I doubt this news. Just few days ago, ICBC told me during the course of a transaction that they have a currency bilateral deal with Nigeria that I should visit their branch in Lagos which is being operated by stanbic IBTC.

Listening to news in Nigeria renders you misinformed.

ICBC Signs Multiple Agreements with Nigeria

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has recently signed with Central Bank of Nigeria and Dangote Group respectively Mandate Letter on China Cooperation and RMB Transactions and Production Capacity Cooperation Agreement, becoming China’s first commercial bank signing agreements with Central Bank of Nigeria and Dangote Group.

The Central Bank of Nigeria is one of the first foreign central banks investing foreign reserves in the RMB assets.  According to the agreement, the Central Bank of Nigeria will entrust ICBC to provide financial services to its relevant Chinese business and RMB transaction business.  Under the framework of Production Cooperation Agreement signed with Dangote Group, Dangote Group will entrust ICBC and SINOSURE to provide matching financial service related to production capacity cooperation.

In recent years, ICBC has systematically developed new emerging markets in Africa by implementing country-specific development strategy. Its has continued to support cooperation between China and Africa on energy import, high-end equipment export, quality production capacity transfer and large-scale engineering contracting. It has also proactively supported Africa’s “Road, Railway and Aviation Networks and Industrialization”, agricultural development and infrastructure construction involving industries such as power, oil and gas, railway, telecommunication and other infrastructure construction. By late March of 2016, ICBC has cumulative loan amount of approximate USD 15.6 billion in 58 Africa-China cooperation projects which covers almost 20 African countries. Currently ICBC has 135 reserved key Africa-China cooperation projects with an overall investment of almost USD 115.4 billion in around 30 countries.

Okay make I type.

The issue is simple. Abiodun message is simple and straight forward. He's only against the fact that the video is of when BHT delivered the girls.

Jakesporeshenko post too is simple. He's trying to make a fact which is that notwithstanding when or where the video was taken, bokoharam are being asked by locals.

Turning an ambush around isn't something easy. That's why you need to stay alert.

A whole team of US green Berets (US special force) got killed in Mali after coming under ambush.

Most times concessions are made in the form of ;
1) staying of the tempo of operations
2) cash
3) prisoner exchange

Now what bites me is how we can't track this people after their dropoff to wherever they hide. Perhaps they are quite mobile, viruses tend to adapt

Exactly. Heard they came into the town to drop the girls. So no federal troops in such community?

Fighting bokoharam still has a long way to go if we can police affected communities effectively.

Boko Haram Returns Kidnapped School Girls In Dapchi, Five Dead

http://saharareporters.com/2018/03/21/boko-haram-returns-kidnapped-school-girls-dapchi-five-dead

Let me ask a question.

Cc nemesis4u

Bokoharam returns the girls etc. Can't we deploy ISR platforms to trail them back to their location? There has been instance were bokoharam top leaders were released and pick up by BHT.

The only answer I have is that we do not have UAV that can fly in a silent manner except the CH3. altitude will also be an issue for the CH3 hence why I have been saying buy CH5 or wingloon.

Eeben has his opinion but there's something I have always queried and this made me message an uncle of mine who's a major general.

The last time we talked about him, he admired the fact that Eeben gave victory and credit to the Nigerian military but eeben talks like he knows much than the military hirachy here.

Anyways... You can check his response.

Nigerians are bunch of uninformed humans.

That's a basic trainer. The aircraft was forced to land by the student pilot due to an issue.

The aircraft went into production in 1997 and someone here is saying the aircraft is over 100 years. The United States airforce academy also operates this aircraft.

Damn, Nigerians are just too uninformed!!!

Nigerians are just aggressive beings. Right to vote and be voted for remain part of his rights.

If you're not interested and feel he didn't do well, then go out and vote against him. If you feel your vote isn't enough then go and meet people with same mind like yours and vote against him. Y'all don't need to start insulting his supporters.

The economy is not good, the economy is bad etc. All your insult won't stop it. Go out and vote and leave the president supporters alone. You can't force me to hate someone because you don't like him.

He's not good enough, that's your opinion. Wait till 2019. This is Nigeria, wailing hasn't changed anything since 1960.

2) That's kiss Daniel's vehicle and he passed ownership to his brother.
