Wait until you receive the certificate. If the arrangement is wrong, a simple affidavit will resolve the name arrangement.

affidavit doesn't work on this. The best is to correct any mistake you have

It varies. Go to MTN office close to you to lay a complaint.
I also had an issue similar to this never knew my names were wrongly spelt during sim registration

am having the same issue now needs help
