How many times do I have to tell you that Yorubas didn't fight to keep Nigeria One, rather we fought to keep your mischievous, covetous forebearers, off our land under the guise of liberation. Na who send you?
Had ojukwu headed north after liberating-cum-occupying the mid-west, trust me, yorubas would not have joined in that dumb war. We would have just sat down (with a good plate of amala and sumptuous abula stew dispassionately adorned with fresh fish) to watch two erstwhile bed-partners a.k.a korikosun, destroy each other.
But no! Ojukwu just had to liberate the yorubas, too. |

Born by one of his father's whores. I'm sure the dude is a bastar*d. Such a shame that without fela, no one would ever know if there's a human somewhere called seun kuti.
Dude, psqaures made their names themselves. That alone is enough for you or Seun kuti to show them massive Respect like the legends they are. Young man, you should just stick to your Romance section. |

Politics › Re: The Plot Against Yoruba Thickens by T9ksy(m): 7:12pm On Feb 01, 2023 |
ycat: Exactly!
I thought going through Tinubu as a parting gift and to be able to rest in peace when his times comes with accountability to Awolowo and Abiola(the two people I see when I look at him)will help minimize the conflict. As president, he can reverse all the military decrees that took Nigeria from regional govt to what we can't recognize today. Allow regions to control their police, education, local army and resources. This will put us close to a total break off if need be. If you read Croatian accounts of when they broke Yugoslavia, they said they already had regional govt and it was just so easy to quickly secure their homeland. It's now looking like Nigeria wants a full blown war. No one can keep other people slaves forever. Let's see how the elections go first and i hope the warmongers can finally fight one war for humanity. Abeg, Tinubu can do shi shi. No Nigerian president can amend the 1999 Constitution, unilaterally. He needs both houses consent to alter the constitution.
So you see, Tinubu is not going to give you Regionalism nor do I believe he gives a rat-arse about yorubas except his inordinate ambition.
No body wants war but the true owners of nigeria are well-prepared for war. They have committed loads of their minions in our town, villages and forests and they are well armed with AK47s
BTW, Awolowo can never be spoken off, in the same breadth as those two jokers who sold us to the fulanis and were betrayed by the fulanis. I made bold to say, the fulanis will betrayed Tinubul , eventually.
As for Obi, if he wins the election which is highly improbable, he will never occupy a.r.sehole rock . It will be a case of MKO part ll |

ycat: I don't believe in luck, I'm a realist and I don't care who you say you are, I just addressed you as who you sound like. Yoruba really don't need to align with anyone after this, we have worked with every tribe and more than pay our dues in Nigeria. Also, we are yet to find out if fulani can be trusted, I know we can trust Kanuri, Hausa to an extent but this month will seal the deal with fulani. I believe the middle belt knows what's up and will do the right thing. SS too has good head on the shoulder hopefully. Igbos are our enemies, stamped! All the same, Nigeria will be free either together or separated. We can still be in the same country without Yoruba losing everything. I control my police, you control yours. I have my national guard army, you have yours and then the joint army in Abuja. I control my education, you do the same. Yorubas have no reason to remain in Nigeria. Nigeria has, since the biafran war been an impediment to our development. Had we persisted with regionalism and with the rapid progress accomplished in the first republic, only God knows where we'll be now before some MFs decide we should be ONE.
As long as we remain in this contraption in whatever shape or form, our covetous and hate-filled enemies will always find a reason or two to interfere in our political lives. |

Fact is if Tinubu or Atiku wins, Nigeria will remain in its current trajectory, I support PDP but I don't tell lies...
But Atiku is better Omo , forget it!!!
It doesn't matter who wins this year General election as the dividends of democracy will never reach them.
Withou restructuring the polity, Nigeria will continue on her trajectory to armagedon. The "true" owners of Nigeria will never agree to restructuring.
