A lot of Dead Dads.....may they all rest in the bosom of the lord, Amen. Seeing my Dad lying motionless in a casket has been the most heartbreaking moments of my life so far. He died in PH, i was in Lagos at the moment so I didn't have the chance to see his body initially. The only & last time I saw it was on the day of his funeral when we (family members) went to get it from the mortuary. They were done dressing it and had already placed it in a casket. There was another body that was being dressed though when we go there. I couldn't just imagine someone dressing me up and I wouldn't have a say in what I want to wear. It was a really heartbreaking experience. 12 Likes |

johnmartus:Do you understand, I feel once in a while there should be a mandatory nationwide sensitization programme for policemen. Because when you quote the DCP, the policemen will tell you they are not aware of such order. Our journalists are just so wack, they don't ask the right questions or make meaningful suggestions at all. That's why FFK will keep assaulting them verbally. |

Even if it's 3k to repay 1 million, was the loanee forced with a gun to his/her head to collect it?? If you feel repaying 5.5k for a loan of 3k is ridiculous, then go and look for a building construction site and carry blocks or cement. You will paid more than that 3k at the end of the day following a good bargain. The painful part also is that a good number of defaulters are Financial Pests & leaches like you borrowing 3k and below. 1 Like |

Any day I receive any message from any loan company saying someone I know defaulted on his/her loan, I personally will forward the person's house address and every other necessary information to help track him/her. Because i don't understand why someone will take a loan and not repay it. It's understandable if you were unable to meet up with the time frame given, but there are some people that have no plans of repaying at all. To them it's free money, someone's business oh  1 Like |

Like someone said, all the buildings in lagos were once sealed. But some how, they were unsealed. As far as I'm concerned, This is the outcome of corruption. In a way, it's good thing it's collapsing now, rather then when it becomes fully residential. My heart goes out to the labourers because in most cases, they are not told/aware of most of the background work. Their own is to come and do manual labour in order to afford a daily bread. I see some of them working on high rise buildings without harness belts. LASG needs to pay more attention to building constructions in the state and enforce any decision made regarding the building in question. 245 Likes 18 Shares |

My own is that everyone one should be careful of what they do in public in this social media era. The girl made a couple of valid points, but the truth is that UNN can actually back up their decision citing moral grounds, ethical/behavioral conduct, etc. Especially if the scene (girls hostel) is within the school's premesis. |
