devilish policy of containment against the good people of the former eastern Nigeria!?
Nigeria will never know peace until they atone for all the sins meted out to the old eastern region!
