This is not an arithmetic class.... it's war. Unless you are Israel, every other nation treats war exactly as it should be - an extention of political negotiation, not a means for annihilation.

Iran doesn't need to annihilate Israel. They have never wanted to, so there's no need to continue to fire 90 middle a days. What strategic objective does it achieve.

Iran's strategic objective was to make the cost of war so steep for the US and Israel, that everyone thinks twice before returning for a new round. The goal is not to kill civilians.

Iran exhausted Israeli and US defensive capability to a point where they chose targets in retaliation and hit.... pound for pound, without resistance.

Iran cannot push Israel to the point of existential threat... otherwise, they will provoke Israel into launching nuclear weapons. Iran know this..... so they chill on the launching of missiles.

Iran's execution of its strategic objectives does not equate 90% BS you are talking about. It's just pure nonsense.

Not even US Intelligence agrees with you..... and even then US Intelligence is still only guessing, because like I said, everything is buried underground. You don't know what you are talking about.
Are you being funny. 90% of Iran's missiles on Israel fell on civilian targets but according to you, they mean well for Israel. Are you just trying to joke. They lost their ability to fire not that their good heart made them stop.

Iran is willing to attack hotels in the UAE but you believe they care about human life?
The problem is not their willingness to shoot bombs, it's their ability to do so.

To your second point, the cost of the war. The cost was by far more expensive for Iran. Frist, if Iran was in control, they would have continued shooting more cheap missiles because it was really expensive to bring them down but they shot less and less every week. Maybe they didn't want Israel to spend so much. Remember, they have a good heart.
Now what is the cost on Iran?
The have lost much of their manufacturing, their economy is shit. They have not paid their military.

This year the Israeli economy is projected to grow by 3.8% one of the highest of any developed country while. Your friends at Iran will actually have a contracted economy of 2.8% one of the worst in the world so what are you talking about. Who's purse is the war affecting the most?

Lastly, I am willing to bet that you didn't even bother to read the story before sending the screenshot. I am not moved by headlines, send the link.

A lot are disappointed, Trump is such a failure.
1.
He captured Maduro , no loss of life. They called him attacking a sovereign nation, were silent when Reagan invaded Panama to capture Noriega.
2.
He is severely degrading Iran military. The disappointed lot are not happy Iran has not killed thousands of civilians so far or damaged Dimona reactor.

3. Cease-fire
The disappointed lot can't imagine oil won't be hitting $200 per barrel. They are disappointed the Straits if Hormuz will reopen albeit for two weeks.

One can write a book detailing their disappointments.
I tell you.
The number of people hoping for a total collapse of the global economy is what surprises me. This world is truly evil. Many were willing to chew their hands just to have Iran win.

Lol....see delusional MAGA.

5 countries in the middle east are being bombed because of Trump's Iran war....yet Trump is bringing peace to the middle east. Ask Lebanon how peaceful reality bombs to their civilians are.

The American economy is suffering from inflation and unemployment, yet Trump is doing well.

grin grin grin

Even Conservatives are turning against Trump but we have Nigerian MAGA here still deep in the cult...
Lol see delusional leftist
Just the same way the allied forces brought peace to the world in 1945. They did not do it by negotiating or allowing German and nazi ambition, they stoop up to it. Trump and Israel are standing up to Iran. Obama was Iran's sugar daddy who gave them all the funds to build their military so if you will blame anyone for the 5 countries being bombed please blame sugar daddy.

Before the war, inflation was its lowest in 4 years after the war, it will go back to its great numbers. Again, the MVP of inflation remains a certain Biden. Trump still has a lower average inflation rate in his 5 years as president then any democrate this decade.

Yes a few conservatives are turning against him but a courageous man knows that life will not always be a popularity contest. In 2016 most Americans were against Trump's immigration policies but by 2024 most wanted it. The people will always move like the weather but a great leader is constant in the pursuit of his beliefs.
Yes the Nigerian MAGA support Trump while the Nigerian leftist support DEI and men in female locker rooms.

