thank you very much sir, you very right sir. warfare as led by the spirit of God is the way. what spurred me to write this is because i'm tired of people attributing every little thing to demons or one wicked witch from the village or one ancestral curse . you need to see how ignorant people are, there is this church just in the next compound of where i live. they spend 80% of the time fighting imaginary demons, strongmen from the village and ancestral curses(this may be the actual problem sometimes), no prayers for word increase, none for conviction and conversion of souls, little about holiness, little or no sound teaching on core biblical concepts such as faith, grace, the holy spirit and more, guess what the church has had little or no growth in 10 years. My advise to people is when you see a pastor or prophet and all he does is see visions,prophesy, bind and cast and gives little or no room for sound teaching, just run ,you are about to enter one chance be that. Heaven and earth will pass away, but God's word remains the sure thing.

You are absolutely right that we need to do warfare, in fact we fight and win battles everyday that we don't know of. I'M JUST WARNING AGAINST EXCESSES. we must be led by the Spirit of God always. The reality is there are three kind of churches and Christians today. we have on one extreme the buttie/21st century Christians who don't wanna do any warfare, they rather ignore the reality of demons and wickedness of the the world, they are the one's where the church has turned into a socializing and networking center . then on another extreme are people who ascribe every problems to demons, they are the ones who are always binding and casting, always seeing visions, these are Christians who never give room to sound doctrine, they never allow the word to dwell richly in them, they are in perennial fear of the devil. they warfare in the flesh. in both cases demon rule and ravage them. but there is a third group, who feed on the word, they are aware of their covenant rights. they know when to engage in warfare and when not to. they make spiritual diagnosis by the helps of the Holy spirit through the word or via the various gifts of the spirit and they apply the right scriptural prescription. this is the triumphant church and that's where God wants his people to be.

But what i would tell you categorically is these:

Spiritual Warfare cannot be over done.

Now, For you to engage in effective spiritual warfare you need the basis, which is the been born again, Having a relationship with God among other things.

Spiritual Warfare is needed to subdue the flesh.

Spiritual Warfare is needed to live a holy life.

Can you explain what you mean by Spiritual Ignorance?

I have seen cases where prayers have been made concerning a particular situation and nothing has Happened and the lord said start to do praise and worship. And immediately there was an instant answer, Does that mean there was not warfare, No. because it was praise and worship that provided does not mean warfare did not take place.

I just want you to know that to walk these christian journey to the very end requires Warfare, From the days of John the baptist the kingdom of God suffereth violence and the violent takes it by force, A man can be born again, Living right, Spirit filled and still be under oppression, A man can be born again spirit filled and the enemy can hijack the blessing of God for the life.

What Christ did for us on the cross of Calvary was to give us a ticket to sure victor,a ticket to heaven, Accepting him ensures that when your victory is secured and sure.

this book came out this year....you can download her PhD Thesis Work (2013) which is free online.....what she wrote in the New Book came from that study

My two cents.....to make high scores on the GRE (to ace it)....start with the Magoosh videos, watch all 280 plus videos to ""learn"" the tricks in the GRE...then move to the Nova Math Bible (if you dont have this you can use Manhattan) or Princeton and then use the Barron for the Verbal Section.....for the Analytical Section I also recommend an ebook authored by Mark Alan Stewart ""Answers to the Real Essay Questions of the GRE"".....the whole essays...it is a current book...and GRE will select an essay question from Essay Pool on their website......you can save time with this on test day....if you read the book from cover to cover

I have a Muslim convert to Christian friend. This guy got converted by Jesus himself. A Yoruba guy. According to him nothing could have convinced him otherwise. And thank God he encountered Jesus directly, that's what kept him as a Christian till today. A particular GO picked him up at that young Christian age, and thoroughly used him.
He practically worshipped that Mummy and Daddy. Everything they said, was Yes. His time and finance, everything belonged to them. When he finally realized it, the guy was disillusioned. one thing alone kept him from returning to Islam; The encounter he had of Jesus.
Can you imagine a young christian being over taken by a GO? The GO took advantage of his nativity and used him to the point of breakage.

Jesus said to Peter, "Feed my Sheep" He didn't day Steal from or kill my Sheep.

Now, that is gross...

That why the Bible says something about some GO been rejected on the last day as workers of iniquity even though they did exploit in the name of Jesus.

A lot of GO have left the path and direction the lord but them when they started there ministry but niw the quest for power, fame ans and na me dai there has consumed some so much wome go diabolical.

I have attended an intercessory meeting and one of the ministers was calling prayer points and I just saw him in front of an alfa like he had don consultation there, I just shake my head, but we have a lot of them, I have been in a ministration and the pastor the lord said these and I hear I didn't tell him that one, he just added his own. What am I saying make all man hokd himself, Grow spiritually, every man can hear God, there is nothing a pastor would tell me now, that I don't already know, when he begin to say another thing I will correct and say daddy GO, Gid did not tell me that.

