Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 12:42pm On Apr 18, 2011
The elections were rigged.

Why does it surprise you that youths are rioting?

How this these resultes reconcile with all on-line polls that have Buhari far far ahead of GEJ?

https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-585935.0.html

U r so dumb! During the US election of Algore vrs Bush (second term)., the online polls pointed to Algore winning with wide margin, all the research said the same thing, but what happened, Bush won the election convincingly.

I don’t think u r in UK, may be in one bush village, cos ur thinking does not reflect ur exposure at all.

How can u tell us that voted here in Nigeria that elections were rigged? I suspect u r the ones supplying them, the arms they are using to fight, cos u prepared for violence by giving ur master(BUHARI) hopes that he will win.
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 12:34pm On Apr 18, 2011
Buhari should be arrested for instigating his dumb followers to pepertrate violence.

That is Buhari's dividend of Democracy to his supporters. for all the efforts campaining for Buhari and standing in the sun to defend their wasted votes to him, Buhari is paying them back with a token of Violence, 'what he haseth is what he giveth'.
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 12:28pm On Apr 18, 2011
@SUV
pls don't make jest of this serious issue.
we all know that Buhari may be protesting the election results. we all know that the people protesting are claiming to be CPC members. however, buhari can still deny that these ppl are not members of CPC & that he didnt send them on any protest march.

let us, first, exhaust all legal ways of tracing the matter to Buhari before we arrive at a conclusion that they are TRUE CPC SUPPORTERS

Watch ur TV and see that CPC agents are contesting the results of the polls.

Let BUHARI deny it first, so we rule him out, until then Buhari remains the culpritas the brain behind all these violence.
My family are in the north and they told me that CPC supporters are protesting.

What evidence do u hv that Buhari is not behind iut, proove us otherwise. pls SUV is not joking!
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 12:21pm On Apr 18, 2011
Hello all,
I,m from SW and voted BB. however I am totally against violence in all forms; please I'm calling on the leadership of CPC/BB and northern leaders to appeal for calm. this would only make things worse. on this forum lets do the same please and not fan the embers of violence. thank you
If u r totally against violence, is ur BB totally against violence?
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 12:14pm On Apr 18, 2011
this is highly Unfortunate! I supported BB and I am against this violence.

But only 'illiterates' on this forum would continue to blame this on Islam. I dont even blame Buhari, These people are almajiri, like many call them, are illiterates and are jobless. Their understanding of what is wrong and right is as far as their thinking enables them. If they were not, am sure the story would be different. Who then do we blame for the illiteracy, the joblessness, the poverty driving them to loot. OF course, the government.

The Government should be told to do the right things NOW. Name callings would help us in no way.

Nobody is blaming Islam. we are blaming the proud loser BUHARI  that cannot accept defeat but resort to violence.
As for the almajiris, pls open ur eyes, they are the cheapest weapon to be used, and they know the difference, they know the target, they are only illitrates, but who taught them how to kill? same person should hv taught them better ways than violence and killing.
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 12:09pm On Apr 18, 2011
Buhari should atleast prove his critics wrong . . .A press statement,a speech or a rally would calm all nerves.

If really he was a man of peace and stood for the interest of One Nigeria,he should be able to do that.

Unfortunately: the violence taketh by force!

Show he is instigating all the violence. that is BUHARI's second nature! shoot & kill.
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 12:04pm On Apr 18, 2011
As an elder statesman, Buhari should come out and denounce any protest being made in support of CPC. That is the most humble thing he should do for now. After all,he earlier said he wont contest the outcome of last Saturday's election.

I don't support religious violence in this country

O yeah! BUHARI is already crying foul and instigating Violence evrywhere. unfortunately, he can only use gullible loyalist in the north that has the same shoot & kill mentality like Buhari.

Buhari & CPC agents are already contesting the results.
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 11:58am On Apr 18, 2011
Buhari may not know anything about these people claiming to be CPC loyalist. How do we even know that they are actual CPC loyalists? Was any1 of them arrested with a CPC membership card? How are we not sure it is PDP or ACN supporters that are formenting crisis? How are we sure it is not even Boko Haram members that are unleashing this crisis & telling everybody that they are CPC members.

Mind you, an armed robber can claim to be member of any political or ethnic affiliation. Lets not just accept what seems obvious. We must learn to think beyond the ordinary
If u hv been following the announcement of poll results, CPC is the only party and BUHARI is the only one crying foul and claiming massive rigging and manipulation of result.
the CPC agents were on TV and said the same thing.
so who else is violent both by orientation, training and lifestyle except BUHARI? Ex-soldier? what else and who else do u expect is behind all the violence so far? the only language BUHARI understands is SHOOT & KILL.
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 11:52am On Apr 18, 2011
Na wao.

