There is a 100% chance that your Pelvic is inflamed. You should only have mild cramps and not pains that travel all round like some people experience.

Why am I writing this?
We have so gotten accustomed to menstrual pain ( inflammation )that we see it as normal. Whereas , that is our body's first signal that something is going wrong in there.
We suppress it with felvin and co not knowing we are only postponing our dooms day. Giving it more room to deepen it root in us.

I know you will say, pain is normal. All the ladies you know with menstrual pain are carrying their babies. Yes, it's true, but your body and that person's body is not the same. Just like the case of this Benue State Covid19 index case, She is creating scene in the news, refusing medication because she isn't showing symptoms even after weeks of isolation versus Abba kyari who didn't should signs intially buy died in isolation. That how these things play out. Your body's immunity response will determine who comes out strong and who doesn't. Aunty A may have all these and still take in anytime she tries, Aunty B may not be so lucky until she addresses the root cause. Which is inflammation.


I hope this helps someone out there to find solution comprehensively. Don't ignore that pain sis. It's only an inflamed organ that pains. Pain is not normal. You were not created to have such pain. Yes there will be mild contraction when the Uterine lining shades, but not severe pain.
Find solution asap.
And let it be a comprehensive solution, one that goes down to the root and not just cut off the symptoms

Please I'm not a good writer I wish I can send a voice note that's the only way I can explain the whole thing

Since this lock down I've been at home reflecting on my life journey so far there's nothing good to show for it, I've tried all my best to be a better some body for myself and my mom but it seems they tie my future put for kom kom, I'm the kind of guy that always advise everyone around me to be a better person

All my male friends I always advise them on how to be successful and how to manage their money,
But in my own case it's always different I can't manage money
Money doesn't last with me and I don't invest
I don't smoke, I don't drink but I like women,
I hardly go a week without sleeping with a girl unless I don't have money and anytime I don't have money I will always respect myself
I remember very well a girl I met in D Dems in Okowonjo Lagos, I took her for a night after the job the next morning we talked, I advised her to leave the runs girl job and do something meaningful she adhered to it and today that lady is doing well in her business that assisted her in opening at idimu, I've done this to 2 other girls too and they're doing well, one married last December self she blocked me after I commented congrats on her fb post(maybe because she don't want to remember her old memories) I didn't bother her though I was happy I changed her though
But I'm finding it difficult to change myself, anytime I've money my mind always go to women, women, women nothing else, since this lock down I've been broke no money I can't believe I could stay up to 3 weeks without sleeping with a girl and I didn't die, I don't masturbate either.

My problem now is what can I do to stop my addiction to women

Why is it that I always change everyone around me life positively but my life is full of errors

I don't go to church due to personal experience I had in church since last year I've not been going to church but I do pray and I believe in God

I'm a very very hard working young man, but I've never made any meaningful thing with any money I worked for except sending money to my mom and my siblings

I started hustling since finished my primary 6 in 2006

Presently I'm not working I'm searching for work but I seriously need help on how to manage my life

A little background about me

oil shortage can be attributed to factors including:

1. Oil leaks
2.Bad PCV valve
3. Worn Piston rings(Oil control rings)
4. Worn cylinder walls

two things may be the culprit here...
1. Faulty Torque converter clutch release switch
2. An open circuit ( a break in your wiring harness( poor electrical conncetion or wire may have been eaten by rats

check out the two , repair/replace and you should be fine.

Read the manual or Google the make of the freezer, some sellers don't know the difference or might advice you wrongly. Better still, buy the make a friend or family uses and you know works well. Only one I can recommend is Nexus refrigerator not deep freezer. I regret selling mine when I was given a frost free big for nothing thermocool refrigerator. I have since turned it to a cupboard. Mind you, the thermocool worked just fine before it was given to me because they had steady light and an inverter.

If you are in Nigeria, please avoid frost free refrigerators. Except you have a minimum of 12 hours of power daily.

I used 1 cup of flour
Half spoon of sugar
Pinch of salt (I am not a fan of salt)
Baking powder
Liquid milk to stir to my desired thickness
Heat my butter in the pan
Put the fire on low heat
Add the mixture
Turn after like a min
When the other side is brown too
Put in your plate (I said this cos I usually eat mine from the pan on fire)
