Osogbo is actually cheap in transportation and some stuff but housing in Osogbo is getting on the high side e.g one bedroom apartment is now 180k........depending on where you want to stay. Also the power supply is okay....i just ddecided to buy a generating set after 2 years....so u dont actually need it and the city is really coming up in development.