What has Trump done to end the nuke ambition? Tell us. What is the specific thing he has done?

The special operations to hike Uranium from Isfahan 3 days ago failed, when Iran shot down 8 aircrafts.

Iran will have a bomb and nothing can be done about it

You have not touched Iran's missile cities, so the capacity to manufacture and launch missile remain intact. As a matter of fact, you will see this when Israel breaks the ceasefire very soon.

Iran has not even fired any of its 4000km range missiles that remain intact.

He killed a few guys at the top. Those guys have been replaced by more resolute hard liners who were previously begging Khamenei to reverse the Fatwa on the Nuclear bomb development.

So what exactly has the US achieved?

Absolutely nothing!
I don't know where you get your news from so can we begin with that before we can discuss any further?

You claim that Iran shot down 8 American planes, can you provide your sources?

If we don't agree on the news, then there is no point debating so let's settle that first.
Give me your sources for the gunned down planes. Because it never happened.

Also, Iran started the war with launching more than 100 missiles a day but as of recently, they don't do up to 10 a day so clearly 90% of that capacity is lost and 100% of their manufacturing is gone.

Yes, Trump will by far have the most stories tied about him- much more than any other president. This is because he has done so many notorious things within his presidency.

1. Trump has killed peace in the middle east. Since the Iran War that he started with Israel, at least 3 other Arab countries have been bombed.

2. Obama is not listed on the Epstein file. Trump has the most mentions in the Epstein file- even more than Clinton.

3. Trump is a serial cheat and liar. An adulterer, who somehow is a moral Christian to both American and Nigerian conservative Christians.

4. Inflation and unemployment are skyrocketing in America. Trump has managed to mess up the economy even worse than sleepy Joe aka comatose Joe Biden.

5. He is the first president in this era of social media to post a racist content on his own social media profile. To add the cherry on top, IT WAS RACIST AGAINST ANOTHER PRESIDENT (OBAMA).
Quite the contrary, He has brought peace to the middle east by weakening Iran and exposing Iran. Obama funded and enhanced Iran. If not for Obama's funds or Obamacare for Iran, the terrorists wouldn't have been able to build the military infrastructure to bomb their neighbours. Now, Trump has reduced all that.

2. You are right Obama is not in the Epstein file because he was not working with the police to stop Epstein like Trump. The files actually allege that Trump was a police informant on Epstein.

3. Like most humans, we cheat and lie. Trump is not perfect but overall he is a blessing to mankind. So far, he has resolve at least 7 international conflicts. Obama actually triggered the conflict in Libya that remains the root of insecurity in west Africa and Nigeria.

4. Inflation was going down before the war and it will continue to go down after the war. If you want the ultimate lesson on inflation, ask Biden who brought about the worst inflation in 40 years.

5. He has done more for the African Americans than Obama the so called first black president. He is more black than Obama.
Well in Obama's defence, he was doing more for the LGBTQ community.
Please, remind us, what was Obama's biggest achievement for the blacks.

All military bases in Iran wiped out. All of Iran's navy wiped out, all Iran's military leaders wiped out. All Iran's air defence wiped out. All Iran's military industry wiped out, 90% of Iran's ability to fire missiles and drones gone.

Obama handled Iran better. No military equipment destroyed, no thousands of innocent lives lost, TelAviv is still being pummeled as we speak.

Sore losers.
Are you a child?
This is a war, there with definitely be loses. But compared, the US and Israel put together lost less than a thousandth of what Iran lost.
For every successful bomb Iran landed, it was hit by over a hundred more effective bombs.
It took over 13,000 successful hits for Iran to shoot down one plane.
I don't know how you understand defeat and victory.

Obama did not handle Iran, he allowed and enhanced Iran. He was to scared to take action.

But then, I remember he took action in Libya and lost 4 American lives even though American was not at war.

He funded Iran with billions. The money he gave to Iran funded Hezbollah and Hamas.

Anyway, since you are a fanboy of Hamas, I see why you think Obama did better.

