But the moment you pick up the biro to write, the flow will just stop or you feel your hand is not writing fast enough? It could be very frustrating and annoying.

You are a creative person niyen, you are having difficulties remembering your thought.
I guess that's creativity curse, what I would suggest is to just pick key ideas of your thoughts and note it down or do voice note to keep records of your ideas.