Just like tjayjosh as said.. alot of times underestimation is a major factor but another time feeling of wanting to explore.

A lot of times it very easy to write about how not to fall in to sins and the likes.. but Mehn realistically only God can help a man not fall.. Cos temptations would always come.

There is a place of God and a place of man. Alot of times, it could be looking so harmless and all of sudden something happens and it became harmful.

I just pray for grace everyday cos the am not any better than the people that fell, it just God grace that set us apart..

I remember baxk in the days in school, all my friends were top class bad guys, we use brainstorm on how to get girls, but somehow I can't explain I never got any, I was definitely not dulling it just never pulled through and things dai taya me quick quick.. So most times they were always abusing me, On my street, A guy saw me one day and told you walked with these for guy so amount of years and your life is still straight like these, he said my mum go and do Thanksgiving in church, was I careful am not sure, but things just never worked. These was even I even knew I had a gift or something and the thing dai vex me self a lot of times..

Once a friend, is going to be a negative influence something just happens and the relationships suffers a setback, no matter how hard I try to mend it, it just stops working, likewise if it is a lady and we have been friends and we dig each other and the likes, the moment I think of exploring other options with una, na bye bye be, the babe that was all over begins to vex for me. Chai he dai vex no be small but wetin man go do and then still we never even know say we go do God work.

All am saying, na grace man take dai live though we have been promised not to be tempted beyond our ability but the way and manna devil sets his trap now eh, no be here, very subtle, you no go even know its a temptation until we are deep in it and begins to drop hints that mehn, you have messed up, then you go too hard on yourself then before you know no more quiet time, no more Bible reading and the likes.

Every body has been there the only difference is some went dowon the road realised it was not what they wanted and found there way back, tpbut some never did, ao we would just continue to pray for favour and grace cos without it we can do nothing.

11) Make sure couples are too exhausted for physical intimacy so they will be tempted to look elsewhere.
12) Make Santa Claus and the easter bunny bigger than Jesus to divert them from remembering the real meaning of the holiday.
13) Involve them in good causes so they won’t have time for eternal ones.
14) Make them self satisfied. Keep them busy working in their own strength so they’ll never know the joy of God’s power working through them.

Remember my demons, keep them busy! Busy! Busy! Because we know what it stands for:

* U=UNDER
* S=SATANS
* Y=YOKE

Although I did not write this, it sends a powerful message to all of us. We must remember, satan's subtle ways are what causes us to compromise. Let's make a diligent effort to make sure he hasn't gotten a foot in the door of our lives, because once he gets in the door, it becomes that much easier for him to make himself comfortable on the couch.

Wow, well said, I know when I started falling from his presence, that was in my 300level, before then I was fire brand, very strong in the Lord spiritually until my 3rd year when I became an exco, I was the treasurer of my campus fellowship, the position was so tempting, I tampered with God's money kept in my care, I felt bad about it and asked him for forgiveness.
I can say that is where it all started, from that to lust and fornication. But I thank God I've rededicated my life to God and I'm not going back to sin again in Jesus name, Amen

Thank you very much, I know there is, not only my marriage but my career and finances, I feel it and I see it in my dreams. Have dreams where I see feaces, walking in the toilet bare footed and also wearing a torn And old shoe, I mean a very bad shoe.

There was a time I was repeatedly dreaming about feaces, walking on feaces, feaces staining my body that I have to look for water in the dream to wash it off, it became too much that I got angry in my spirit and prayed fervently and it stopped.

But I know the devil is a liar and a loser, he cannot manipulate my life in Jesus name, Christ has given me victory over him

Most times I find it difficult to interpret my dreams. I noticed that God have been trying to tell me something about my marriage because I do dream about it repeatedly. I once had a dream where I was getting married to a man in my former church, that man is old enough to be my father and in the dream I wasn't happy about it.
I also had another dream where I was getting married to a very short man, I mean I'm 5ft6" yet I was far taller than the man in my dream.I had another one where I saw a demon, very black and ugly and irritating his eyes were white and evil, he was having sex with me in the dream and a lot of sperm was coming out of his body and instead of entering my body they were coming out of my body I've never had a dream as irritating as that, I felt so irritated when I woke up.
I also had a dream where I was preparing for my wedding and I was in the dressing room trying to dress up I had already put on my wedding dress but I noticed that instead of wearing a white long wedding dress I was wearing a green short one that is torn on the bust, so I was angry within me that who changed my wedding dress

my brother i dont even memories scriptures. Just spend time to meditate on it, never flip over in a hurry. Wen you need to apply the word, dey will flow out of ur being. Many atime, i just know d book where d scripture is located but don't know d chapter nd verse cos i dont really pay attention to it nd dat is wen my mobile bible app comes handy. I use d you version nd mysword bible app. Mysword is very loaded with reference materials dat make bible study very interesting
