In my opinion I've found that most folks that constitute a nuisance in whatever guise are informed by their being just that; indisciplined people who prey on the goodwill and long suffering of others.

While I acquiesce to the face that an abusive childhood and/or 'debilitating' environment play a huge role in this development, I've also come to understand that it's basic human nature to pass the buck and play the victim even though one is the aggressor. actually my position is not all encompassing, that one had such a past does not mean we should condole abuse from wives. I found out that these women do not even know they have a problem and so will not seek solution.

on my part, I married an abusive woman and I am managing to maintain peace. I set up boundaries and insist on them.

wife abuse is a function of personality defect, intereact with such women you will find they suffered a form of abuse or abandoment, from parents. this leave them immature.

Apart from advise you get from this forum, you still need professional advice or books that treat the matter you are passing through. like my case, I went to the internet and googled my situation. I found free books that helped me maintain my psychology, and to handle relationship with my wife as I have no plan of leaving the marriage. At the moment, I am praying for Gods intervention to get her to a psychotherapist. Well I counted the cost and found I need to stay for my son.

For you that want to leave, its ok when you think it through enough with professional advise. children growing with the sane parent is better than living in an abusive marriage. as you leave make sure your children are with you else they too will be abused too.
children need to have a balanced psychology.
abusive parents produce abusive children; to get hold of your children make/ produce evidences that can stand in court. if not, children will take the abuse to power two when they grow up as they will see such behavior as normal.

I am married to an abusive woman & the other day when she went beyond limits, I gave it to her. I warned her; she can say anything to me, call me all sort of names but never get physical with me. On one of her mad days she held me on the neck, I removed her hand & took away my shirt then she held me on my boxer, then I gave a nod before she strip me naked.
I have warned her, as much as I hate to beat her, if she repeat that then she will get a beating. I have crossed that line I have been dreading to cross. It is my highest cure for her madness.
I think she got the message because the last time she was angry & mad. She went shouting at me & I was like smiling, she reported to my younger bros & in her face I told him what I know is getting her mad & not what she claim, she started crying. Trust me, I didn't border.
Its her choice to stay angry, unhappy & frustrated with life. I love to be happy & I will never let anyone make me unhappy.
