mrvitalis: There only way out of this mess of light problem is 1) have a good gas master plan that would take gas to industrial Clusters... so that big companies can produce there own power supply 2) try to use all our resources in the hydro generation ( Brazil generated over 120000 mw from hydro why can't we get 20000 from ours) 3) the main power supply to the national grid should be based on coal fired plants this has the potential of giving us over 100000mw if well planned 4) a country as populated as ours on this small area of land must go nuclear.. .. We must build nuclear power plants to be able to generate 40% of our power out put, we have uranium and to get 10% to 15% enrichment required for the plant won't be hard.... we also have the brains, we have the Rivers 5) geothermal is also something I would advise but I honestly don't know our potential in this part.. .. for me I see it as the future Hello sir, nice suggestions you gave up there but like seriously you think they don't know the way forward?? Yes, they know what to do but aliens and scavengers everywhere in the sector. Try and visit egbin thermal station alone, you will see more than 4 steam and gas turbines idle with no maintenance. I once work @ a private power company just beside Egbin themal station and believe me the small company alone generates 400MW with just eight ( gas turbine engines and just 10 to 15 workers strength. So they know the right thing to do but only want to keep embezzling millions of dollars for maintenance which won't be done at the end of the day. |

jeffmyson: most of those farms are located in TIV Dominated areas. Please be careful if going with cash. I have had nasty experience dealing with tiv people in business, they are very primitive, narrow minded and self centered. Hello sir, You are perfectly correct tiv guys are really funny to do handle when it comes to money. But my advice is never carry heavy cash with you when traveling but rather let them stay in the bank. U can always use your ATM to withdraw when you have payment to make. |

ooshinibos: Breaking News!!!!!!
You’ve got to read this Excerpt from an interview with a Jewish leader about Blacks. This message was forwarded to me some few days ago on WhatsApp. Please read and we’ll appreciate if you can share your thoughts on this interview with others.
INTERVIEWER: Why are blacks so behind economically?
JEWISH LEADER: The only aspect blacks understand is Consumption. Blacks don’t understand the importance of building wealth. The fundamental rule is to keep your money within your racial group. We build Jewish business, hire Jewish, buy Jewish and spend Jewish. There is nothing wrong with that but it is a basic rule blacks cannot comprehend and follow.
“He kills his fellow blacks daily instead of wanting to see his fellow blacks do well” 93% of blacks killed in America are by other blacks. Their leaders steal from their people and send the money back to their colonial master from whom they borrow the same money from. Every successful black want to spend his money in the country of his colonial Masters.
They go on holiday abroad, buy houses abroad, school abroad etc. instead of spending this money in their own country to benefit their people. Statistics show that the Jew’s money exchanges hands 18 times before leaving his community while for blacks it is probably a maximum of once or even zero.
Only 6% of black money goes back into their community. This is why Jews are at the top and blacks are at the bottom of every ladder of society. Instead of buying Louis Vuitton, Hermes, expensive cars, shoes, houses, dresses etc, blacks could industrialize Africa, build banks and get rid of colonial institutions by putting them out of business.
INTERVIEWER: Your thoughts on failure of blacks after 150 years?
JEWISH LEADER: Well, nothing is ever the Blackman’s fault. His compulsive habit of killing his own, compulsive material consumption, his inability to build business or preserve wealth are usually somebody else’s fault.
INTERVIEWER: So what can blacks do to liberate themselves?
JEWISH LEADER: Blacks must take responsibility. Blacks must unite and vehemently fight corrupt leaders who run down their country and run to IMF as though IMF is Father Christmas. END OF INTERVIEW
Please forward this until it goes round Africa & particularly to our parasitic leaders. We all need to learn our lessons quick and build our African Nations.
Thank Samuel Meyiwa Khalil for sharing. Good one @samuel meyiwa!! The simple truth is 85% of attributes stated by that man talks about all men of your caliber who prefers to pour their wealth of knowledge to build the economy of another man's country forgetting that when the true son of the soil are actually counted you might not just be among. No offense meant!! Yes, I accept in totalty of what @samuel said about a black man but those assertions are towards COWARDs who go running after the developed nations of the world refusing to develop her MOTHERLAND. I salute the COURAGE of our youths who are affluent enough to elope off to a strange man's land but decides to STAY back home to fight continuously until the REAL NIGERIA emerges, devoid of corruption, bad governance, brotherly hatred, ethno-tribal fights and so on. We acknowledge the fact that flaws surrounds us but with the emergence of this present government, the road to that great NIGERIA is already opened and with pain, discipline, sacrifices we will surely get there. Finally, for this dream to be accomplished Nigeria doesn't require indolent, cowards, timid and pessimistic person(s) but people who truly love and would die for their country if that's what it will take to set the country aright!! God bless Nigeria!!! |

