Her kids are in expensive apartments in NYC......Political favors got their school fees paid... some Nigerians are really pathetic!thats why we dont ve heroes in this country . Damn! That woman took a bullet for this country for heaven's sake. She worked with Buhari during the days of PTF, later became the MD of NAFDAC where she received so many awards for her fights against fake and adulterated drugs, one of the positives of OBJ' tenure. She was a salaried Minister and technocrat . Do u want her kids to be begging on d streets? Will that fulfill ur innermost desires ? Akunyili took a bullet so that pathetic obowunmi will not die of fake drugs something your father nor anyone in ur lineage has ever done! Sick! |

Dudu_Negro: no its not.....its the truth!
so far, there has been five different versions and all of them coming from people of east or south for why boko wanted to attack lagos.
it ranged from "because lagos is a commercial center", to "they smuggled explosives in with fuel tankers".
yet, none of these people has taken time to explore or even give voice to SW contention over the connection of bayelsa with badia and the housing of the terrorists in its property......not a single one!
ive been busy on internet refuting the sorry excuses.
boko does not bomb commercial interests first all. so if they come to lagos it would be for a different reason than commercial interest.
second, bokoharam makes short followup attacks. they do not fallback from a planned attack. before they attack a place they already have follow up attacks plnnned in short order. so with the failed attack ib lagos, if indeed tbis was boko, they would have followed up by now with another attempt.
third, lagos ia a big target. boko would officially have claimed responsibility through a media broadcast from shekau.
fourth, what is bayelsa govt doing in badia?
fiffth, of all places for boko to lodge in lagos......they choosed bayelsa govt guest house to lodge in. someone is crazy!!! dude shut up and reason! Most state governments in Nigeria have liaison offices scattered all over the country. The Boko guys didnt even know the owners of the abandoned building they were occupying befor being rounded up,u sound like they went to inquire who d owners were before setting up camp. Smh |

Buhari is talking about the underlying factor that motivates both terrorism and miltancy in Nigeria.they are product of a failed government and failed economy.
Well some people try to justify militancy simply because they don't attack fellow Nigerians but these same groups attack, kidnap, kill foreigners and sabotage government installations .Don't they cause havoc one way or the other ? Hamas used to be a militant group but when it couldn't get what it wanted,it started attacking Israel.
Before amnesty was granted,Rivers state was almost grounded by the activities of militant groups who launched attacks, kidnap and killed people at will. The context of militancy and terrorism encompass an ideology which involved a group of persons agitating for control of a part of the nation involving arms struggle solely to OVERTHROW the central government by instigating widespread acts of violence among the populace.
Surprisingly, the Niger delta militants have better weaponry and more sophisticated than boko haram yet we assumed that they were the lesser of two evils simply because they are killing foreigners and sabotaging Nigeria economy. |

Mr man don't be silly with your stupid assumptions . Did Boko haram come out to say that they are fighting for more allocation? Did they come out to say they are bombing because they want more hospitals and better roads? Did Mallam Shekau tell you that his problem is dat he is being marginalized and exploitated after taking the oil found in his backyard*North* or did he tell you that he wants more almajiris to be taken off the streets? Shekau has come out to say that he wants to islamize a part of the country. You are the one that is a product of Nigeria's failed educational system for not understanding these facts. Eko Atlantic: Thanks to our industrious ibo brothers, it was never like that before they moved in their millions to the peaceful Lagos city there are two main characteristics of an urban settlement/city; slum and petty crime. Lagos is an urban city . Crime and slum should naturally come with Urbanization.. Same as other Cities in the world like Tokyo and New York equally have slums and relative high rate of crime unless you are telling me that the crimes perpetuated in NY , Tokyo etc are done by the igbos too. I hope you learnt something new today other than screaming 'ibos' from thread to thread. |

diva_tosin: The problem with so many if you is that you don't even follow the tour. You have stereotyped your mind to hate it because it's coming from FG and Maku. The truth is that the tour is not only about state projects. The emphasis is even more on federal government owned projects. Many of them are NIPP power plants undergoing construction or completed. The last time I watched the Minister chide Rockson Engineering for delays in completion of GBARAIN power plants
It has also been shown on NTA where Maku was quizzing contractors handling federal government road projects for undue delays. So it is not really a state government performance review thing. The people you call choristers are newspaper and TV journalists from every media house in Nigeria. Maku involved all of them to be part of the tour hence the wide media coverage of the tour Don't just jump into criticsms because someone has paid you to do so. Spare some time to verify facts so that you don't go about your hatchet job unintelligently wow! U are a one-woman squad. Coherent, intelligent, unbiased replies.we need people like u around here more often |

How can you believe this deceit story when pms is sold at the rate of 120 naira a liter in ph? How can you believe this story when we still have cues in ph? Nigerians have been deceived for so long. stop saying what you don't know bro. I saw the work start in Area 2, which has being down for more than 7yrs. Great Move by FG. This particular Area has been docile for more than 7yrs. When I was posted there for 2 months, the only thing the operators did was 2 collect salaries at the end of the month. Some of them haven't even produced a barrel of Reformate since they were employed.I almost went crazy sitting there everyday doing nothing, watching equipment worth billions of naira rusting . I was sceptical when work started in Area 2 last december but the FG has proven me wrong. |