Buhari should as an elder statesman, come out and address his supporters. It definitely wud help restore peace in the zone.

When anticipating victory, its always wise to prepare for failure. . . words of my late Dad.

if u r waiting for BUHARI to do anything, u will old! he send them. that is the only language BUHARI understands. SHOOT & KILL (non-notherners)
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 11:50am On Apr 18, 2011
The present violence in kaduna was because the people feel that the VP manipulated the election results. Why didnt the crisis start from Katsina (or even Daura)?

The most annoying thing is that, it is only the innocent people like me and you that will be affected. The almajeris that they use to forment this crisis don't know the difference between a northerner & a southerner; a muslim & an hausa; an ibo & an urhobo; a christian & an Eckist,   They are just too dumb to know anything apart from the word "go & kill them".

May almighty Allah save us from the hands of these bastards that go out & kill in the name of Islam or election

Hv u been sleeping? CPC agents are fighting for their master of Shooting and killing (BUHARI).
as for the almajiris: pls dont be deceived, they know the difference. once u instruct them to go and kill, they already know the target audience.
Like father like son. Buhari pikin, na only shoot and kill in go sabi!
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 11:43am On Apr 18, 2011
@omooba, it is obvious that some people were not meant to be on the internet if not for MTN 500 naira per day browsing. I no blame you.

So what is ur point?
Politics / Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by SUV(f): 11:39am On Apr 18, 2011
There is no point arresting him.he may not have instigated his followers but the irresponsible attitude of an average northerner is only playing out.
buhari orchestrated his own failure by himself and his people should blame in for his greed instead of causing unnecessary trouble.

You just said my mind. and besides, the only language BUHARI understands is SHOOT.
Politics / Re: Official Results Of Presidential Election: By INEC by SUV(f): 11:24am On Apr 18, 2011
Congratulations President Goodluck Jonathan though you still have to prove to us that you are the change we desire. Your antecedents don't point to that, but we give you the benefit of doubt.

You made a promise to leave in 2015, dont let the curse of the poisoned chalice of Aso rock corrupt you because you shall be encouraged by sychopahants to seek another term & the devil inside you might just wake up at that time.

What do we expect from you: Provide the enabling environment that will produce more change agents like CBN gov & INEC Chairman so that 21st century proven personalities like Rivers Gov Rotimi Amaechi; Lagos Gov Fashola & Jigawa Gov Lamido can become our President or VP come 2015. Those 3 come readily to mind as those who can turn Nigeria around and give Nigerians the pride of place in the committee of nations.

We dont expect that you will succeed in tackling Power & Petroleum products because you cannot move against those who bankrolled your elections but rather you shall handover the resources of the nation to them & the common man will be further impoverished, its simple commosense

Make no mistake, you are a president of convinience

Well said: As for me it is only Fashola that deserves to be the next president of this country.
I have little hope on Jonathan. But lets watch and see what happens. Power is intoxicating, i hope he listens and focus to deliver within this 4yrs. God help us in this country.
Politics / Re: Official Results Of Presidential Election: By INEC by SUV(f): 11:16am On Apr 18, 2011
BEFORE YOU READ MY REMARK PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM FROM THE EAST. ITS AMAZING SEEING HOW PATHETIC AND CLUELESS MOST NIGERIANS STILL ARE. THOSE FROM THE SS, SE AND SW WOULD RATHER DIE AT THE HAND OF SOMEONE WHOM THEY REGARD AS A BROTHER THAN BE SAVED BY A STRANGER. WHAT A SAD STORY BEING TOLD HERE. IF A PARTY WHICH HAD JUST 7 MONTHS OF NATIONAL RECOGNITION COULD PULL THIS MUCH CLOUT AGAINST ONE WHICH HAS HAD 144 MONTHS RECOGNITION IN NIGERIA THEN NIGERIANS HAVE SPOKEN THAT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED "GOODLUCK" AND HIS BAND OF SHARKS, KILLERS AND THIEVES.

