I'm just wondering, today marks the 4th day I've been trying to cope without electricity. Is this problem peculiar to me alone? Or are we suffering and smiling on the Social Media because we have N20 to charge phone on the streets?

Nobody cares about the impact on Businesses. Majority of the frozen food sellers in my street are lamenting as some of them have recorded monumental losses within the past 4 days.

I've personally lost about N50,000 (in directly) due to the failure of this government to admit and confront their failures.

So many business men are running at loss. Nigerians should not keep quiet. Market women, unlike, banks and large organizations do not have the money to purchase large inverters, diesel engines, etc. The few who could afford generators do not have access to petrol as most of the filling stations have shut their doors (in Lagos and Ogun). Mind you, 90% of those selling refuse to sell in Jerry cans. The implication is that a woman who has N100k worth of frozen food would rather bury her goods or fry it all for herself and family.

The big, influential and shameless men who ought to come out and speak are either scared of a fulani man or extremely 'stu.pid' to understand the plight of small business owners who survive on electricity.

I'm not a frozen food seller, but for Christ sake, these folks are Nigerian citizens who have chosen to survive in the absence of direct jobs from the government. Hence, they deserve the right to enjoy the basic amenities like electricity and fuel.

May the curse of the Lord remains in the house of the wicked.

Today's my birthday please show me some love.

Some people have bad sleeping habit and they can make you lose your sleep and keep you fanning yourself all night long so in order to manage your sleep every hot night(especially when there is no light) just avoid sharing bed with these set of people.
1. space eaters; these set of people are one of the worst set of people to share bed with. they will occupy more than half of the bed space and leave u hanging at d edge of d bed.if u tap them to adjust they will still repeat d same thing under few minute.
2. throway body; this kind of people will always rest their body on u most especially their heavy yam legs.i wonder who dey are holdin in their dreams.
3. snorers: dey will always start from gear 1 and then gradually increase it. dey make funny noises like i pass my neighbour gen, plane takin off, power bike etc
4. noise makers; dis set of people only discuss at night.i wonder if witches now do deir meetings online or thru phone calls at night.dis people dont sleep and dey wont consider u.

hi everyone, I'm 30 weeks and 3days pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. my due date was calculated to be on the 28th April but I'll be 9months on the 31 march, so was was wondering if I will by any chance give birth by march instead of April. I also had my last scan by 28weeks by the scan says my baby was 29weeks, does that mean I'll have a big baby?

I guess ur calculation of pregancy is wrong.counting from ur lmp,u hv 40wks journey which is 10month dat is because one is counting from the 1st day of ur last flow.
From 38wks,one is said to be full term n labour can start anytime from there.there is also 2wks after 40wks.i actually gave birth @ 41wks.

There is no thought that babies are indeed bundle of joy, but sometime we mothers/fathers face so many challenges raising our kids, so i want us to use this avenue to discuss any issue concerning them(our kids) here!!!!!! For example, my 8weeks old boy sleeps only 6 hours @ night but seems to enjoy more time sleeping during the day, but i must confess am not too happy about it at all, but what every1 is saying its normal.......... I'm a Christian and would gladly support any law that prohibits "public disturbance"...but it should spread across all religions and sectors. If you are to punish the people who disturb in the church,
1.you should also punish the imams who disturbed our sleep in the morning.
2. You should also punish the beer parlor joints that blast noise called songs into our ear drums up till 2:00AM in the morning
3. Companies that in the name of marketing, blast songs and what have you disturbing public peace.

When this is done, I'll gladly tell my pastor to reduce the volume of his microphone and put our church speakers inside the church

If you read the post well you wouldn't have written this. They were not arrested bcus they prayed in the church. You can not turn a residential area to a church, mosque or hotel. if they want to pray, they should go to their church and scream out loud instead of disturbing the peace of the neighbours
