There are a whole lots of them in our society. One pastor relation of my wife once told her that she should not marry me because he saw it in his prayers that our marriage would not last more than two years. I knew it was because he did not want her to get married to me because I am a Muslim while she is a Christian.it's been over four years now with two lovely kids.

I haven't seen a portion of the constitution which stipulates that a convoy should not be overtaken. We are all Nigerians and as such should enjoy equal rights and privileges. when a convoy is moving at a speed u consider too slow for u to follow, I do not see any reason why u should not overtake them and go ur own way.

I think it is a matter of priority. If owing a house is one's priority, other things can wait while you are putting up the house.To some people, giving the best of education to their kids is a priority, to others, setting up a formidable business empire is top on their priority. To others still, enjoying life to the fullest or even attaining a Phd is a life target. So, its different strokes for different folks.

The Senate as it is today lacks every moral standing to invite any Nigerian for questioning let alone ordering anybody's arrest.

Imo state university owerri had 78 professors as at the last convocation held on the 19th day of March 2016.

Faculties of Agric and Science in UI each has more than this figure.

Sit down there and continue grumbling. 30% of my class mates (ui economics 2008) are in top universities across the globe doing their PhD while another 20% (including my humble self) are with different MNCs here in Nigeria and other parts of the world.

In economics, we have the likes of professors Iwayemi,Olofin, Oyejide, Soyibo, Ibi Ajayi, Egwaikide,Ekpeyong, Kayode etc.you just can't beat UI to it!

As at the year 2008,the department of geography in UI had 11 professors including 2 professors emeritus while my own department (Economics) had 12.

JESUS paid direct tax as individuals.All tithes, offerings & donations had already been taxed directly by the goverment individually b4 taken to churches. so taxing churches directly makes it double taxation. Because govt. sees such as TRANSFERRED EARNINGS not INCOME. Obviously churches pay indirect taxes on things purchased. If there is any constitution stipulating that churches should pay taxes, I'm sure no true church will hesitate.

Tax is supposed to be Paid at any point a value is created or added. When a member pays his tithe to his church, and the church in turn executes a project with the tithes of all members, value has been created and as such tax should be paid. The churches use PASs to generate noise pollution thereby causing harm to residents. The residents in turn deserve CSRs from the churches.

While I am not holding forth for the security men nor supporting their action,I think there are protocols for covering events like this where u have a large presence of VIPs.Journalists are accredited before the D day and are given special tags.any one not so accredited is not allowed into the venue for security reasons. If such a journalist tries to force his way into the venue, it is the duty of the security men to prevent him by all means possible.

Drivers of police vans are always impatient on the road. They are almost always the cause of any accident involving them and others with the way and manner they drive.