LETS SEE THIS IN A CLEARER LIGHT HERE. THE CLUELESS NIGERIANS JUST ELECTED A CLUELESS AND OBVIOUSLY not-so-smart INDIVIDUAL FOR THE NEXT 4 YEARS. IF IN 12 MONTHS OUR FOREIGN RESERVES HAVE BEEN ALMOST DEPLETED WATCH OUT FOR THE NEXT 4 YEARS. PERHAPS WE WOULD BE GOING TO GHANA TO BORROW FUNDS. I REMEMBER THAT IN 1996/97 NIGERIA, CHINA, INDIA AND INDONESIA WERE ALL RATED AS DEVELOPING NATIONS BUT NOW ONLY NIGERIA IS STILL A DEVELOPING NATION WHEN INDIA, CHINA AND EVEN INDONESIA ARE SUPER POWERS TODAY, HOW SAD. WE ARE THE LARGEST BLACK NATION IN THE WORLD, THE THIRD LARGEST PRODUCER OF CRUDE OIL IN THE WORLD, YET WE ALLOW OURSELVES TO BE LED BY THIEVES WHO CARE ABOUT NOTHING ELSE BESIDES SELF ENRICHMENT.

IT IS ON RECORD THAT THE AVERAGE IBO MAN IS CORRUPT AND PREFERS HIS OWN KIND. AN IBO MAN CANNOT EVEN TELL THE TRUTH TO HIS BROTHER OR EVEN HIS WIFE BECAUSE THEY LOVE DECEPTION AND ONLY DANCE TO THE TUNE THAT FAVOURS THEM SUCH AS THE PDP TUNE. CORRUPTION CAN ONLY WALK WITH CORRUPTION. THIS IS A CLEAR INDICATOR OF THE LEADERSHIP WE HAVE. I AND MY FAMILY VOTED FOR THE DUO CALLED BB BECAUSE UNLIKE MOST NIGERIANS WHO DIDNT, I BELIEVE IN A BETTER FUTURE FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN AND THEIR CHILDREN AND THIS FUTURE CANNOT BE FOUND IN THE LIKES OF PDP BY WHATEVER REPRESENTATION THEY HAVE. I WEEP FOR NIGERIA BECAUSE IN ANOTHER 3 YEARS COLLECTIVELY WE WOULD BE PRAYING FOR GOD TO REMOVE THE MAN GOODLUCK FROM OFFICE BECAUSE THE WORST HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN.

what did Buhari forget to do for 2&1/2 yrs of absolute power? he has nothing to show for it, why is he so desperate to come back and enjoy democracy he destroyed? if you are in your right thinking mind, you would know that we dont need any ex-soldier as a president or any thing in this country, they put us backwards where we are today.
You are not smarter than million of Nigerians that are saying enough is enough! Buhari that can could not agree with anybody except his own ideas (hwy did the alliance talk with ACN fail? wake up man and see that you dont have to waste 4years on Buhari to learn democratic process.
Hv u asked urself how he would hv managed NASS? he can no longer order arrest of law makers and kill all of them should they not pass his bill. Worst of it was that he chose a novice as a running mate. an inexperienced loud mouth so called pastor.
how the heck do u think they will pioneer leadership of this country?

Goodluck is the best of all the evils contesting for president. Nigerians have spoken and there is nothing u can do abt it.
Accept it in good faith and dont be a proud looser like Buhari who is already crying foul as usual.
I hope after 4yrs, we will all cry to hv Goodluck back as our president.

I am waiting for when BABA Fashola will run for president, then Nigeria will have hope again and live again, but until then, we are wasting our time.

Can anything good come out of Nigerian leaders? YES = 'FASHOLA"

Politics / Re: Anambra Result Cancelled By INEC Over Irregularities by SUV(f): 11:06am On Apr 12, 2011
Mr Anene is clearly a maad man.

Why resign and still go on to announce fake results?

Did he know someone else (Prof. Ebonine) has replaced him in d post?

INEC has cancelled d result and asked 4 a rerun.

IMO, d man should be arrested and quizzed by SSS for inciting unnecessary mayhem.

I'm sensing something fishy here~

you are still sensing something fishy: This RO sounds and looks unstable. Then, how do you prove this kind of allegation? Did he mark the cash 'given' to him? How did they offer him these gifts, verbal? Where is the audio or video recording? ACN has mastered the art of cancelling elections where their opponents won while making only votes won by them count. And then Ngige has a record of 'rigging' ab initio.
It is possible he has requested for bribe and he wasn't given. It is also a possibility that Anie and Ngige gave more to the RO in order to smear DORA. It is a politics, the two men were so threatened by her credentials. Dora is my woman for Senate. Ngige can wait to complete his work in govt house when Obi is out. But the RO who refused to announce result claiming threat to his life amist the security at his disposal check it now. Another report has it that the RO was arrested with fake result sheet and detained by the police. Who collated the result and at what point was it multilated. We need more gist. The INEc RO must not go free.
Support Dora for a forthright representation at the Senate. She did her JOB at NAFDAC and witch hunters should never get at her now.