Where did God say he had a son or that he himself will come as man to be executed for the sins of humanity.
Which prophet preached about this plan. Because Amos 3:7 says God does nothing without revealing it to his servants the prophet.

Good question. God revealed the coming of His Son to several prophets of old. The most notable is Isaiah.
Isaiah 53:4-5: "Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows... But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."
Isaiah 53:10: "Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him... when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin.

It contradicts it because if you commits the sin , it is you that has to repair your relationship with God, somebody else doing it for you won't work. It is you by your sin has strained the relationship, how would somebody else dying restore that? You have to confess and forsake or provide the animal and you have to be there when the animal is slaughtered.
Wrong. It is you that has to repent and God then forgives you. And He is able to forgive because He has paid the price of your sin. So this is not taking away your personal responsibility. Zero contradiction.

If you sin, it is you that would be stoned to death or executed. Not somebody else, it is you that will serve the punishment. You can't commit a sin and somebody else will be killed. It does not happen with humans, it certainly will not happen with God. That is what Ezekiel is saying.
Yes, if you sin you will face the punishment but if you repent you will be forgiven because God Himself has taken upon Himself your sin.

I believe you understand it better now.

What's wrong with a census. And notice just like with Pharaoh it's Yahweh who goes about putting the idea into David's mind in the first place before punishing him for it.
Isn't it weird that he slaughters 70, 000 innocent people for this?
Is it weird? Yes, the story is just like a few others in the bible. We don't know God's reason for all His actions but accusing the creator of life of murder is just crazy.
Hope you know that God will ultimately take all life. Death is a part of His plan.

In the case of David, I don't know the reasons of His actions.

But honestly, I think it is ok not to understand everything about God.

I will do some more learning and get back to you if I have a better explanation.

i am glad you accept there is classification and declassification going on. Meaning the mainstream will have to report false new or remove the country involvement on purpose, till it is declassified, then come up with a cookup story that new evidence resurface. So you can't believe everything from mainstream media, as there are two party involved. I am not saying everything from the US is wrong all the time, but if it threatenes national interest, then another story will run.

Who can explain the murderous callousness here?

2 Samuel 24

1 Again the anger of the Lord burned against Israel, and he incited David against them, saying, “Go and take a census of Israel and Judah.”

2 So the king said to Joab and the army commanders[a] with him, “Go throughout the tribes of Israel from Dan to Beersheba and enroll the fighting men, so that I may know how many there are.”

3 But Joab replied to the king, “May the Lord your God multiply the troops a hundred times over, and may the eyes of my lord the king see it. But why does my lord the king want to do such a thing?”

4 The king’s word, however, overruled Joab and the army commanders; so they left the presence of the king to enroll the fighting men of Israel.

5 After crossing the Jordan, they camped near Aroer, south of the town in the gorge, and then went through Gad and on to Jazer. 6 They went to Gilead and the region of Tahtim Hodshi, and on to Dan Jaan and around toward Sidon. 7 Then they went toward the fortress of Tyre and all the towns of the Hivites and Canaanites. Finally, they went on to Beersheba in the Negev of Judah.

8 After they had gone through the entire land, they came back to Jerusalem at the end of nine months and twenty days.

9 Joab reported the number of the fighting men to the king: In Israel there were eight hundred thousand able-bodied men who could handle a sword, and in Judah five hundred thousand.

10 David was conscience-stricken after he had counted the fighting men, and he said to the Lord, “I have sinned greatly in what I have done. Now, Lord, I beg you, take away the guilt of your servant. I have done a very foolish thing.”

11 Before David got up the next morning, the word of the Lord had come to Gad the prophet, David’s seer: 12 “Go and tell David, ‘This is what the Lord says: I am giving you three options. Choose one of them for me to carry out against you.’”

13 So Gad went to David and said to him, “Shall there come on you three years of famine in your land? Or three months of fleeing from your enemies while they pursue you? Or three days of plague in your land? Now then, think it over and decide how I should answer the one who sent me.”

14 David said to Gad, “I am in deep distress. Let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is great; but do not let me fall into human hands.”

