my friend forget this thing you are saying because I have seen a barrister who lend someone 1.8ml with a written agreement that he will pay in two months time but has refused to pay for good three years after going to police, court and all legal processes but to no avail, but when he took the matter to soldiers he recovered his money and his expenses within two days. what I am trying to say here is that some people are naturally wicked and deserve animal treatment to bring them back to their senses because it is not as if they don't have the money but because they know that our laws are no longer effective.
