I was arguing with one of my guy today that I only give garri an option only when I have no alternative or running on poverty-level-cash. And I think this is applicable to everyone. But he differed with me that there are rich people that opt for garri for enjoyment and relaxation. Then I beggin to wonder that why on earth would one choose garri among several sophisticated alternatives. As for me, I don't always think weather garri ever existed or not in the time of plenty but I passionately hold onto it as if it is my destined food any time ma pocket they seriously frown....

Bros, I have read many comments after the quoted comments, I am discouraged to go ahead. Truly, we are religious in Nigeria and if care is not taking, the child may be feeling discriminated and psycologically traumatised cos of the victimisation he will definitly suffer from the christians... Please understand that God does not cause anybody to go hell but rather some people choose to go there on their own. One of the major causes of people going to hell is the rejection of the Creator himself and the son Jesus Christ. So people choose to go to hell because they reject Christ, not because God causes them to go there. God allows people to be born to give them the opportunity to believe, but is man’s responsibility to make choice. In some other cases, some people have genuinely pledged their soul to Satan for money, fame or power and only God’s divine intervention can save them but if they die in that state, they will surely go to hell.

My brother no body on earth will ever chose to take hell in place of paradise... Don't you know that our choices today is an influence of a particular situation we finds our selfs... So I can boldly tell you that freewill is not always correct. For instance, you don't expect Dangote to chose to sleep on mat when he can afford as many as possible expensive bed and of course, you don't expect a very poor man to chose an expensive bed knowing fully well that he can not afford it... So whatever choice one made has a direct correllation with a particlar status or situation. Now, there is no way I can abide by all d biblical commandments, given d economic situation in the country... In short, to me, there is no free will in actual sense

Depends on your mindset. If you can handle all the "attacks" from the overly religious people in Nigeria who will accuse you of "trying to equate yourself or your child with the Almighty God", then you can go ahead. But if you are one of those that easily get influenced by what others think about you, then it would probably not be a good idea.

I know a lot of white people that bears jesus and yet, they never live to regret that they bears d name. I don't know y the case should be opposite in Nigeria...