15 So the Lord sent a plague on Israel from that morning until the end of the time designated, and seventy thousand of the people from Dan to Beersheba died. 16 When the angel stretched out his hand to destroy Jerusalem, the Lord relented concerning the disaster and said to the angel who was afflicting the people, “Enough! Withdraw your hand.” The angel of the Lord was then at the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.

17 When David saw the angel who was striking down the people, he said to the Lord, “I have sinned; I, the shepherd,[c] have done wrong. These are but sheep. What have they done? Let your hand fall on me and my family.”

Tctrills, Kukutente23, TV01, SirTee15, FreeIgboho, Gabrielshow24, ono, femi4, explain.
Didn't you understand the chapter? What explanation are you seeking? I guess you are not seeking an explanation but you are asking us to justify God's actions right?

Well God is the giver and taker of life so if every time He takes a life, you accuse Him of murder, I really don't know what to tell you.
We are about 8 billion people on earth, we all would die one day, so you can go ahead and accuse God of their murder.

But then, let me ask you, if you created anything for yourself, and you destroy it, can any court find you guilty?
If no, why do you think God is guilty of a crime?
Christianity Etc › Re: Tctrills: On The Repugnant Aspects Of Christian Doctrine by tctrills: 8:49pm On Apr 05
Bro, this is a very lazy effort from you.

Verses that contradict the idea that Jesus could have died for our sins.

Fathers shall not be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their fathers; each is to die for his own sin (Deuteronomy 24:16).

It did not say that God Himself can't die for our sins. And yes, your father a sinner like you is not qualified to die for your sins.

Everyone will die for their own sin; whoever eats sour grapes—their own teeth will be set on edge (Jeremiah 31:30).
Please how does this verse contradict Christ's atonement? We still believe that every man will be punished for his sin, you wouldn't suffer for the sin of another. But we also know that forgiveness comes to us through the sacrifice of Christ. Remember, it was Christ that paid the price of sin not man but God.

The one who sins is the one who will die (Ezekiel 18:4).
You are repeating the same thing and the above explanation covers these.
Remember, it was Jehovah (Jesus Christ) who gave these revelations to man. Also, if in the same bible, men used animals to stone for sin, how much better is the blood of God Himself.

You seem to reason that the Bible was one book which was made to be an exclusive or original source of historic data about Jesus and the others.

You are yet to grasp that it is a second or third-class information book which came about as a convenient effort by Constantine to grasp political power, where people you do not know where asked to find these letters and combine with the holy book of the religion of Judaism to form a new book.

Many Christians think God wrote it or sent some angels down to write, dictate it or something in that line of inference especially the New testament.

Many do not know that in India and other places are more factual and detailed account of Jesus's life that is more richer than the ones who compiled the books of the Bible could lay their hands on. Did you get that? it means there are more books or original content that could have been there but for unavailability or downright censorship, editing and even translation, several where hidden, didn't make it or gets twisted most times due to the technicalities of translation, and famously to hide or twist the original content to suit a purpose.

If anything, Paul, Peter, Mathew et al, never knew their innocent and people-specific private communications will one day be gathered or compiled into a Bible for a future religion to be called "Christianity". None of their letters was made as personal contribution to a certain "bible", hence were not to be applied generally for all humanity even though it carries patches of sensible didactic, philosophical, historic and religious relevance which users may use as excerpts or quotes.

No declaration can ever make an Igbo man a Jew, not even a Christian because it opposes Jewish faith is not compatible with Christianity in matters of conditions for "salvation".

So you may want to grasp this dynamics first before making the statements above. You will also like to study how vast religious empire of belief systems can be made around half knowledge and or full ignorance as in claims like "... it is the word of God".

That thing called Bible is as good as any old letter outside of the bible by people who worked for the cause of what today is Christianity which the church calls "saints", or even the ones sent within Nigeria from the north to a distant School principal in the east. If it was during the time of compilations, that letter could have made the cut.
Everyone with their opinions. But I still don't get how your write is an answer or reply to what I wrote. It seems you completely went into another topic please reverse to the old discussion.
