jaybee3: Just insane really.. Think about it for a second would ya
If by a remote chance the hypothesis could fly, the body already lose salt when you sweat meaning the protection layer (Skin) would have been covered by this process alone.

It's obvious some Nigerians don't use their thinking faculty because how else can one even reconcile such ridiculous hogwash

onatisi: For those clamouring the op to make a longer statement or give further details ,let it be known that the op doesn't owe anybody any explanation and the call for more information is even childish . The decision to carry this matter on ppls head was solely taken by each individual and the op didn't force anyone to do it .if the op likes he may even decide to ask the mod to delete this thread .it isn't everyone that like publicity or things like that unlike some people on this thread .so if some people took the issue as if it was their own personal baby or personal car been involved ,then good luck to them. as far as the op and inspired are concerned this matter is closed and finish, let everybody face their own lives and problem. I don't know why some people are asking the op for the vin of his personal . car when they aren't the one that bought or sold the car for and to him. @op, I think at least you have gotten your car, just know that by accepting and driving it home means that you are satisfied with its condition.
gbam.

Ishsoph: It happened to me too during my project days

I was downcast cos of one adjunct lecturer (associate prof.) that l picked his name for my supervision. Schooled & once taught abroad, a perfectionist and not really student friendly.

You know what?
I was to discover he was just about the best lecturer we haven't noticed. He worked me so hard and deftly helped diffuse the stress in the process. Picks my calls at odd hours and returns call after classes with apologies.

He stood by me during defense and made me score an A that catapulted my cgp.

May that be your lot.
BEST WISHES!
awww

thanks a lot.

besides we don't do defense in my faculty. it's just to submit and be graded.

[quote author=jauntty]Gracious God !!! Manslaughter sound extremely serious. [/quote

manslaughter is not as serious as murder. while manslaughter carries a term of imprisonment, murder carries the death penalty.

OP,

depending on the circumstances of the accident, it would be on the court by way of circumstantial evidence to prove that it is manslaughter. the factors outlined by cougar would be put into consideration as well. having a very good lawyer would also boost his chances of an acquittal or reduced sentence.

I wish him well. but however he should not be held in custody for more than 24 hours as this is an infringement of his fundamental human rights.
