You are right, something in my spirit keeps telling me I need to seek God's face concerning this, I am really really distracted right now, someone posted about his job reducing his fellowship with the Lord, mine is even worse, its just as if the devil is using my job to make me a Sunday Sunday Christian, my brother, I can't tell you how much this hurts me inside, I sometimes resolve to fight, but it always ends right back in the spot I Started, I wanted to fast all through this December but am just recovering from malaria so maybe till January, but I know I just have to fight, thanks again.

Do you know that there some environment that are spiritually tensed that connecting and enjoying God requires more effort from you?

DO you know that the environment can determine alot about how the flow goes?

I remember when i was in Ib staying with my mum, Her compound was so serene that sometimes i could go 2 hours praying and worshiping God, i would feel the presence of the most high around, there are some days i want to cast and bind but lai lai, Na worship through out. i got so close with God there was a particular area in the land area of the house that was a lil elevated and nobody usually passed there, i converted it to my mountain, i could be there doing my thing, then i remember one day i was praying and i had whisper that i should put off my shoes, that it was an holy ground, I was like eh en, sharpaly i remove the slips and it continued like that and like that when i was there, One thing that still amazes me is that then when i pass thru the place in the afternoon i feel these electric shock very light one and like baba dai here dai wait me.

Something happened in the house and people started passing there anyhow, i got to the place that day and i put off my slippers as usual and i heard the voice no need, these place has been i cant remember the english now, To cut the long story short i stopped praying at that spot and had to start pacing when around the house when i am praying. But feeling the not reduce just that i lost my first personal mountain abi na mount sinai

Then i finally got a job in lagos, when i moved to our house in lag, though the flow would be the same lai lai oo, when i got in for like 2 weeks i would struggle to pray, My sleep no get part 2. As in eh morning devotion was war self, so i would run back to ib every weekend and surprisingly when i get back to ib am i reconnected again come back to lag same thing, then now looked at my self and am like would i continue like these, I now had to start praying and praying then i realised that my street eh na headquarters as in better strong hold oo, then i began to battle, then my visions and dreams began to come back the fellowship with God began again, then i was leaving alone.

i remember doing a personal vigil ended work up late and found birds on my roof immediately i came out the bird was still there but i just had these uneasy feeling and i looked at the bed in a very fuuny way cos me self dai taya for my self sometimes the bird just flew away, and am like una dai craze ooo, there was one time in the morning a man was doing morning cry and whe he passes my street en, the man can vex, he would say all the witches on the street repent and the likes, na so one day as he was saying so i jsut started hearing a bird cry and the bird was trying to attack him, i was hearing confrontation btw him and the bird, the bird was crying and making noise, the thing dai disturb my sleep, i just said wo, u dis bird i silence you in the name of Jesus, una me just myself sleep better sleep as in, i didnt doubt in my heart that my prayers was gonna work.

let me add the very funny but true testimony to tell how God has been faithful to me in more ways i can imagine, there was a day i didnt fleet the room, i was very tired so i slept off, woke at night with many many mosquito disturbing me, i jsut ooh God what is all dis now, i now father i seize the operation of these mosquitoes over me ( I cant remember the way i said it but it was something like that) una i just adjust, i slept eh, i woke up in the morning am like eh en, na so these dai sweet, after then any time i tried with doubt it does not work, does that i would stop noo, i would just continue to practice and ensure to perfect it. And by the way i stil use my sniper oo, it just when i forget use Spiritual sniper.

@temi4fash I get what you mean, I read an account of a young Christian missionary in one of these Asian countries where they have monks, he was called upon to handle a situation by the villagers, it had to do with a mad man, but he was afraid, an elderly monk nearby shook his head and said " this boy doesn't even know the power in his hands" he was making reference to the Bible the young man was carrying in his hands, if only we knew the power we wield as Christians, I think unbelievers would fear to dare us.
This reminds me about the story our G.O told us, there was this fire breathing no nonsense sister, she was recognized as demon destroyer even by demons themselves, a sister in the same Church was having unusual difficulty in labour, the doctors couldn't understand what the problem was as they had done all they could, this firebrand sister was sent for, she abandoned the boiled yam and palm oil she was eating and followed them (no gsm then), as soon as she stepped into the labour room, she had not even opened her mouth to say "In Jesus name" , the woman in labour heard voices saying "let us go o, there is trouble, they have gone to call this sister" the demons left, immediately she was delivered of her baby.
I observed that majority of Christians these days do not like to go the extra Mile to get power to do exploits for the Lord, and the pastors are not helping, success in Christianity these days is now measured in how much material acquisition one has, and not our level of obedience to God.

In my work with little work with God i have released the more the power you crave for the more sacrifice the sacrifice that is required

The G.O we see who command demons and carry enormous power pay enormous sacrifice to be where they are.

I have a little time in my hands today.

