My brother wrote this year's Sept /Oct GCE exam and the result has been out for a while now but each time I check the portal shows that his results are withheld.

Who has experienced this before? Will the results be eventually released?

His center was Govt boys secondary school Owerri. Who in this centre has seen their result? Is it a general problem with people that wrote in this centre?
