Last i spoke they said they are doing evaluation and that the officer is on it. If one is rejected do you still get mail?

Like i stated earlier, I am currently having issues with the proof of funds thingy with respect to the visa processing. Agents i have met are demanding for about ₦300k for the proof of funds/sponsorship letter.
That's the point i am currently stuck

Can you confirm the deadline for Manitoba University admission application, for fall spring September?

Your friend's application was processed via the normal route, here the normal processing time is used to work on his application. The NSE has a shorter processing time compared to the normal route, hence, some people want their applications processed by NSE.

So sorry for asking, does that mean the NSE chances of getting visa is higher compared to normal route??

NSE (Nigeria Student Express) route requires ielts and MBS as part of its requirements in processing SP.

Had a friend that did his, he wasn't asked to write IELTS. He did biometrics same day he submitted his passport. That's the reason I'm asking...
