Good morning, please am trying to apply for US visa in Lithuania as I will be graduating July 2024, though I applied last year for tourism during summer but got denied, I want to retry again this may, I have travel to UK several times and I have expired Irish visa on my passport and valid 2 years UK visa and I have traveled to several Schengen countries, UAE, Egypt, Bene republic.



Please how best can I go about this US visa , I need advise.

It would be hard to get US visa from Lithuania if your residence in Lithuania will end shortly after you graduate.
There's really nothing keeping you in Lithuania

Please, I’ll like to find out if Nigerians who apply from the UK gets the same visa validity period like those who apply from Nigeria? Say, Nigerians get 5years for B1/B2, is it also 5years for Nigerians applying in the UK? I know some countries get 10 years but don’t know if the validity will be tied to the applicant Country of origin. If 5 years, did it also start last year? This question is open to anyone who knows.

You're over thinking this.
No need to create a reason to travel just to get rhe visa.
If you're going for vacation then put the details in the DS160 form.

Then get bank statement and proof of your right to atay in the Uk , employer, brp etc. That's it

Applying for US visa from other countries is different from apply for US visa from Nigeria.
Process for both is different

It's is for both if you're resident in other states then typically you're subject to out of state fees.
Intl students also subject to out-of state fees.


Also if you get funding that says you have tuition waiver please check if that tuition waiver is for in state fees or out of state fees else ypu will still have a deficit

You might just want to put
Universities with low tuition in your Google search.

Best to start with the course you want to study first then check for tuition fees. Just remember as an international student you are subject to our of state tuition fees. Secondly the school application will also estimate your living expenses

Scholarships and funding are specific to each school and you'll find that information from school website check for financial aid section or just email the department and ask for available funding.

Plenty current and past intl students also share their process on YouTube so search there. Type in the search bar and you will get recommendations

To abort a 7month pregnancy is to go under anesthesia and it's highly unlikely any hospital will want to run the risk of losing mother for that. In most countries 6months is a viable baby.

I do empathize with your loss of both the relationship and your baby. You are still grieving so I'd advise you seek professional counselors and stay off any relationship casual or otherwise for awhile.

The example you gave is someone in her 2nd trimester..that is different from him who thought is she was at 7months which is 3rd trimester. Most pregnancies are viable in 3rd trimester

There's is no abdominal fat covering the area for slim people so once the womb has a growing fetus then it will push out from the lower abdomen. Pregnancy stretches your lower abdominal muscles
The exceptions might be if the slim person has consistently exercises the abdominal muscles throughout sports, exercise or dance then the abdominal muscles will be taut and no fat. Those people can look like they just ate a meal and be 8months pregnant

Cancer is a b**ch but pancreatic ca is a different beast. Due to the location of the pancreas its many times only diagnosed late and for same reason, if not caught very early it's mostly not ammenable to active treatment. The dying process is also terrible characterised by intractable pain.

5months is difficult to hide. 7montha is almost impossible.
So if you saw her in your house just a few days in yo the said introduction . How wouldn't you know she is no longer pregnant? Unless you are not sure of what a 5month or 7month pregnancy looks like. Most doctors won't abort that late and recovery is not quick. How will her belly go down in a few days to do introduction

I think the key "benefit" of settled status is freedom from immigration control and being able to work anywhere, be self employed etc without any restrictions, and able to provide fully for one's self and family cos most state benefits are shikini in comparison

Best you look for universities or cities that are immigrants friendly. High population of intl students. Presence of intl students association