If u watched anene's interview, he didnt say he has resigned. If he didnt why was he replaced; in the middle of an election?

If Dora is claiming dat the guy is fake, were was his 'real' RO when results have been collated?

Even if there is going to be a replacement, shouldnt it be a neutral guy?

Was it Dora that replaced the RO? it was not so where did neutral come in?
why was he replaced? i think INEC will need to address the public so that we know who is who and what is what.

There so many versions of the story flying around both in print and electronic media.
But the clear point is that Ngige is used to rigging and feeling disappointed this time.

Politics / Man Alleging Rigging In Favour Of Akunyili Is A Fake Inec Returning Officer by SUV(f): 9:12am On Apr 12, 2011
Mr. Alex Anene, the purported INEC returning officer for Anambra Central Senatorial Zone who alleged that he was being pressured to rig Saturday’s election in favour of Prof. Dora Akunyili, is an impostor acting out the script of Akunyili’s main rival, Dr.Chris Ngige. “The returning officer for Anambra Central Senatorial Zone during the election was Prof. Charles Esimone, Dean, College of Pharmacy, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka,” said Prof. Akunyili, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) senatorial candidate who is locked in a supremacy battle with Ngige of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN). “Anene is a fake INEC returning officer who has made himself a willing tool in the hands of a drowning and desperate politician,” Akunyili said in a statement signed by her Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Isaac Umunna. Unmasking Alex Anene, who is the Chief Accountant of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Akunyili said: “Alex Anene was initially recruited by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to serve as the returning officer for Anambra Central during the April 9 National Assembly elections. On that Saturday morning — the day of the elections — the police in Awka stopped him in a vehicle and, upon searching him and those with him in the vehicle, found fake INEC identity cards on them. “The police took all of them to the station and detained them. When Prof. Chukwuemeka Onukogu, the Resident Electoral Commissioner for Anambra State, heard about it, he went and bailed Anene in order to enable him to do the job for which he was hired by INEC. But rather than do so, Anene absconded and was replaced with Prof. Charles Esimone, Dean, College of Pharmacy of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, who eventually served as the returning officer for Anambra Central during the polls. “Unfortunately, the next thing we heard was that Ngige took Anene to a hotel to say that Ngige won the election and that unnamed agents working for APGA had offered him (Anene) N10m, a duplex and scholarship for his wards to declare me the winner of the election. “Anene is a fake returning officer publishing fake election results. He and his paymasters should be disregarded. I appeal to journalists to act professionally and give accused persons the opportunity to defend themselves before going to press. This is important so as to avoid becoming willing tools in the hands of desperate politicians intent on heating up the system having failed in their bid to actualise their political ambitions at the polls.”

Dora, a corrupt name for IsaDora or Dorothy has been in a free fall in reputation since she left NAFDAC for minister for missinformation.

People like you are always blind even to light.

Where were you when the same Dora sanitized NAFDAC and saved millions of people from the hands of fake drug dealers?

where were you when she was the only person that stood for the truth during Yara 'dua's health saga

Let me stop here for now.

cannot bandy words with you until your eyes opens to realities. You mean to tell me that the INEC official did not see the results with the mutilations before rejecting it or he was the one that offered himself the 10m and other inducements. How many communities make up Anaocha and do you know their population. Check INEC register and find out which local govt has the highest number of registered voters

Back up ur facts with figures. let's have the number of registered voters not what people are saying,
Politics / Re: Ngige Won, Says Inec Returning Officer. Peter Obi Rigged It! by SUV(f): 12:50pm On Apr 11, 2011
Nobody's tarnishing anybody's image here . . . even the IRO confirmed these things.

Obi and Dora waited till the other results were submitted. Seeing that Ngige was winning, they inflated their own figures so that Dora would get an upper hand from the Anaocha results cumulatively. This is clearly why they did not submit their own results till around 1.00am.

Everybody knows there was foul play there. Anyways, the election has been canceled and a re run will be conducted. I guess we'll all wait till then!

So how come Ngige's vote in his own LGA is also as high as that of Dora in her own LGA? that is the BIG question?
The results of all the LGA were submitted around 1.00a.m, so why is Ngige crying fowl as Dora's LGA is as high as his own?
please don't be myopic, look into it very well.

So only Dora's LGA figure was manipulated and Ngige's figure for his LGA was intact? try and be realistic and reasonable.

She MUST go to jail. This is a new Nigeria.