A lot of times as Christians we dont know the kind of power we dont the kin of power we possess especially a lot of us who are into ministry. We would have prayed do hard and waited upon the lord for long hours of fasting and prayers while actually the Lord has anwered you just need to be bold and Just take charge.

I have been these journey to self discovery in a while and it is one of those Journeys nobody can walk with you but can only guide you, its a Journey you would hear God speak clearly and you would talk to an older man of God who would tell you well, it is true that God said so but be patient and these power can be so intoxicating that you begin to feel on top of the world. Just like driving even though you are great and talented driver, the role of experience and guidance cannot be over emphasized. What am i saying? i want us even though you have a very great anointing, your pastor knows you carry anointing but still is not giving you the chance to blossom, is it enough to be bitter, Yes, is it enough to leave the church, If God says so. I would just encourage us to e patient the road is far and its not about how fast you manifest, its about how well you manifest.

I use to wonder then even though i believe the power of God was available for use for me, i was still always scared of the use, that what happens if ut fails to work, what happens if i get embarrased by a demon and on and on like that, But the truth is even though i doubt myslef continually there were people even older than me who believes so much in me and believes through me by God grace they have the solution to there problem, while me gan self i still doubt whether its going happen or not.

But the truth is never has all my doubt manifested, even when i prayed for a lady and received an arrow almost like 5 mins later, i treated my self, i got to church on sunday and my pastor confirmed it even without telling him.

Why all these epistle?

It just for you brother to stop doubting your anointing, power and God's call upon your life, Dont tink of reasons why you are not qualified to be chosen, think and make concrete effort to validate why God decide to choose you out of the multitude Alot of people call me sir and respect me alot, which i always tell them no, My name is Temi, They would say no ooo, Its sir. And like these small me sir. and like ok ooo, Since God has favoured more than enough to elevate to begin to receive respect from where i didnt think i could find one, why reject it. So automatically i no if i was 100% humble before, I have to much more humble because it is who that is humble that is lifted up.

My brother and sisters in the Lord dont doubt the God of your calling and ministryor the God you serve, he is always there, I might be very good with bible quotations but i can assure you he is never late, never forget, if he has said it he would do it, but you to strife and hold himby his word for quick manifestation.

If you know, you receive directions and prophecies that you are a great man of God or you are great these and that and you have not start preparing for it then i can tell you when the door opens and God does is part, i can tell you, You would struggle to meet up becasue of lack of adequate preparation.

Lastly i would just share a testimony of God faithfulness:

One sunday afternoon, i was about to take a nap when my pastor wife suddenly called me said temi come oooo, and dropped the call, i ran there as fast as my legs and okada could take me, cos i was worried for her. I got there only to find a mad woman sitting in front of her shop and refused to leave despite all avenues to get her to leave, she was just cursing and insulting my pastor wife, i got there and the mad woman was tell me bros see these my sister she just chasing me out of her shop, that is that the way to treat a sister, she was acting mad but on close look you would know she was aware of what she was doing, i was scared oo like what do we do now? i just said to her Madam, see eh, what ever it is that you are i dont wanna know but these is our shop and we want to open it now, so please excuse us, i was shocked when she just backed her bags and everything and left to the next 2 shops the next thing she said was no be you i respect, na that power i respect, she now said in yoruba e lo owo agbara fun mi abi ok oo. and she sat 2 shops away from us. Immediately i took water from my pastor wife and i just started praying in order to detoxify the environment she just carried her load her left and i was going back home and all i could say was father i thank you.

Jesus promised us that we would do much more than he did.

But the questions how much can you pay for power?

How much sacrifice can you make?

Sometime in Abuja I was out with a friend and he stopped at the mechanics to repair his vehicle as we waited sitting on a bench I looked up to a building opposite us and I saw a Crow by itself on a window like the 3rd floor of the building. Immediately I knew it was an evil bird and its owner is in the building. I knew it was waiting for the owner to come out. How I knew all this I cant tell. So I told my friend about the black bird and he asked me how do I know. I told him I just know. At night in my dream I saw this same bird walked up to me and said "Is it everything I see I must say that cant I mind my biz?". I was shocked in the dream and cast the holy ghost fire on it so it disappeared.
Another time our church Pastor came to pray in our house and said God will open somebody's ears tonight. That night some evil birds came to our area making birdy noises but to my amazment that midnight I heard all thier conversations. I understood them, Many times. one night in my dream a tall bird walked up to me and said " Oh you think bc your ears are open u can hear our secrets abi..." before it ends its sentence I cast it away.
When my sister gave birth to her first child I understood everything the baby blabs, word for word and I interprete to the mother. Now I hear nothing. Is it bc of distractions ? ,Worries of life?

I would not want to draw you into a long argument, But because of Baby Christians( not yet fully matured) who come around these thread, it would be necessary for us not to dabble into dicey topics.

The truth is whether we believe it or not, anybody can study the bible and use it to defend good and bad practices, it takes the holy spirit inside to actually teach us in the way to go.