ooshinibos: I like your thinking but we should not adapt to situation that can be fixed by humans and government , that's the greatest hindrance of a Nigerian and the black race .... and our leaders have exploited it to the max ( they always say Nigerians or Africans are adaptable and because of this the elected leaders have out rightly refuse to do their constitutional duties because we will always adapt ) , why should I adapt to non-electricity when the Government has allotted billions of dollars to provide this services ? , we don't have to adapt to evil and bad situations that are fixable and within our capacity , .... I can adapt to weather and environmental condition but not to lack of the provision of basic amenities , it is evil to adapt to lack of basic needs especially when the means of provision is available--- it is does not make sense and it is not reality . Peace and love Well I pray you don't join those that will be told to come home because if you were told, I guess you will have to love these same series of trash back home or you launch another visa to U.S.A. My advice is if that unexpected occurs try and prepare to get use to it asap, the earlier the better. |

ooshinibos: I saw this coming , the immigration issue is getting messy with the war in Syria and the ineffectual African continent , we are all heading for UK ; Honestly UK has helped a lot of Nigerians , its about time we all come back home , the only problem is that Nigeria don't have electricity , I don't know how I will survive ,( I cannot live on diesel generator or even inverter which they call electricity in Nigeria ) ... things we take for granted is divine in Nigeria , if Nigeria can get this essential infrastructure ( electricity ) right , we will all come home voluntary :-) ...Please advise Bros I might not really know you in person but believe me the blood of an african is the toughest and anywhere you go you are and will always be a NIGERIAN. Its all about TIME you will get used to it. You can always get adapted to any situation, why? Because you are a NIGERIAN |

In my own view if this is actually true, two (2) things will take place;
1. UK might result to less professionals on ground which will bring up higher demand from other countries thereby jerking up their pay for re-issuance of visa or re-validating the ones who already have theirs.
2. This policy will flush out some set of people who had nothing serious doing back in the UK in the past 5years.
Like seriously, thou that policy should have been for 10years migrant if they really want to be fair but those who are nigerians out there and fell under the policies net should start preparing, at least no place like home. |

N:B As for the "investor whatsapp group" promised I couldn't actualise it because only few people were interested
N:B Yam tubers are now on the high side in benue so only strong risk takers go for those tubers now and for lagos buyers, you can't get your tubers delivered now because of closure of mile-12 except you have your own mini-truck to convey the goods
Mile-12 Closure!!
First, I will like to encourage the real business minded men and women all around the country for standing on their toes despite the challenges experienced in terms of Nigerian economy. The scarcity of dollars really made a lot of investors in the country to start having a rethink about going abroad to invest but rather investing in Nigeria
However, Its so painful the governor of lagos state fails to realize the millions of naira that is about to go off lagos state. Do you know the capital sales generated in mile-12 daily?? Up to the tune of N300million naira, now if lagos state can be generating 1% of that as IGR alone from that market daily that's N30million in a month. I pray Gov. Amosun of Ogun State grabs this opportunity and take up the market currently opened @ kara community on lagos-ibadan expressway and open a world class shopping mail in Ogun state for Foodstuffs alone. He will generate crazy IGR for the state and I just hope he grabs this golden opportunity.
Finally, we all await the final resolution by the two (2) state as regards where the famous Mile-12 market will stand so that business can resume its full capacity.
God Bless Nigeria!!
