first of all, i am not a supporter of the APC so i take offence to you calling me an "APC vulture" secondly what you call "crumbs" is what makes your president powerfull. Let me give you a little government lesson. The reason PDP president's since 1999 have been so powerfull is not because the presidency is so superior is because they also control the majority of all other government components in the federation so the president gets whatever he wants. With these defection and weaknesses within the PDP as they approach 2015, if they loose control of the national assembly and the majority of governorships. Your president will be what's called a "LAME DUCK", he won't even be able to pass a budget without going cap in hand to the APC. Then the limitations of the presidency will be a sticker shock to all of you!!!

tell me something i do not know!! Those facts have already been established by me in earlier post. The real issue here is PDP will never win the governorship of lagos and if they are not carefull they will loose the governorship of rivers state.

The official countdown to the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil began on Wednesday, June 12. Stadiums are being revamped, public transport is being tweaked, businesses are gearing up and prostitutes are taking free English classes. Yes, you read that correctly.
In Belo Horizonte, one of the 17 host cities for the event which is expected to draw about 600,000 international visitors, citizens working in one of the world’s oldest professions are learning a very specialized kind of English.
Prostitution is legal in Brazil and the sex trade is expecting a healthy boost in business during the 2014 World Cup.Large sporting events are often a magnet for sexual tourism and trafficking, and Brazil’s cities may be particularly vulnerable — in part because prostitution is legal, and the country has long been considered a popular erotic destination for those seeking sexual experiences abroad.
In preparation, the Minas Gerais State Association of Prostitutes in Belo Horizonte is offering free English classes to help the city’s prostitutes make the most out of the onslaught of potential new clients.
The association’s president, Cida Vieira, says the goal is to enable sex trade workers to better communicate with customers. “English will be very important to communicate with clients during the Cup,” Vieira said. “They’ll have to learn how to work out financial deals and also use a specialized vocabulary with sensual words and fetishes.”
Igor Fuchs, one of the association’s volunteer language instructors, said that the classes “teach basic expressions but also have demonstrations with erotic paraphernalia so they learn the names, how to use them and propose them.”
There are over 80,000 prostitutes in Belo Horizonte and approximately 4,000 are association members. But not everyone is happy about it, and the Brazilian government has come under recent fire, as all eyes begin to focus on the host country of the 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Olympics.
An online ad campaign launched by the Brazilian government’s Ministry of Health that was intended to educate the public about sexually transmitted diseasesand reduce social prejudice by putting a positive spin on the profession instead angered media and human rights groups.
The campaign, which featured photos of prostitutes with taglines such as “I’m happy being a prostitute” and slogans like “I can’t be seen without a condom, my love” was removed from the government website following harsh and widespread criticism. “I do not think this is a message the ministry should be sending,” acknowledged Brazilian Minister of Health Alexandre Padilha and said that the ministry should focus on messages that “provide orientations on how to prevent STD’s.”

For the sex workers in Belo Horizonte, however, 300 have already signed up for the free English classes and many more are expected to do the same. They are also considering offering classes in Italian and French. Vieira points out that, despite the negativity associated with the profession, sex workers need to be prepared. “This is important for the dignity of the work, the women need to be able to negotiate a fair price and defend themselves,” she said.

and apparently you are too dull to realize that these image were taken by multiple sources and have reproduced and used by countless platforms that it becomes next to impossible to trace it's origin. That is a big difference from newspapers publishing a story that i originally posted. With the exact heading and the exact three pictures in the same bloody format. It was too easy to find and i once again urge you to find the origin of those photo's or remain an ignorant loud mouth.

If the @OP had used these pictures without referencing their owners, why is he crying that Osundefender and Heraldng used his story ? Meanhwile the contents are even different from yours. You are also an intellectual thief for stealing somebody's work!

these pictures has been produced over the internet. You can even find them on google images. Their is absolutely no way to pin the origin or multiple origination points as no single person took this pics. If you truly belive the rubbish you wrote above. Please direct me to the owners of these pics, failure to do so makes you an ignorant loud mouth for bringing it up in the first place.

this has been going on for sometime now but i choose to overlook it. And now it is just outright outrageous. The owners of this site have to do something to protect members taughts and expression. Some months back i solicited the advise of nairalander in romance section on an issue with my girlfriend. It was titled "my girlfriend wants access to my scholarship money"...some time after posting it, it was plagarized word for word by multiple websites and blogs. How disgusting! This is getting rather ridiculous. Giving government money to a woman because you insulted her. What about the other thousands of widows in edo state who you did'nt tell to go and die. Development does'nt come to them until they are insulted. Nigeria is a really disturbed nation. 2 million for one woman. This money would have gone a long way to help a couple of people. Rather you choose to spend it on one woman for political and social correctness.

Goodluck jonathan won lagos state. Fair and square without approval or blessing from anyone. So far as the presidential candidate for APC in 2015 is from the north, jonathan will win it again. But PDP will never win the governorship of lagos state.

The national PDP is just watching from a distance while a group of monkeys hijack their party in one of the most important states in the country. They think they are untouchable in the state. They forgot what power an incumbent in the opposition has in his state.

ACN was in control of Lagos state in 2011 and GEJ won the presidential elections there, trashing Ribadu badly.

PDP was in control of Kano state in 2011 and GEJ lost there.

Is Fashola or Tinubu going to thumb print for us? You should be more concerned about retaining Lagos State governorship in 2015 as it is going to very difficult for APC. If you don't realise yet that APC is in trouble in Lagos, then Goodluck to you.

If you think for one second that Amaechi will take anything away from GEJ 's support in Rivers, you need to have your head checked.

PDP will never win the governorship of lagos but lagosians will vote for jonathan for the presidency due to anti-northern sentiments. The people of rivers state will equally vote for jonathan not because he has done anything special for them, they will vote on sentiments. But if rivers PDP brings forward somebody like wike or abiye sekibo as candidate for governor. As opposed to ameachi bringing a magnus abe or tonye princewill. PDP will loose the governorship of rivers state.

Lagos state and rivers state are the richest states in nigeria. With the largest allocations, largest budgets, most internally generated revenue states,etc.. And they are now controlled by the APC

Amongs the governors in nigeria, it is belived ameachi and fashola are the closest. They think alike and consider themselves men of vision. Their have been attempts by them to work together on many issues but their party differences had hindered them. ameachi is planning something so big it's a suprise most folks are still ignorant to it. Ameachi knows what he has done by joining APC. Ameachi is going to create a rivers APC. An APC is rivers not tainted by the presence of buhari and tinubu. There is a reason he has not been seen with them or held a rally since his defection. He wants to give rivers people the idea he is not the lapdog of hausa and yoruba man. He will populate this new rivers APC with magnus abe. Some people who have not stept a toe inside rivers state are hear vomiting rubbish they don't know. If jonathan runs in 2015, he will win rivers state but PDP will loose rivers state if wike or abiye sekibo is on the ticket. Just watch and see. It's not about noise. It's facts on the ground.