I would just say what works for A will not work for B, but there some basic principles in the Bible that cannot be argued against.

Well, Sometimes for doctrine when you decide to follow/accept a man of God/Prophet for you receive the reward of a prophet you have to follow the instructions he gives to you, that another man does not believe in those instructions does not make him an unbeliever.

These race to me likened to a country which has God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit as the ruler, with different governors, these governors are the different denomination we have, the ticket to a citizen is to believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and he came to die for us all. Now in the country are basic rules and regulations that guides the country as a whole, but the governor now has jurisdiction on his own people to add rules or believe system to the already existing one.

So for me, its not about who is wrong or right but when the basic principles of the Bible is been negated is calls for caution and more prayers that those kind of messages are not preached from the altar of God

And also, the people who have been called to ministry but are hiding from God's work, Its time to step up, it not about doing full time, its about living a life of meaning and admiration.

Good day house. There is this issue i needed to bring to the floor so the anointed Spirit filled brethren on this trend may say something about it.
There is this church in Lagos where the pastor teaches against Holy communion, water baptism, tithe & anointing oil. He said they not for believer's and uses so many scriptures to back it up.
There is this friend of mine going to the church and even leads a fellowship teaching what the pastor teaches and i have tried making him see how its all an error that all because we are believers doesnt invalidate them all but he seems to believe his pastor since there are scriptures they back them up with.

Recently when i wanted to try make him see reasons why He should pay tithe,i asked if he believes that the blessings in deut28 is for us if we obey all what God said and the reply he gave me was that they aren't for believer's that they are for the isrealites and there is a reason why God gave moses the law and blah blah blah.

I asked the Holy Spirit one day if all they teach is the real truth since i always want to holdon to the truth of the Word that i may be complete and thoroughly equipped for every good work but the reply i got was a big NO with a troubled feeling right down on the inside of me.

It bothers me much and that's why I decided to bring it on here

I think you should just continue to pray for him, that the Lord would reveal himself to hi, arguing with him would not make any major difference it can even cos strife between you two, making it difflicult for you to do what do what God wants you to do for him.

For starters I'm still coming to terms with the whole God being concept & no I'm not into the occult arts,though I entertained the thought. I have migraines & I'm gonna conclude it's because of my brain chemical imbalance caused by depression & anxiety from over the years finally taking it's toll. I'll also admit that I do masturbate & that might have it's disastrous effects as well. I don't know anything about spiritual matters. All I do is just utter words of prayer & do what I can in the meantime.

First i want to thank God for bringing you her, for helping you to try to know him.

So, I would encourage to first and foremost surrender your life to Jesus Christ, Find a bible believing church in your environment and attend one. Read and meditate on the word and with that those many many English you wrote would not be necessary because you would have peace in all ramifications.

Hello everyone, please there's something bothering me & I'd like some meaningful explanation to it. I've observed symptoms of spiritual awakening where I get this tingling sensation at the top of my head, coupled with headaches. Also cramps in my stomach region, hearing some soft of tone or signal sound in one ear while the other is normal, particularly my left ear, like it's trying to listen to some radio signal then it dissipates, also changes in sleep cycles & digestive problems & intolerance to certain foods. Please note my mother is someone I know as extremely spiritual or devoted to God. I don't know if it has anything to do with it. I'm also not where I'm meant to be in life currently. I'm just lost & looking for answers.

Don't be hard on yourself.

A lot of tines you are nit usually in the spirit 24 / 7.

But holy spirit is with you 24/ 7

There are different stges and times, sometimes when it seem God is far, he is actually near and probably teaching you lesson in the school of spiritual maturity.

Just flow with the spirit and take it per time and by Grace you would get there. It nit something that happens over night, it take constant study prayers and sacrifice among other things.

But concerning you loosing form in school, you should check you environment and your friends and maybe you commit some sins which make it look so. But try and be calm and with clear head ask the lord he would show you the way to go.

Some times i fear for the ministry poeple in our generation because rate of powerlessness and spiritual naivety in these generation of ours is so alarming.

I remember my G.O would always complain and complain of how powerless these generation is. And he would say the deliverance ministers of these generation would have a lot of work to do when the time comes.

A lot of us has refused to grow, a lot of us has refused to pay the price for power, even in the occult there are sacrifice and price people pay to get to advance level where they control things.

I would just continue to encourage us to take spiritual things serious, the truth is that in spiritual warfare ignorance is not excuse. i dont know is not permitted, you want to make something out of these life, you have to fight and fight well.

Remember the book of Job says the life of a man is of few days and many troubles.

In these my young life, I have seen things, heard things and begins to make me wonder. But i thank God for everything.

In these season, wheat we talk about grace, grace and grace. I believe in grace, we live by grace but grace can be frustrated, the amount of grace in the life of A is different from the life of B.

I wish us best of luck in these Journey and pray that at the end we would not only make it to heaven but we would fulfill, God mandate and agenda for our lives.
